Great food. Great service!
Awesome staff, delicious food!
Delicious cuts, food was top notch. Service and waiters very attentive. Great place for a date with impressive food. Loved the first time experience and will definitely go again. Tip: valet cost less than the parking lot across from restaurant. Wish I’d know that prior. You live you learn. Thank you for the great experience.
Perfect place to go on a date with our 3 year old!
We were seated in the wine storage which had a beautiful rustic look to it until the employees kept coming in a grabbing bottles. Which we didn’t mind at first until they would rudely reach over us/food to grab one and would not say anything. No, ‘Excuse me’ or ‘Pardin me, can I grab a bottle really quick’. The food was great unless you are someone who likes your meat well done like I do. There was not a lot of well done meat roaming around and servers said they would come back with some but never did. It was my first time at your place. I was really excited because I’ve heard so much about it but it really wasn’t what people made it out to be.
My anniversary but wasn’t acknowledged like the one at downtown location. I’ve been making reservations for 15 years , for 14 years have been going downtown location this year we tried rosemont & they didn’t even bring me a dessert until someone in my party said something to server. When I make reservations I say it’s for anniversary & they bring dessert that says happy anniversary!
Too many tables set up i was literally bumping into another person. Filet mignon came by only once and that was after several requests and requested again but never received. Kept asking for beverages. Would not visit again unless on a slow night with a bunch of guys never again on a date. For two people i spent just as much money as a high end steakhouse but ended up with a very below average dining experience
Food was fantastic!! The amount we could reasonably eat versus the price is the reason I gave the value 3 stars. I would only eat there on a special occasion. The service was very good and the food—some of the best steak I have ever had.
Great food, great time. Only negative was we were on a time crunch and it took them about 15 minutes to bring our credit card back to us.
We were there at 4pm Valentine's weekend. It appeared that extra tables had been set up to accommodate the rush. Tables were a bit too close for comfort. it seemed that our waiter was distracted as well. We Waited with and empty table in front of us for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the tab. (They had bussed the table)
The food was wonderful. The selection exceptional. I would go again, but would choose a time that I would think it wouldn't be so busy.
OMG!! WE ENJOYED OUR FIRST TIME THERE AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT THE GUY THAT HELP US WAS ANGEL HE WAS GREAT!!
We enjoyed the whole experiance, but one of our server kept forgetting those delicious rolls. So we wouldn't eat until we had some at the table. We kinda had to push for them to bring them. Since they kept saying i will bring them right over and would not
Very friendly staffs.
First time and food was awesome. Service was okay as well.
Fogo Rosemont never disappoints. The customer service and food are outstanding, better than any Chicagoland restaurant I have been to. Keep it up!!
Food was great and it was a lovely evening
I came here with my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The market table was full of fresh salads, vegetables, and wide range of meats and cheeses. When we were ready for the meat, we had so many options. It was served hot and at any temperature we requested. To top it all off they have the best carmelized bananas. I can’t wait to come back and eat again!
The food was delicious and the service was incredibly attentive.
Service and food throughout were good until the end of our meal as we waited 45 min to get our check finally after asking multiple times which caused us to miss our plans after dinner.
The service was phenomenal!
the waiter could be more attentive. Food was so good.
The service was slow but it was a busy night. The server dropped an empty bottle that almost hit my head but hit my arm
For being as busy as it was, we were sat very quickly. The food was great, the servers did their best to keep up with all the people, and we got our favorite dessert. No complaints
While, I know it was quite busy on February 14, the meat selections did not rotate well, even after requesting specific meat options.
We felt like we were tricked into getting bottle water. My husband and I just said we wanted water and the waiter asked if we wanted “still water” which we thought was just water so we said yes. I didn’t see another waiter come around carrying water till the end of dinner and that’s when I realized I hope they didn’t charge us for the water, which they did. 24 bucks extra just for water.
Food was excellent, drinks were great and services was great
The food was amazing the servers were great it was my wife's first time going she loved it. I would go back again with my family
It was terrible service they kept forgetting our table food was very salty.
Some of the meat wasn’t flavorful. The waiter didn’t listen to what we wanted. Overall it just wasn’t a good experience for us.
We asked for a plate of bread and serve never brought it to us. My wife is pregnant.
Food was great, service was good until we had to wait 35 minutes for a drink. Otherwise we had a great time.
Went here for Valentine's Day with my wife. Everything was great.....
Very minimal and cheap choices at the salad bar. When the gauchos would come around, it was typically with sausage or chicken- several times I had asked for a well done end and was told they'd return, but never did. We weren't offered picanha once the entire dinner. There was a very bizarre billing system, a server would collect, pass it off to managers and then the managers would carry around stacks books hunting for tables, we were asked twice for the name on our card, overall it took at least 20 minutes to pay our bill. To top things off, they messed up our open table reservations. I personally feel Texas de Brazil is a much better value.
Food was Delicious my only issue was that our server was hardly there and everytime I requested the meat well done they would tell me I will get that for you and never show up so for 20 minutes straight I sat eating appetizers while watching my spouse eating everything brought to him because he requested medium well. Needless to say the Manager stopped by and saved the day ! So thank you I honestly appreciate that he made sure My Valentine Luncheon was saved.
Had to ask two different persons for a drink and again for dessert.
Amazing food, impeccable service!! One of my top 5 restaurants in Chicago!
The meats were terrible. Either super salty or super dry or both. The only good meat was the pork chop and the fillet minion. Everything else was plain bad! The ribeye was like a rubber shoe sole. The pork ribs were so burned and dry it was impossible to attempt to chew. Terrible.
My babies 16th b-day
Walked in 20 minutes early to be seated right away! The hosts were super fast to greet me and were very nice. I had the option to pick where I wanted to sit and chose to sit next to the beautiful salad bar. Once sat the sever who was amazing greeted me and made sure I knew how everything worked and was very helpful on picking a wine that was right for me. The salad bar was amazing tons of great salads and the cured meats and cheeses looked too good and tasted to great to not grab seconds. Once i flipped to green I was amazed by how fast the gaucho chefs greeted me with the beautiful cuts of meat! The picanha was my favorite! Super tender and a ton of flavor. The Fogo de Chao Malbec blended great with the meats as suggested by friendly gauchos Coming to the End of my meal the staff checked up on me regularly and cleared my table getting me ready for the best part of the evening the Desert! I chose the papaya cream I’ve heard great things about it and it did not disappoint! The service was great and i couldn’t if asked for a better experience! Thank you Fogo de chao staff! I will definitely be back
Food and service were excellent.
