We asked three times for filet mignon and they took around 45 minutes to bring it. Seems that they want people have the cheapest steaks before getting the filet mignon.
We enjoyed everything from the market table to each meat serving. The servers were pleasant and attentive. They made note of our preferences and returned to the table to offer our favorites. The cheese "appitizer" with spicy honey was delicious and our server made an excellent wine suggestion.
Was very busy, very loud, food bar was out of a lot of things. Seemed like they couldn’t keep up with the food since it was busy

Seemed like they were short staffed. Took long periods of time to get the meats. Another confusing thing was that when we arrived a little early they said they opened at 5 but then a manager came up and said 5:30pm. A lot of people waiting in the bar. The meal was excellent except for a few items missing on their cold bar.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fogo or any other Brazilian steak house and I frequent them often. We had a table of 9 and in over an hour and a half we were only offered 4 cuts of meat and none of the skewers ever came to the table with enough to give everyone at the table a serving. Management did a poor job of resolving the issue as their solution was a free dessert and still charging us full price even though 2 members of our party received NO meat at all. Very disappointed in them!
Great experience with ensuring everyone had a clean plate, and the staff was very attentative to provide whatever type of meat you wanted. Overall, the quality of the food is solid, but some cuts of meat were overly salty. Would try it again down the road.
Food was okay, not great. Salad bar selection was not as extensive as expected.

We were placed in a back corner of the restaurant and forgotten about. The gentlemen with the food stopped by the table, maybe 4 times. The salad bar was 3/4 empty. This was not our usual experience with this restaurant. A very disappointing experience to say the least. 🙁

Great dinner with my family of 8. Meats were good and properly cooked. Mashed potatoes were really goo Salad bar was a bit off from previous experiences. Tomatoes were thinly slice, cold and mushy.
Soup wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. A choice would be nice.

Overall such a great experience! Took a group of buddies who had never been before, & the shock that possessed them was a memory I’ll never get back. The money you pay is definitely worth it, would 100% go back again.

Best Brazilian Steakhouse on east coast of FL
First time to go there, but not our last. We drove 45miles to go there on recommendations from family. We were not disappointed. Great food and service. Well worth the trip. Left the waiter a nice tip also, he earned it.
For what they charge you, I had hoped for a better experience. The restaurant was crowded, lots of kids, little room between tables. No ambience. The salad bar was poorly stocked. Meat servers were in frequent, and most of the meat offered was either rare, or medium rare. Not much flavor. The grilled bananas and mashed potatoes were pretty good though!
For the meat service price the meat was slightly over cooked at times. Inconsistent temperatures.
Wish they were still social distancing in the seats as it felt very crowded at times especially when seated next to salad bar.
Salad bar monitoring was amazing, everyone had to sanitize prior to starting self service. I do wish they would social distance somehow or space out tables going to salad bar to ensure safety.

If you have a healthy appetite and desire a new experience in dining this is the restaurant. The extensive meat selection, buffet and service are second to none. Please note this is an all you can eat restaurant.
It was good but not great. Service was so-so, but my biggest complaint is that they never got meat temperatures correct, even upon request.

Had a wonderful experience for my youngest who was celebrating her birthday! It was her first time there and she loved every minute of it! She can’t wait to return!

Our table was ready right when we got to the restaurant. Unfortunately the server had a horrible attitude and that set the tone for the rest of the dinner. We had to wait a long time for the cuts of meat to reach our table. About halfway through the dinner we got another waiter who did a much better job but he was busy with his own tables. We should have just called for the manager early on. I’ll never go back and never recommend anyone to go to this location.

Restaurant was very busy and service seemed to be a little slow from that fact. The salad bar seemed to be lacking the normal salad options . That may be due to supply availability shortage. Overall was a good experience .
On vacation and wanted a great meal. Tough with a 1 year old at times. We decided on Fogo and They delivered on that. Our service from everyone was friendly and professional our server Jenny Belle was OUTSTANDING. So was Deivid Freitas who kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend will be back!
This was the worst fogo de chao I’ve been to , the food was unseasoned and the service was slow and not much on the bar to eat . Only good thing was the pineapples and Parmesan pork .

Fogo is a favorite of mine and I’ve visited it in many cities. This was by far my worst experience. It seemed like this location was severely short-staffed. Meat arrived rarely, difficult to get any attention from a server to bring water or bread refills, side dishes never replenished after bringing just one serving for the six of us at the table. I’ve never seen service this poor at a Fogo. If they don’t have enough staff to deliver the right service level, they should seat fewer tables. So disappointing.

We go to Fogo pretty frequently where we come from so we’re aware of what a good experience is! First, there was absolutely no social distancing. People were jam packed together in small spaces. Second, we barely had anybody come around with meat. Getting sides was like pulling teeth. Additionally, our table for some odd reason kept getting skipped. We kept having to flag them down. The meat was sloppily cut and dropped carelessly on our plates. Worst experience ever.
This is troubling to read, as this is certainly not an experience we want our guests to have. We'd appreciate the chance to regain your love and support, so visit us when you're ready.
