Evan was our wonderful waiter. When he heard that it was my birthday, he brought me a special dessert. The entire staff were professional and treated our 8 & 9 year old grandchildren welll
We were seated next to a very obnoxious table that more or less ruined our dinner experience.
Food was good. However staff need to do better circulating with variety especially when premium dining is purchased which includes items not in basic dining plan. For example we had to keep asking for filet and were offered top and bottom round over and over. It finally came but some of our table wanted medium well and that was unavailable. We finally were able to taste ribeye late into our meal - one of the reasons we paid for the premium option. Also staff was slow to keep salad bar replenished. Many items were completely empty for the entire time we were enjoying salad. Bread, rice, cheese, bacon, fruit were all unavailable for us. We had a 6:15 reservation on a Saturday night which should be a time the staff is prepared to keep up with a crowded dining room.
My fiancée and I decided to check out Fogo de Chão for her birthday dinner. We had a great experience from beginning to end with delicious food that was all part of the Pittsburgh Restaurant Week special. The meats were all cooked perfectly and had good flavor, although we expected more flavor when we tasted a couple of the top sirloin cuts. Wasn’t bad though!
We also enjoyed the atmosphere, and the staff was very nice, attentive and thankful for our visit. Overall, it was an amazing night!
We had a great experience at Fogo! The wait staff is always friendly and makes sure you get plenty of the meat you want. I will always return.
The food was excellent. Not much for improvement. The service was horrible. We saw our initial waiter once or twice but then he was non existent. No manger came over to the table to ask about our experience.
Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and the service was great. We came for restaurant week but will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our experience. The gouchos and wait staff were super friendly and the restaurant was very clean and inviting.

We were never brought our bread and never asked if we wanted another drink, you’re never sure who your waiter is at this restaurant. It was restaurant week and they were busy, but still...it was $124 for two people and two drinks....
Service eradicate quality of food no where as good as last time I was there. It was like they downgraded everything a notch because of restaurant week?.
I didn't like that we had to pay extra for the meats that are included at other restaurant's like this one. The salad bar left allot to be desired as others have a few warm dishes all they had was a soup and beans. The waiter didn't bring our sides until we finished our meals and we never got drink refills. We also had to hunt someone down just to get our check. I was very let down by this place after all the hype. The fact that they also did not get my total right on my check either means they screwed up all around.
Visited during restaurant week which offered a good selection of meats. Salad, fruit and charcuterie bar was fresh with many options-could have been restocked more frequently. Sides delivered to table were hot and delicious. Service would have been 5 star. However, our server had a difficult time delivering the wine to the table in a timely manner-returned to ask questions many times (he was new, did a fine job otherwise).
This was our first visit and we all enjoyed it. Salad bar was great, the items should of been named. The meats were tasty, but the servers did not come around with a variety of meats, kept coming with the same meats.

Our experience was very positive. The food was very good and it was a fun environment. The continuous service of meat is very cool and makes it a good deal, but sometimes it was difficult to get the specific meat you wanted. The beef was exceptional! At the end of our meal it took us a long time to get our check and pay for meal. But overall it was very good and I would definitely recommend trying it.
I thought this restaurant was on the higher end. Judging by waitress and casual attire, I think otherwise...

We were there for Pittsburgh Restaurant Week. Our service was very slow and we felt like we were being ignored by the entire team of servers, it was almost 15 minutes before we received glasses of water, the bartender was unfriendly and unpleasant, almost all of the meat was way over cooked, it took more than 30 minutes for us to get our desserts to go and our checks, and the bathrooms were awful. One of the two sinks was broken, neither soap dispenser worked and there were no paper towels. This was not worth the $35 I paid during Restaurant Week. It definitely wouldn't be worth the normal menu prices.
Service was friendly but extremely slow. Took more than 40 minutes to get a drink. Food was ok. Since it was restaurant week menu the Top Sirloin was much more abundant than the other cuts of meat. The bacon wrapped chicken and Parmesan Pork were the best what we had.
Very positive. Highly recommended.

We went in hopes of getting the Fogo Month deal, but were slightly surprised to find out it excluded many of the gaucho items. We had looked online, heard commercials, etc. and there was no mention of this. Even outside on the large sign promoting the deal it was extremely small print. I would recommend including more information for people who are unlikely to ask about the promotion before ordering and then are unhappy with the meal or unable to pay the bill. We ended up with the standard selection and the food was delicious. Servers were excellent and timely.
A great place to take guests. Prices are almost double for lunch on the weekend though, so be aware of that. A great dining option

Food was fine. Service was terrible. Very difficult to get a drink and waiters had trouble taking a bar order.
My husband and I celebrated our birthdays. It was a Tuesday night, so i was a little worried the service would be less when compared to the weekend. However, the service was the same if not better than a typical busy weekend. I especially like their lamb, and the guy made sure he brought me plenty. They even had lamb steak in addition to the normal leg of lamb and lamb chops. It was all perfectly cooked. Also loved the molten lava cake for dessert. You will not be disappointed! They also give you validation for the parking behind the restaurant (there is a sign for fogo parking). Just get the ticket on the way out.

We have dined at this location over 30 times since opening. Most of the regular gauchos were off and the others working seemed to treat us well. The team service aspect didn't seem to work this time around (and even our previous visit.) Our lead server didn't bring water over until after we started eating, and then our cocktails arrived after that. 4 of us had the Restaurant Month deal and I ordered the full experience since I had a birthday email. The chimichurri and horseradish cream didnt arrive until we were close to being done. When the bill was presented we were given a single tab with the option of separating it ourselves. Easy enough to do with the exception of not being able to apply a discount code ourselves and when you use a credit card, it prompts a gratuity of the original total bill..not cool. That is an easy slip up of adding an extra huge gratuity. I enjoy using the tablet to pay so we don't have to wait for the server to pay, but maybe separate tablets would be faster.
Great, friendly, and attentive service. Most of the beef and chicken were very good and as was the lamb.
Food was delicious excellent. Seating was slow despite reservations. There was essentially no server tending the table. The “gauchos” serving the meat were great. But they kept bringing the lowest quality meats over and over and you had to ask for the better cuts as they would never show up. They need real servers tending tables in addition to those serving meats. If you want a drink or desert you might as well forget it. Been here four times now and it is always the same. Great meat and literally no service. You have to beg to get your check. The new electronic payment system is great
It was great but believe it or not a little too much service.
We were interrupted all the time when we were having conversation. Not with the meat but ever server that passed by. It became a bit much. Although everyone was wonderful it was just over the top and became annoying

Had a great lunch with my daughter, service was top notch, beautiful bar, food was good, a tad pricey if you’re not a big eater.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. I have Celiacs Disease and the staff was very aware and prepared to answers any questions and make sure that I was doing ok.
We were celebrating a family reunion and Fogo was a great place to meet. The food is amazing and everyone found a favorite cut ( eve little picky eaters). Luis and Nicolas were very attentive and made sure everyone was having a good time and even brought some strawberries to our kid so she could have dessert ( all the tasty desserts have milk and she is allergic). Thank you!
Our waitress was not responsive to any of our needs. She failed to bring water to us for several minutes. After taking our order, her responsibility seemed to end. She never brought us mashed potatoes. A different gentleman dropped off a bowl of potatoes but we had to ask for it. When it came time to pay the bill she brought us the wrong one which I should of taken since it was about $150 less than my actual bill. We had to reach out to the hostess as our server was no where to be seen after she dropped off the wrong ticket. I do commend the various gentlemen serving us the cut meats. Once I asked for well done they instantly started to bring me that temperature of cooked meat. They were polite and engaging.
