Love this restaurant but in covid times way too crowded. Patrons coughing on salad buffet. Table next to us had lady coughing the whole time. Was hard to enjoy our dinner.
This was our first time back in quite awhile. We have celebrated several special family events there, and this was a “last hurrah” to celebrate my twin grandchildren’s imminent departure for universities across country. It couldn’t have been a more wonderful family brunch time—delicious food as always, and wonderful service across the board. We had reservations right when they opened, and they were packed when we left—wonderful to see!

We went for our anniversary, had a reservation at 6:45. Waited about 20 min to get seated. It was our first time going so we didn’t know the process. We never received a menu, the waiter simply asked us if we wanted the full service, which was explained to be the cold buffet and the meat service. We had no clue about any of the complimentary warm foods like the mashed potatoes and caramelized bananas until AFTER our meal because our waiter never brought us anything or asked us if we wanted any of it. In fact we never saw him again after the initial seating, so we didn’t even know to ask for them. All the other service staff were very nice except for another one of the waiters, a different one, came to the table after my husband flipped his card but mine wasn’t flipped. He asked me if there was something particular I wanted, I said I didn’t know I was just waiting for something to catch my eye. He seemed impatient and pressed me to choose something so he could go get it for me. So I made a choice because he was insistent. He brought it over, asked if he could get me anything else, which i said no, so he then just flipped my card over for me. It didn’t sit well, I felt that he was rushing me to be done and we hadn’t even been there that long. The food was good. The service from both waiters were bad. Overall disappointing for our anniversary dinner.

Came here with a family of 8. Such a lively and fun experience. The food was great, the service was even better. Look forward to visiting again!
The cuts of chicken were good and tasty, the beef was either overcooked or under cooked and though, the pork I was given was almost 95% all fat, I requested to have another piece of pork, but it never came. The sausage was bland with no taste. Otherwise, all the veggies from the salad table were great. The guest I was with enjoyed all the drinks.

Waited too long before they started serving our table and the portion of meat were so small, it too so long to get a decent meal. Not worth the price..
While I have loved fogo for a very long time, it was different- the meat service took longer due to cooking times, the chicken we got first thing was still bleeding when they put it on the plate. Other items were still pretty rare or overcooked.
I feel like I had a better food presentation when doing the lower dining packages instead of the full experience. Was disheartening. Service was good from most of the staff.

place is crowded. meat was OK. We were put in the middle and we had someone hitting our chair. This was our anniversary. We won’t be back. Not happy when we left.

Getting at your table 45 minutes after your reserved time despite showing up 15 minutes before it weighs on the overall evaluation. The service was not very attentive and had to flag server down often. It appears that the selection of churrasco is reduced with less selection and fairy slow coming ( I think they are struggling di song staff and that is understandable). The salad bar is about half of the selection from the past and also several plates with the limited selections left empty. Hopefully once Covid is a thing of the past they will get back to their old self.

Made a reservation for 6 at 7:15p on a Saturday night. Knew it was going be busy that was why we made a reservation. But still we had to wait for roughly 40 minutes to be seated. The whole experience was ruined.
This is terrible to hear, as you should always be seated upon your reservation time. We'd hate for you to hold such an opinion of us, so when you're ready, stop by again.
Dinner here was fantastic. We had dinner with a party of four. We had a reservation and still had to a bit to be seated, but it was worth it. The food was excellent as was the service. Definitely will be going again.
This was probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to, from dirty cutlery and shabby waitresses to the blood pouring meat this is officially the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life.

It was our anniversary and thought this place would be great. After being seated, they put a sign on our table that was marked as anniversary. The waiter did his spiel and took our drink order. While we waited for our drinks, the meats started coming, most came when they were almost done, meaning not a lot of meat to carve. About 30 min, our drinks finally arrive. We were finally able to order another drink, which took another 30 min. I should mention that there was not on sitting at the bar and restaurant was not busy. We finally get our bill and the waiter comes to offer us a dessert and then said oops. He mentioned that since it’s our anniversary, it complimentary. We skipped it as we were already full and didn’t want to wait.
The overall experience was good, just wish the meats that were being offered were more at the beginning instead of the end. Also wish the drinks came quicker. The dessert would have been nice to have been offered before getting our bill. I somehow thought with the sign on our table that we might have gotten special attention, but it was not the case.
Weird that I heard from someone at the restaurant and said they would offer us a discount to come back, but never actually got the offer.
Also weird that open table shows our receipt for the night, but is the incorrect check for us.

It wasnt bad, but the rounds were few and far between. We sat waiting for meat to come around for 15 minutes at one point. When it did come it was great. The Market Table ran out of things, and it took almost an hour to get them replenished.
Our table looked like it had just been added to any available space. Server was nice but seemed to be in a bit of a daze. We waited 20+ min and asked twice if the meat selections could be brought by our table. No one seemed to know we were there. The beef and chicken options were dry and over cooked but the pork seemed to be prepared correctly. Our experiences at Texas de Brazil (same concept) have been much better. We’ll stick to what we know!

Overall it was a fine experience. After wanting to go here for years I was glad I got to go but probably won’t be returning.
Went to the bar while waiting for our table and were completely ignored by a rude bartender. Seated before we were helped. Meat was overall salty. We ordered 2 cocktails and the fogo experience. I was upset because a man was walking around with a tray of cocktails that were shooter size and asked if we wanted to “sample” them. We said sure assuming they were part of the experience and they ended up costing us as much as our full size cocktails from the bar. Total tab was $175 before tip.
It troubles us to read that our team missed the mark in providing attentive and courteous service, Alexis, as making sure you received proper care was our intention. Salad bar was basically empty for an hour. Our server couldn’t figure out how to split our party’s bill so we all had to figure out the math and pay differently. She took forever, about an hour, every time she’d leave and return. I used to love this place. Now I’m trying to find a new go-to place.

Not a great experience. In the age of covid, they still had a buffet, and items were out, so it was not stocked well. Very limited cheese and cold cut selections, roasted veggies were cold and limp, etc. Not a lot of variety with meats floating around. Very noisy and tables were crammed as well, and service was slow. At the end they needed our table for a group of ten, so we were asked to rush our last few minutes. On the plus side, we did get comped for 2 meals, but still. I've been to other Fogo's, and this was not great. Even the bar service was slow. Overall, meh.

They were out of many of the favorite dishes. No bacon, rice and beans, limeaide..... meats were mostly dry. Not up to their usual standards. Disappointed for the price.

Felt like a catering environment. Expensive for the ambiance and having the hostess literally yelling the name of the person to be seated. Lots of confusion and chaos, the food was good and the server were knowledgeable.

While the manager we spoke with made the rest of our dining experience better, I can’t let go of how horrible things started. We were sat well past our reservation time it’s more minutes than hours though” what does that even mean? When finally seated, it took long for us to be greeted, even longer for us to get waters, even longer for us to get straws (after asking 3 different team members for it), from coast to coast. If there’s a fogo where we travel, we will eat there. This location was by far the worst experience. We were getting ready to call it quits until the manager made sure he checked on us ever 5-10min which I feel should have been applied immediately by the manager considering our experience. I went ahead & paid the entire bill & left a 20% gratuity, but will never eat at this location again. Unfortunately, I really feel robbed of my money & dining experience.

Great food -- even as a vegetarian I was happy. They have a fabulous salad bar and a cauliflower steak that is out of this world! I would highly recommend Fogo de Chao!
Overall great experience. A bit loud, our table was in the middle and high traffic, and conversation was difficult. Food was great, as always.
