   The food was excellent. I have been in Customer service for almost 25 years professionally for the largest airline in the world and I know good customer service. We went to the Salad Bar and the Waiters Coming around with the different meats was amazing. I was never asked if I wanted something to drink like ice tea or an Adult beverage. When we finished our meals the Six of us were left with a table of Dirty Dishes for over 30 Minutes. It Certainly didn't encourage us to have after dinner Coffee and Dessert. For almost $1000.00 Dollars I expect much more attention. We were sitting next to the Computer Station So the wait staff could see our table. This type of lacking Customer Service Generally Starts at the Top with the Restaurant Manager not demanding Propper Training of Their Staff and Proper Accountability. Manhattan and NYC in general is a tough competitive Restaurant Market! National Chains are going into Bankruptcy Daily!. Better Training leads to better service, higher tips and an increase in Customer Traffic. Food 4 Thought

   We opted for the full churrasco. A diversely stocked salad bar is included with the nonstop steak, pork, lamb and poultry. it did occasionally get a little loud but the experience was worth the price.

   The food was great and all the waiters helped one another. I really enjoyed myself. The food was fresh and tasty.

   We went here for lunch to celebrate my birthday, they serve meats on a timely manner. The only disappointing part was the service . We had to ask for everything, they failed to check on us if we needed anything else. We have to ask beverages, water and coffee which should be part of the service. We come here to enjoy like we did the past 2 years but it is way different today. We chose this restaurant on a special day and I hope you take consideration that.

   We’ve been to Fogo a few times for birthdays and holiday parties. When I went to book my reservation for 6 people a banner appeared on their website promoting a special for $57 if you make your reservation When I went to pay the bill the server told me I would have needed to tell the host when we arrived that we had booked their special? The link that prompted the discount takes you right to open table to book so I assumed it was clear. The manager then explained we had already water and received 12 cuts of meat not 6 so the discount would not apply. I would have booked the table regardless of the promotion but it just seemed odd.

   Always a family favorite. Extremely allergy, friendly and wonderful with my kids. Food is consistently good and service is great.
