Wouldn't go again, but it was a good experience.
The restaurant is beautiful but maybe it's better to come during the week and not a Friday evening. The buffet was very disorganized and sloppy, the meat was nothing out of this world, needed to ask 3 people for chimichurri and our drinks. The only thing that came out in an orderly fashion was the check and we were over priced. I understand that they were busy but they should have adequate staff. I'll try it again in a few months to a year but not a place I'll run back too
Very beautiful restaurant and very good service.
Not big selection of meat because I have been so many times in different restaurants in same style they always had much more options this restaurant don’t have it and because of this you don’t want really to come back.
Good wine selection. Good service. Beautiful atmosphere.
Would I come back? Not sure . This restaurant is enough for once a year.
It’s a steak house. The buffet was ok. I would stick to going there for cocktails and finger food.
I was amazing last night. I went with my girlfriend who was her first time there. She really enjoyed it. First, she got impressed with the design of the restaurant. The atmosphere was great! Second, She loved the cheese bread. That’s my third time and I will come back again because it is fantastic! Finally, our waiter Francisco was awesome. He choose a great bottle of wine for us also the best dessert ever. Everything was great. We had great time! Definitely, we will come back soon with friends!
Amazing experience! Totally worth the price!
We only had 3 varieties of meat on mother's day. I was expecting way more than that. I've been in places with more varieties and options.
I have been wanting to come this restaurant for awhile.
The wait was worth the experience.
Went here for Mother’s Day food is good just be careful with overpriced meal additions. Wait staff messed up drink orders but were courteous and fixed the faux pas.
Never disappointed! The meat is always well seasoned and high quality. I appreciate the friendly service of all the staff.
Amazing staff and very accommodating, Lorena is also the most wonderful part of that restaurant! I was extremely satisfied with everything!
Horrible meats. Horrible service. Told them we were celebrating a birthday and nothing was addressed
Very tasty different cuts of meat. The service is really great and very fast.you feel being taking care of completely.
The service was wonderful as far as friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. My one issue was that I was with a group of 5, and servers would come over with meat but not offer me any and leave the table, so I didn't always get a chance to try something. Meat choices did not come to our table very often either, and many times, all the meat was well done, which I'd much rather have the choice of medium rare.
Good ambiance overall and we enjoyed our meals.
Despite the rainy weather outside it was sunny inside this awesome Brazilian restaurant in the heart of Rockefeller center. I had a restaurant special email which allotted me and one of my girlfriends to enjoy an all you can eat veggies and meat at a special price. The salad display so attractive to the appetite. So beautifully and colorfully put together and the opportunity to eat as much as you like. The different cuts of meats so delectable to the palate. Carefully sliced as much you like right at your table. You get to decide when you've had enough. So come hungry because your leave full to capacity. The servers very attentive but not hoovering and always showing up at the right time. Great place for any occasion. Good idea to make reservations prior because it gets busy. A wonderful dining experience and well worth it.
Great food, good drinks! The staff is always friendly, and the meat so perfect!!!!!
It was my mom and dad’s 35th wedding anniversary, and it was a memorable experience. Servers were attentive. Food was delicious (favorite: bottom sirloin), and a surprise free anniversary cake for my mom & dad! How sweet was that!
Shout-out to the server who said ‘New York’s finest tap water’! Thought that was cute & funny :)
I definitely recommend this place! Will come back!
One word - AMAZING
Its an all you can eat place. About as upscale as that can be.
It was terrible !I was so excited to go there !It was my birthday the server was rude two of them !They never explained how the ordering is done because it’s Brazilian they do things different we had no idea what was going on we just winged it !II paid $168 for a salad and four shavings of a steak for me and my so. Who is 14 !They never acknowledged my birthday at all .My birthday was ruined I went home I tears !Facts !!!DO NOT WASTE YIUR TIME !!!
Food was amazing as always. My friends and I make the trip out to fogo in the city about twice a year. This time I did the restaurant month special which made it a great value. However, this time it seemed like the guys were not coming around our table a lot with the meats. Something I have never experienced at fogo. We also did not receive any mashed potatoes, or other sides apart from the cheese bread. Pretty disappointing, I still gave it 4 stars because I cannot give this place a bad review after all the good service i have experienced in their different locations. I will say however, this was my most disappointing experience there, even my friends noticed the difference. Not sure if it was because we were doing restaurant month but the service was really different towards us.
We love it every time, and this time was no different!
Wonderful experience with tons of food! The waiters just kept coming and coming with all of that meat and it was delicious! Loved every minute of it!
Vale la pena
Service was confused always and the bill was overcharged for the food item we didn't eat.
Overall we liked the place and the concept is great. Some of the stakes were not the best quality but overall we were satisfied.
The waiter was very helpful during the entire dinner, always well explaining the concept but at the end when we tipped "only" 15% he got offended and even didn't great us. In our country the 10% is already a great tip and we would only give above if something is outstanding. As the quality of the food was reasonable but not exceptional, we believed we were fair and was shocked on this behavior.
Expect delicious meats at great steakhouses. But an all-you-can-eat? Wow - really exceeded expectations. Everything was very tasty (of course, as with any steakhouse, different people will find certain cuts tastier and more enjoyable than others - here, you get to try them all). That Fogo de Chao did not rely on aging or using super fancy meats, makes it all the more impressive. It was all about the exceptional grilling! And for me, the service was better than some 1 star Michelins. That is, I randomly went to a nearby server and asked who I should alert that it was a birthday dinner for one of the kids. He told me that if I already informed the staff, then nothing else needed to be done. I told him I normally do not worry, but only a couple weeks ago, we were at the NoMad, and they forgot it was my husband's birthday celebration. So, the waiter told me he would make sure no one forgot. Well, he brought the festive birthday dessert over himself! We all had so much fun there. I've been told that Brazil is one of the the happiest places on the planet. Well, that happiness rubbed off on all of us. We left there all smiles ... and waiting for the next opportunity to make another reservation.
My husband enjoyed his birthday very much. The service and food is always of quality. We will be returning in the near future.
Excellent food and very good service.
Nice variety of food. Market table has many fresh selections. However, some of the meats are very tough, especially the beef choices.
We had a reservation on Open Table but had to wait 10 minutes. So noisy. We could not hear people at our own table. We ordered a bottle of wine. It took forever. So we had the salad bar. As we finished, a server came to us to say that they were out of our wine Duckhorn and we had to order another. Terrible service. Another 15 minutes for them to find wine. The meat was good but we won't return. Really disappointing because Atlanta restaurant was so much better.
Great atmosphere, excellent food, they even surprised me and my significant other with an anniversary dessert, free, due to my reservations. Only thing was 2 waiters who made it seem as they wanted to get rid of us ASAP for some reason.
The .eats we're very good, but a little slow in coming. The buffet items were excellent.
Great service !
The food and the service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and pleasant, we will definitely consider another visit.
It was amazing and I will definitely be back.
This was my 3rd time in this restaurant. And we had a fabulous time. The food is delicious and the service was on point. Definitely try to come during happy hour, you will have a chance to try Brazilian authentic cocktails which were delicious!!!
Good, but too expensive and the tables are way too close together. They are packed like sardines. Everything was fine, but not for $75/person. There are better meals.
