It was my son’s 17th birthday
Our reservation was for 8 and we did not get seated until 8:30. The place was hot and crowded. Finally at the end of the meal, the waiter brought me the wrong check which was signed in haste because of wanting to get the hell out of there. We were then kept for an extra 15 minutes while they tried to fix the error. I have been to the Fogo in Atlanta and Chicago and have always had a wonderful experience. I won’t be returning to the one in Pittsburgh

I have been going to assorted Brazilian steakhouses for at least 15 years. At Fogo, you are asked what temp you like your meat when they seat you. I like well done, my grandson med well. As the meats came around to us we had to tell each of the gauchos how we liked it cooked. 3 separate times we were told they’d be right back with meat as we ordered. Never came back. In ALL the time we were there, we ended up getting 6 pieces of meat. First time I ever left a Brazilian steakhouse hungry. I will never go back to this restaurant. What a waste of $$$$.

We were seated near the front and we had very poor service from the gauchos. We got almost no meat service the entire 2 hours we were there. Very disappointing meal.

The food was great. Our waiter was wonderful and suggested an excellent bottle of wine that was not expensive. I would definitely go there again.

This by far has been my best experience at a restaurant ever the entire staff was absolutely amazing welcoming warming and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect for the evening. Christina the general manager is an absolute angel and her and the entire staff always make me feel presidential or royalty every time I’m there and I am absolutely appreciative of their service and they are highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

My wife and I were in town for a college graduation and decided to dine here due to it being close to our hotel. WOW! So glad we did as we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Highly recommended and the drinks are delicious!

Out of town for volleyball weekend
Just an average experience - not worth returning. Space lacks atmosphere, food was just ok.

Food was very good. We had to wait a while for more meat at one point.
Servers were attentive and did ask us what we would like to have come to our table once they saw us waiting.

I give it a solid, "meh". It's not a knock on them, it is what it is. Other than the one in Rio, they are all the same. "Get them in and get them out", as quickly as possible.
The service was particularly bad, not our waiters fault, sort of, but we were almost finished our bottle of wine, and dinner, before our cocktails, that we ordered as soon as we sat down, arrived.
The food was consistent with other Fogo's I've been to, nothing is going to blow you away, but nothing is bad. It was a struggle to get the servers to come by the table. It was basically the same guy, with the same cut of meat, coming by every 10 minutes. We hade to ask several times for a particular cut of meat.
All in all, you won't be disappointed in the place, but just don't expect to be blown away. I'd look for a less "chain" type place. For the price they charge, I would want more.

Natural comparison for value & experience is to Texas de Brazil. Salad bar not as extensive possibly due to Corona aftermath, meat selection also not as extensive but definitely less salty - a good thing. Deserts were good & ambiance was very good.

We were not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food, service and atmosphere far exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to the next experience.
Had a reservation and STILL had to wait for 50 minutes past our reservation for a table! No apology, no nothing! Even indicated that was standard for the time and having a reservation meant NOTHING! Especially when restaurants were supposed to be at 75% capacity, this place was obviously WELL over 100%.

Reservations for 5:45, we were actually seated at 6:30. Food was good although service and kitchen was fairly poor. My wife ordered the salmon and it took an hour for it to be provided, the explanation given was that the kitchen had a run on salmon.

Experience is great as always!
We were not offered for different types of the top meets until we were almost all four and done eating. My 12-year-old son had to ask for them to deliver the ribs prime meat and certain cuts that we were never even offered. Thumbs down
This experience should offer you a variety of cuts, so it's disappointing to hear you were only able to try a few. Please visit us again, as we'll be sure to serve you many more cuts.
Fantastic food, amazing experience. It is not a joke when I say that they will bring you food non stop. You will need a break after 10 minutes in. As soon as they flip your coaster, they start coming around immediately. Get the new york wagyu and enjoy the meal you are about to have with it. Well worth every penny and you will leave fulfilled.

Graduation lunch. Service is good but not near the level of service in Mexico. In Mexico my water, my cup of wine, never runs empty.
Got there at 1:00. Soup was empty and never refilled. Market bar had no seafood and only 2 kinds of thin cheese slices. Went for brunch thinking around $30 per person, but instead since it was Mother’s Day they charged full $51.95 instead with no warning. I thought coffee & tea included but $3.75 apiece! Asked if we could use a Mother’s Day coupon from last year which we couldn’t use because of Covid, but told no discount. Server was nice but the manager didn’t even consider our request and didn’t come over in person. Terrible and very expensive experience!!!! Will not go back even though lamb chops were delicious.

This was our first time dining at Fogo de Chao. We tried to be understanding with it being Mother’s Day but everything took so long to get. The drinks, the food. We actually got our appetizer which was shrimp cocktail completely last once we were all done with our meals. And didn’t realize the bill was wrong until we got home as I literally just signed cause we just wanted to leave at this point. We tried to make the best of it. As our waitress was very nice.

I booked a reservation for Mother’s Day expecting to treat my mom with something special. The Resturant was extremely packed which is fine expect they were most likely understaffed the buffet area was nearly empty the entire time and the wait staff forgot to come back to the table several times. I’m not usually one to complain but for spend $51 a person for brunch it just wasn’t a good experience.
