Overall we really enjoyed the dinner. The quality of the meats and seasonings are as great as ever.
The service was horrible. No one seemed to know what they were doing. We waited 15 minutes after we ordered to just get some salad and side items. We ordered just the Picanha steak with mashed potatoes and salad. We asked for the Picanha medallions and were told three times by three different people that they were getting it with no one ever returning with them. Many servers came by and asked if we wanted a different cut of meat and we had to keep saying NO. We just ordered the Picanha. After we received the medallions and started dining the food was good but we never received the mashed potatoes. We asked three or four different people and all said they would get them but they never arrived. We finished and asked for the bill.
When the bill arrived we were charged for an extra bottle of Pelligrino sparkling water. After that was resolved we left. The floor management was very poor. No one seemed like they knew were to be. It was very stressful and frustrating. We probably will not return.

Drinks were slow arriving but well crafted. The charcuterie platter distributed to all tables was served on a wooden plank, ours also happened to be cracked. Not sure how well that can cleaned, surprised the health department allows the wooden boards for service. Meats were okay, typical for this type of venue.
We always want everything you order to be up to par, so we're disheartened to hear your charcuterie board missed the mark. We'd love the chance to serve you once more, so please visit us again.
Well we’ve been there numerous times before Corona and I feel like the process of serving from our table is great but it seemed like we had to request to have them bring out the meat every time. We had paid for the full Churrasco meal and we actually sat waiting for a good 20min at some point before someone came round. I had my family visiting from out of town and were not too pleased with the slow process.
I think they should at least have the flip cards back something to help the servers know when to come back than having to flag someone down each time.

Horrible service. Very inattentive staff except for one female goucho named Dialyz. Our waitress did not introduce herself and was not wearing a name tag so we do not no her name but she was horrible!! She seemed to care less about serving us!

Fogo never disappoints. We brought my mother in law here for a nice brunch and she loved it. Food is always great. Wait staff was on top of it and all of the appropriate social distancing measure were taken from start to finish. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks with my parents when they visit as well
We are long time customers of Fogo and want to give our feedback. The charcuterie board was nice but it was concerning to have salads served on my one plate after I had already eaten of of it. I am not sure if this is up to health codes but we made sure the tongs and spoons did not touch our used plates. The meats flow all of the time (there is no indicator card like before). I felt bad turning away gauchos who came by all of the time. We did run into a few types of meat that had no flavor (filet mignon & picanha) but it was fixed on the next serving. They did not bring out potatoes or bananas which are my favorite and the brazil bites were dark brown and hard. We figured the chef might be new. Lastly, we sat near the front door. Every customer that left after eating did not wear a mask to exit. People sitting at the bar would walk right by us to the restroom with no mask. I understand restaurants cannot force people to wear masks BUT there should be signs that the Governor has issued a mask mandate and we need to remember to wear one when walking around a restaurant. We appreciate everyone working so hard and hope this constructive review can help the Management Team. We want Texas restaurants to stay open and be safe. We still recommend this restaurant as the team members were very kind and tried so hard to make for a nice experience.
Celebrated my husbands fathers passing. We had just buried him at the VA cemetery. He loved Fogo. His favorite place to eat❤️❤️
As always, everything was perfect! The best food and best service you can find. Just make sure you arrive hungry!

Great food and service!
Food was great and love the experience. The food/salad bar is closed due to covid but they bring out all their selections to you instead of getting it yourself. I actually like this better! Service is a hit or miss with the waiters, but the guys with the meats are always on top of everything!
The seafood appetizer was way so expensive for want you get.
1st time coming back to this place after the whole pandemic.
They reopened the restaurant and I still had some concerns on how would much space would they keep the tables apart and how would the salad bar self-serve would work in these situations when you want to keep people from being close to each other and touching the same utensils to grab food?
Arriving at the door, we were greeted by the front staff who opened the door for us, all employees wearing masks and we were promptly lead to our table since I already made reservations through Open Table.
Getting into the restaurant they have space out the seatings by reserving every other table to be empty to put distance between customers. That was well done.
They start you off with a wooden plank with cold cuts that comes from the salad bar plus a small bowl of Pao de Queijo.
Meat service would still be the same, the Gauchos would come and serve the meats on skewer but for he salad bar and hot dishes, they would bring samples of the dishes from the salad bar and serve table side, thus making the whole experience to be table side service. I actually like this method more; sure it is more work for the staff but I believe it improves the quality of the service and keep people safe from others.
Went during weekend brunch, they do serve some breakfast type food like waffles, omelets on order, Brazilian hash brow, (whatever that is) but i stayed away from it. You don't come to a steak house to eat breakfast, you come for the meat.
The meat were very tender and cooked to perfection of medium rare. The best is when you get that outside thinly slice cut, cooked on one side and medium rare on the other. Nothing beats Picanha like that.
Food is great and to top it off their Passion Fruit Caipirinha is pretty good.
It was a great dinner date for the wife and I with no kiddos to worry about. Staff welcomed us at the door and took us straight away to our table. Staff very accomdating and friendly. The food never stopped flowing to the table. We went earlier in the evening and avoided the crowd.
The service was slow and we were often left out of the rotation when meats left the kitchen. We had to ask for water refills and any other refills we needed. We appreciated the market table being served at our table. Also, the customer service manager was very nice

Service was excellent, food was great. Salad bar was different as they brought us 3 varieties to the table since noone could go to the bar with Covid...We just told what we wanted and they brought it over...The only issue was the credit card system went down so while we were waiting they comped us cappuccino's. Fortunately, I had enough cash to cover the bill.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had here! We had to ask for everything we needed countless times and were still not helped. The salad bar options were minimal and everything that was at the buffet was not provided to us at our table. Food was undercooked. Overall we were very upset with our experience.

I believe that its not your fault because of COVID 19 THE SALAD BAR WASN'T AVAILABLE LIKE IT NORMALLY is making it so hard and also some of the meats were overly cooked.

Celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday today here and my God everything was amazing. From the food, cocktail and our waitress Emma who consistently checked on our needs and was available to answer any questions we had. Special thank you to Ms.Iris to whom if I can recall correctly was a manager, for taking the time to not only check and make sure our service needs were met but briefly took the time to chat with our party about the delicious desserts we were enjoying. Highly recommend as we will definitely come back in the future.
Service was terrible, the music was so loud we couldn’t hear the server when he found the time to stop by the table. The food was ok but not for the price.

First piece of meat in five years and it was worth it!!! Picana and filet mignon stood out the most. Exceptional service and friendly faces even with their masks. Incredible drinks and eats made for a memorable night out. We were celebrating my boyfriends birthday and the staff truly went above and beyond. It’s his favorite restaurant and now mine! While I don’t plan on returning to my once meat focused diet, I will always make an exception for fogo.

We had the aged tomahawk steak it was absolutely phenomenal. I really enjoyed getting served the salad bar instead of self service. I thought it added to the dining experience an elevated it to higher elegance.

3rd grade graduation and birthday
I understand that the salad bar isn't self-serve, but we were only offered leaf lettuce and fruit salad as an option. The salad bar was full, and no other options were offered. We saw plates going out, but nothing else was offered to us. We also had to ask multiple times for meat service. We sat for quite a while in between courses.
We pride ourselves in our variety of cuts, so it is disappointing to hear that we lacked options in your opinion. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance, so we hope to earn your 5-stars in the future.

We chose Fogo de Chao to celebrate my son's graduation. We were looking for a fun and different experience. It was both of those. Great food, great ambience and something different then what we normally do. I would definitely recommend Fogo de Chao to friends and family for a special occasion.
