Overall good but felt service is little slow.
Food and ambiance were fantastic. All of the staff was also very welcoming. Our server struggled quite a bit with drink orders and it took us asking 3 different people to finally get our check but overall the night was fun.

It was my husbands 30th birthday and he has never been to a Brazilian steakhouse and now fogo de chao is his new favorite place! The experience was tremendous, we had Jade as our waitress and another gentlemen named Christian who assisted her as well and they were the best! Always made sure we were doing well and were quick to get us what was needed, also explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely be returning to this location :)
I have eaten at Brazilian steakhouses in Brazil so I had high expectations. I was very pleased with the food selection as well as the service.
Our servers, Jaden and Christian treated us like royalty! This is a must if you are visiting Plano.
Waited 10 minutes for a server to greet us at the table. We were kind and didn’t make mention of it. When he arrived, he seemed a bit off and said, “be right back” mid sentence. When he returned, he left again in the middle of one of his own sentences and never came back, all before we’ve even ordered a drink. We had 2 glasses of wine each and with the standard meal it was $200 for terrible service for 2 people. The food was decent, nothing spectacular, and had a buffet feel.

I went with my fiance & mother-in-law so she could witness the Churrasco experience. We all loved the food, the ambiance, & the service. The staff is always friendly. Even the manager (I think he is, not sure) recognized us! ☺ That was delightful. I can't wait to return soon. ❤🥩

-Meats: very salty and no nice medium meats (well done and rare)
I had a pretty good experience at the restaurant in Addison branch but unfortunately not in Frisco.
Maybe not coming back due to the meat taste.

Really appreciated how Fogo recognized active duty & former military members in Memorial Day. Was crushed to hear you ran out of bananas as that's my favorite side dish. Outstanding service from Steve, Larry and Cassidy - she even shared how her grandpa was a fellow Navy vet like me. Made my night.
There were way too many people at this restaurant last night. The server did his absolute best but didn’t get the support he needed to do his job.
We were seated quickly and our server took great care of us! The food is always delicious and they constantly made sure we ha everything we needed. The lady at the buffet even brought things to our table for us when we asked for something (soup and bacon) which was a really nice touch.
My husband and I reserved a table on a Saturday night. This was our first time. The staff was warm and courteous and the ambience was lively! My husband ordered a select cut chicken and I ordered an appetizer and a Salmon for my entree. Although my husband’s food came promptly I waited at least 15mins for my appetizer to come and another 15-20 mins for my Salmon (which never made it to the table). My husband was done with his dinner while I just waited. All this while we had at least three servers politely asking us if we were doing ok and also checking on my food. After waiting for a long time I had to cancel my entree and I ordered a dessert instead! They were apologetic and quick to compensate with a $25 gift card towards our next visit. I’d like to give a 5 star rating for a great trained staff !

We had to wait 35 minutes with a reservation. Some of the meat served was cold and the waiter had to continually request that the gauchos come to our table. I expected better service as our service is typically excellent.

Wife ordered salmon which didn’t arrive for 45 minutes others in attendance had completely finished eating prior to her dish arriving. The waiter removed the salmon form the bill but we will not eat at this location going forward
We never want a guest to stay away, as we always want to exceed expectations. Please award us another chance, as we are sure our meals and service can hit the spot.
Meats were over cooked and dry. Wasn’t enjoyable.

It was very loud, it was difficult for us to talk
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I made an Open Table reservation for my husband’s birthday and I truly wish I would have opted for a different establishment. The staff was nice, but the service was terrible. The majority of the meat was medium-well or well done. It’s criminal to eat well prepared meat, well-done. We ordered a shrimp and lobster appetizer, of which had descent shrimp and extremely dry, rubbery lobster. The salad bar was really good. I put in the reservation and told the waiter that it was husband’s birthday and at the beginning of the meal, while my husband was in the restroom, I told the waiter I wanted to have dessert delivered to the table at the end of the meal. The check was delivered, but no offer of dessert. If I’m going to pay $300 for a meal, I expect better.

We came as a family to celebrate my younger brothers high school graduation and everyone there was nice and extremely courteous throughout the entire experience. We had the brunch experience and it was delicious! It’s our go-to place for celebrations!

A bit noisy and chaotic but overall a good experience. Food was good, a few cuts of meat were to salty for my liking but mostly they were good. We will definitely be back in the future.
My reservation was at 8:15 and we were seated at 9:20. No one apologized for our wait.
Once we settled in and turned our cards green, service was also poor and sporadic. We’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had this experience. Disappointed. Pat at the bar was excellent though.

This place is run by grade schoolers. They don't know how to manage reservations and the hostesses are clueless and have no management support. Had 8pm reservations, left after 45 minutes because we still weren't seated. Horrible experience waiting in a crowded foyer with over 50 people. Avoid unless you have a reservation time as soon as they open. Absolute dumpster fire.

Excellent experience but the food was a little lacking. Great items on the market bar. The sides with the experience were not good. Mashed potatoes were stiff, dry and flavorless. Plantains and fried yucca were very cold. Cheese bread was probably the best I have had. As for the meat choices I was impressed with a majority of them but the picanha was heavily over salted. Pork ribs were great. Frango and longo were great! Overall were were only brought by 5 different selections. I was a little disappointed but was still happy.
Steaks are not that great. A lot of sirloin which I normally like. They are covered by a lot of butter or some kind oil on them. Well done on the top and bloody rare underneath. The salad/side bar is good. Overall I did not enjoy the experience and will not go back, but of course others might like it since it seemed pretty busy.

Came here on Tuesday with family to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. Several people helped us out but Larry (I think that was his name) seemed to be our main server and did an amazing job taking care of us. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we left very satisfied-will definitely be coming back in the future.
As always good was excellent.
Unfortunately I think this was an off day for the servers. I am a regular attendee of Fogo in Plano and this experience was not up to the standard that I have come to expect.
Hopefully things will be better next time I come.

Such a fun experience. It was loud inside but for a Saturday night you can not expect much different for a restaurant. Food was delicious.

Food was great though waiter service somehow poor. Not sure if a Friday was a bad day to come here for Dinner but our server was kind of in a bad mood. Some of the gauchos were from Brazil and they were extremely service oriented. Kudos for them.
I decided to give this place another chance. I went with my fiance this time, as this was his first time there. The food was delightful, the service was excellent, and our wait staff was delightful. We both tried the full experience, and it was enjoyable. I'm glad I gave this restaurant another chance. We both can't wait to return!
The Market Table salad bar is exquisite. There are so many choices and so delicious! Our family enjoyed the all-you-can-eat meat-carved tableside.
My second time visiting this restaurant, the service was subpar. It took about 15 minutes to get my drink order. I ordered chicken as an entrée. Not only did it take a while to arrive, but they dropped it before it made it to the table. 45 minutes into my lunch break & the chicken finally arrived. I couldn't eat it since I had to leave. They made up for it by serving me other types of meat while I waited, so I'll give them that. Maybe everyone was having an off day, but the food was still delicious and the staff was friendly. I'll be returning soon.
