Once we were seated, everything went as it should have. Solid food. Drinks were good. We had a reservation for 7:15pm. We weren’t seated until 8:10pm. Our party of 7 arrived and checked in at 7:10 and were told it would be 15-20 minutes. No problem. We checked back in to see how much longer at 7:45 and were told just a few more minutes. There were several other large parties that arrived around the same time as us or after and were seated well before us. Finally we checked back in again at 8 and were told they were preparing a table. The hostess was very apologetic, but it was a bit surprising that a manager never stopped by.
Other than that, we were relatively pleased with our experience, but waiting nearly an hour with a reservation is unacceptable.

Have been to Fogo de Chao (and other Brazilian steakhouses) many times and as always it did not disappoint. This was just for date night, but we were surprised to find a band playing. Which was awesome! And just added another level of fun for us. I just wish that people in Pittsburgh would follow a dress code at a place like this. I wear a Steelers sweatshirt sometimes too....just not at a steakhouse! Come on man dress up a little!
Fogo de Chao was a great experience. I highly recommend that everyone goes to experience this style of eating. Even in COVID, I felt safe here and felt like they were attentive to the details of cleanliness and compliance with the regulations. The service was almost too attentive. We felt like we were a bit crowded by the waitstaff, clamoring to take care of every last detail. The food was excellent. we all had the Fogo experience which is a variety of meats and a wide selection of salad items from the most beautiful display. We all enjoyed the experience!
What a great place to have business meetings or just grab lunch during the day with associates or friends. From stepping in the door to the service received was excellent. The food was fabulous. What a great restaurant.

Food and service were excellent. However, there were WAY too many people in the restaurant and no spacing between tables. Lots of big groups too. Too close for comfort for me.
This was our first time back after going several times a month. It was great and just like I remembered. Only disappointment was no Bday dessert. I clearly had the reservation marked for that, and also used TWO bday discounts. :-/ you'd think someone would get the hint!

It was great, I think they forgot that we made the reservation for a Birthday though, it’s all good since the food and the service were top notch.
I was very excited for the all the meats. The beginning was very good but they tapered off. Never had a green/red button.

The entire evening was wonderful. Our waiter was friendly and couldn't have done a better job. I don’t remember his name but I do remember he is a student Duquesne. Great. Management came to our table and was so gracious. Best evening out in along time.

Food was cold and didn’t get to see many meats. I had to ask the waitress to send the meats by the table as we never saw them. The salad bar was picked over, soup was cold and the coffee was cold. Very disappointed.

Excellent all around! Even with Covid, we felt very comfortable dining here.
My husband and I were out for my birthday. Our original reservation was for a different restaurant, that sadly had a power outage and we were forced to find alternative place to eat. Set up reservations with this restaurant and were blown away by not only the level of service but the attentive staff and awesome food! We will return again, although it was expensive we were not deterred from recommending it to family.

We are big Fogo fans including multiple visits to several locations. We have visited the Pittsburgh location 3 times, and have been consistently disappointed by the Pittsburgh location.
Last nights experience again missed the typical Fogo standard. The service felt as if they may be short staffed. This seemed unfortunate given our reservation was 6:30 on a Saturday night. We had to request delivery of drinks that had been order and repeatedly asked for a broader variety of cuts of meat other than chicken & top sirloin . The quality of the meats were also subpar. I have not experienced tough & fatty meat at the other Fogo locations around the country.
I typically would speak to a manager to share this feedback directly however, it was my wife’s Birthday and we were with my family so I regrettably did not. I had added the Birthday as a special occasion on the reservation as well as called ahead to advise that our family would be visiting for a Birthday. The complementary desert offer for the Birthday guest was never acknowledged or offered We went long periods without anyone coming to our table.
I now write this with hope to provide input that can improve the Fogo Pittsburgh experience. I want to support local business, however unfortunately after the third disappointing visit I feel compelled to comment. We spent over $500 on a mediocre Birthday dinner and left regretting selecting Fogo Pittsburgh for our special family Birthday event.

Restaurant policy is to not begin serving meat to the table until the personnel see you have taken food from the buffet. We waited 30 minutes before they began serving us meat as a result. After having about eight separate servings of meat they would not acknowledge us at the table for more meat. Felt as if they begin cutting you off after a certain level.
Robert, we're sorry we weren't clear on the process of our experience, as we never want you to sit waiting. We'll be sure to deliver a better experience in the future.
It was amazing as always
Food as always is amazing. What we did not like is the servers did not stop by our tables with skewers of meat only after a few rounds. Even my two boys (9 and 12) were still wanting more! We had to keep asking them for specific cuts for them to stop by, albeit slower than before.
I feel that it was their way of getting you to stop eating, especially given it no longer has the red/green indicators given covid. I understand that times are tough for restaurants, but this is being cheap about it.
Food was okay but the service was absolutely horrible. I had to remind our waiter 3 times about my drink and we waited almost an hour to get our check. Customers around us were having the same issues. Doubt we'll go back.

My friend and I were seated after a 10 minute wait and quickly forgotten by the wait staff. After sitting and waiting for 20 minutes our waiter showed up and almost seemed annoyed that he had to serve us. We placed our drink order and waited another 20 minutes to get them! The food from the buffet was on point. By the time we were ready for second drinks the waiter was AWOL again and we had to flag down another waiter. Eventually our waiter never returned to our table and instead we got a revolving door of waiters/waitress’ to serve us. What a fiasco of very poor service! Don’t go here.

Service was poor. Had to special request the filet even though it was included in the price. Salad bar was not stocked nor were the breads. The sides with the meal were late and cold. Very disappointed. Have been there before and the service was very good. the servers were friendly, just absent.
