Fantastic food, amazing experience. It is not a joke when I say that they will bring you food non stop. You will need a break after 10 minutes in. As soon as they flip your coaster, they start coming around immediately. Get the new york wagyu and enjoy the meal you are about to have with it. Well worth every penny and you will leave fulfilled.
Got there at 1:00. Soup was empty and never refilled. Market bar had no seafood and only 2 kinds of thin cheese slices. Went for brunch thinking around $30 per person, but instead since it was Mother’s Day they charged full $51.95 instead with no warning. I thought coffee & tea included but $3.75 apiece! Asked if we could use a Mother’s Day coupon from last year which we couldn’t use because of Covid, but told no discount. Server was nice but the manager didn’t even consider our request and didn’t come over in person. Terrible and very expensive experience!!!! Will not go back even though lamb chops were delicious.

This was our first time dining at Fogo de Chao. We tried to be understanding with it being Mother’s Day but everything took so long to get. The drinks, the food. We actually got our appetizer which was shrimp cocktail completely last once we were all done with our meals. And didn’t realize the bill was wrong until we got home as I literally just signed cause we just wanted to leave at this point. We tried to make the best of it. As our waitress was very nice.

I booked a reservation for Mother’s Day expecting to treat my mom with something special. The Resturant was extremely packed which is fine expect they were most likely understaffed the buffet area was nearly empty the entire time and the wait staff forgot to come back to the table several times. I’m not usually one to complain but for spend $51 a person for brunch it just wasn’t a good experience.

Mother’s Day brunch.
Food was tasty, but over seasoned. Meat was too salty, though well cooked.
The staff service was good. However, it took forever for the items on the salad bar to get stocked. There was no bread or butter on the bar for over an hour.
Also, the whole time we were there we only got offered chicken and pork. They came around with sirloin one time. No filet at all. I think next time we will be going to a traditional steak house. I don't think we got the experience that we paid for at all.

I went to Fogo de Chao after experiencing Texas de Brazil first and all I could do was compare the two. The comparison was by far outweighed in Texas de Brazils favor as they had better sides, soup, and meat was flavored better. Fogo de Chao will never compare to Texas de Brazil, therefore, I will never be attending Fogo de Chao again. They serve tomato soup, rice, and beans as there warm sides which is not worth the money to spend there.

The restaurant management was excellent! We celebrated my grandma's 97th birthday and they were most accommodating and caring with their selection of our sitting considering my grandma's age and mobility. They took excellent care of us.
Service was very uneven. Gauchos did not come by our table often but I watched them go to the same tables near as often.

Meats were excellent as expected. Salads and sides bar was not kept well. Most premium items not stocked and lots of empty spots. Our server was excellent. Overall good experience but to get a 5 star they should be keeping that salad and sides bar stocked.
Everything was very good. Loved the table side cocktails. Would for sure come back!
We had a great time for my son's 30th birthday, everyone was attentive and very pleasant. My only issue was that we were charged for his "complementary" dessert. But they did say nice things lol!

The buffet was not monitored continually. I saw a man put food on his plate, take his mask off, taste it with his hands, then scrape it back into the platter on the buffet. When I told the manager he did not remove the plater.

The Market Table is delicious and has great choices.
My husband and I have been here a handful of times. This time was by far the best. The way all the meats were prepared and cooked was amazingly delicious and The service was impeccable. We will definitely be going there more.

The reservation was for my daughter’s 30th Birthday. We had a wonderful time. The food was great. The assistant manager Christina was especially wonderful. She made the cake presentation extra special. Our family was well taken care of. We look forward to our next dining experience there.
A little too busy for COVID guidelines, went on a Saturday night for a 7:30 reservation and waited in a busy lobby until 8. Went for the upcharge and had to request for specialty cuts multiple times, not the best experience and prefer other similar venues.

I love the foods and the service....
The bar service while we waited for our table was superb. The buffet food bar with side dishes & salads was good. However, the meats were served regularly as promised but only half were cooked well. Some were a little grisly or tough. Service was almost nonexistent after the initial greeting and we had to ask to have plates cleared. Not the quality experience I expected.

Once we were seated, everything went as it should have. Solid food. Drinks were good. We had a reservation for 7:15pm. We weren’t seated until 8:10pm. Our party of 7 arrived and checked in at 7:10 and were told it would be 15-20 minutes. No problem. We checked back in to see how much longer at 7:45 and were told just a few more minutes. There were several other large parties that arrived around the same time as us or after and were seated well before us. Finally we checked back in again at 8 and were told they were preparing a table. The hostess was very apologetic, but it was a bit surprising that a manager never stopped by.
Other than that, we were relatively pleased with our experience, but waiting nearly an hour with a reservation is unacceptable.

Have been to Fogo de Chao (and other Brazilian steakhouses) many times and as always it did not disappoint. This was just for date night, but we were surprised to find a band playing. Which was awesome! And just added another level of fun for us. I just wish that people in Pittsburgh would follow a dress code at a place like this. I wear a Steelers sweatshirt sometimes too....just not at a steakhouse! Come on man dress up a little!
Fogo de Chao was a great experience. I highly recommend that everyone goes to experience this style of eating. Even in COVID, I felt safe here and felt like they were attentive to the details of cleanliness and compliance with the regulations. The service was almost too attentive. We felt like we were a bit crowded by the waitstaff, clamoring to take care of every last detail. The food was excellent. we all had the Fogo experience which is a variety of meats and a wide selection of salad items from the most beautiful display. We all enjoyed the experience!
