This restaurant was very very noisy. The salad bar is not up to standard set by other Brazilian steakhouses in Plano and Dallas. The gauchos were asked repeatedly to bring a particular type of meat and it didn’t happen.

The inconsistency of the meat is not acceptable. The Market table was good, other than a few items not out initially and the soup was luke warm at best. I even went up again later in the meal to try if the soup was warmer. It was better but not at a temperature level I would expect. My server and others that supported her were generally good. The meat was inconsistent at best. Not at the right temperature (over cooked or under cooked) and long waits for it to arrive. Beef rib was tough and chewy and one attempt to provide a medium rare ribeye towards the end was unfortunately a failure before needing to leave for an appointment. First given a piece with nothing my gristle, then from the other side given a somewhat acceptable piece but upon trying discovered it was not seasoned and taste terrible. I share this and they acknowledged they forgot to season the meat before putting on to cook. Paid and left rather disappointed with my experience. The experience is hit a miss over the years and something leadership needs to do is have a consistent experience for customers.

We had 15 guests and the people that were sitting in the middle of the table kept getting skipped when the servers came out to slice meat they only served those on the end of table and then left, it was poor service and we brought it to the attention of the server however it did not improve the middle of the table still didn’t receive food as they should.

Nice place friendly outstanding staff, many variety of steaks with good quality. Salads bar in a medium or not really has enjoyable varieties.

Experience is way to rushed and too many people come By your table toooo often. You can’t enjoy your food and friends. Food was good but I felt like I was rushed to make room for other guests

Seemed a little disorganized. Taking away plates and utensils before a course was served, then having to bring it back. Not coming around to each table in order to serve.
