Fogo de Chão® (fo-go dèe shoun) es una churrasquería típica del sur de Brasil. En 1979, Fogo® comenzó a compartir la forma gaucha en la que se preparaba la carne en Porto Alegre, Brasil. Very poor experience. 1. We waited around an hour to get our table, even with a reservation. 2. Many of the wines on their list were not available, but all the more expensive ones were. 3. Our waiter was MIA for most of our meal. 4. The guys who serve the meats dripped on two people at our table (different times) and tools us they can do nothing about the stained clothes. 5. It took 20 minutes to get our bill, after asking for it.

Awesome food. Great service tonight for our large party, and appreciate the extra communication on our allergy concerns. Desserts were awesome too. Glad I did the lobster tail with the meats --- it was delicious 😋

They were crazy busy. Our table was close to the kitchen. So much traffic it was hard to talk.

I like Fogo, but this particular occasion left a lot to be desired. Meat came out very slowly, we probably didn’t see a gaucho until we had been sitting with our salads and sides for about 15 minutes. To our waiters credit I complained and service picked up after that. However, some of the cuts were well done to the point of charring and not only not enjoyable, but barely edible. That is not what I’m used to from Fogo, so it was disappointing to say the least. Drinks and desserts were good. Overall not terrible, but a pretty poor showing from a brand I typically enjoy.

Not our usual visit. Not sure if it’s because it was 8:30 pm. But it was definitely a different experience and not a good one. We had to ask numerous times for meat to be brought to our table. Everything was mediocre and I was just surprised. We brought our guest with us and they to weren’t to impressed. Hopefully next time we visit it’s a wonderful experience.
