   The last several times we have dined at Fogo, we have found the overall service to be a bit slow, and the coverage of the restaurant by the meat servers is very limited. In the earlier days, they were all over the restaurant. Now, there are significant delays between options, and we had to ask multiple times for certain cuts. Sides are not brought out by default, you must ask for them, or at least that has been our experience the last several times we have dined. This has been the experience consistently for the past few years, and it is to the point that I'm not sure we'll return. For the price point and for the overall point of the experience, it falls short. We sat for 5 to 10 minutes between servings. Coverage is also very inconsistent depending on where you sit in the restaurant. I would not sit in any back rooms or corners, you will be missed.

   Disappointing experience at Fogo de Chão Plano. Slow, inattentive service, overcooked meats, and long waits for dessert. Basics like clean plates and side dishes were delayed or forgotten. For the brand’s HQ, expectations were much higher. Definitely not worth the price—wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting the usual Fogo quality.

   The is a very nice place. I would say my only complaint is I had to ask for other meats - sirloin was coming around a lot. If you wanted other types you needed to ask. To be fair - we were seated in the bar area and not in the main dining room. I did love my server but I did have to ask for what I wanted. I went to a Casa De Brazil in College station recently and was very impressed so that set my expectations.

   My husband and I went for happy hour sat at the bar. We had a few happy hour cocktails and the salad bar and the food was wonderful as usual and the service was great!

   Worst service we’ve had there in a while. We got very few meats to our table without requesting them and long waits. We were there for 2 hours with small kids and eventually just left without some of the selections we specifically came there for.

   This was my second time coming here with my little family definitely will never come back again for lunch , terrible service !! The waiters you had to flag down to ask for drinks or more food. It’s all you can eat where the servers stop at your table and ask if you want any of the meat they are carrying on their plate yet today they served the person at the end of our table and then walked off not even offering anyone else at my table any !! Was not till we were getting ready to close our bill that I remembered Leo the manager that helped us have an amazing time the first time we came . I flagged him down and told him about our bad experience and he turned things around for us made sure to got the items we were looking for and finish off with the correct drinks and desserts. Will be back In a few weeks again hopefully to better service and hopefully Leo is there again to guarantee us an exceptional night !!

    Fogo has become one of favorite places to celebrate all our special days. From anniversaries, birthdays, first day of school and more we come to Fogo. Today was no different as we celebrated my husband and my birthday, we’re two days apart. Moe, Sophia, Andria and Jacob took care of us like VIPs . They were very attentive and engaged with listening to us talk about our 2014 World Cup adventures to Brasil . They took great care of our girls as well and of course our birthday desserts. We love being able to count on the amazing service and food each time we come to Fogo and because of that we continue to celebrate our big moments here every year ❤️
