    Great ambiance and setting in a preferred tourist location close by Radio City Music Hall. Over the top salad bar….perfectly cooked meat selections, inexpensive and flavorful Argentinian wines. A few dessert options not available during visit… finished the evening with after dinner drinks. Overall terrific experience

    We Love this place! Our waitress was overwhelmed I believe but seeing as she only brings the drinks, it was ok. Other staff assisted. We enjoyed our experience.

    Overall it was okay. I watched a few videos on how the all you can eat option works to kind of get the idea of the experience. I do feel like maybe this particular night they were understaffed but we had to keep getting the waiters attention to try the different variations of meat. The meat was great quality the ambience of the place was nice. The sides to me were not the greatest at all. We waited a while for drinks as well. We did celebrate my son’s birthday he requested this for dinner. He enjoyed his dinner just a few mishaps. I would try again on a maybe a not so busy night so i can get the full experience of Fogo de chao.

    Not so great. Used to be better. Salad bar was sub par and some of the meat had a bad flavor, like fish. They kept coming around with the same cuts of meat.

    I was sat 60 minutes after my reservation time. It took 30 minutes to get a lemonade served. They are understaffed and overwhelmed by poor logistics. It's not a matter of trying but poor planning and operations. I have gone to Fogo de Chao's all over the US. I have never encountered one that is this poorly run.

    Is okay but I put a special request on the reservation and they don’t do nothing I have to tell the waiter was a birthday dinner, I got the Churrasco Experience and there is a waiter with the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and when you get use to the guys with the meat this guy came from nowhere and offer you the shrimp and if is your first time you going to think is part of the experience but a end that’s an Extra, is feel like a Trick plus the first bring you the cheapest meat so you get full with the cheap meat and when you full they pass by you with the top quality but they just pass y they don’t stop at any table even if you got the Green thing on the table but 1st and last time

    Love the ambience and the dining room. Our large party was seated toward the back of the restaurant and as a result the meat carvers did not come to our table as often as we would have liked or with the more premium selections.

    The food was good but over priced. Although they have filet mignon, I was only served a small portion, and although I requests more several times, the server never returned. I left unsatisfied. In addition, my wife, who is Brazilian, only had the salad bar, which she was not impressed with. Their feijoada was not authentic, and only had sausage. When the check arrived, they charged her $79 for churrasco, which was twice the price of the salad bar. Even then, they charged $39 just for the salad bar, calling it a full meal. The full meal would have included salmon or bass, which she did not order.

    Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this once a year dinner experience. The wait staff was excellent. We never wanted for anything, the staff continually refreshed where appropriate. All meats where fabulous. Flavors and tenderness reflective of only the finest of Michelin star restaurants.

    While I missed the Thanksgiving specialty last Thursday, I managed to snag a table for 2 with my mom the following day after. The service was exceptional, the décor vibrant, the food selection exquisite, and the dessert outstanding. My mom and I had a nice table set up not too far from the buffet area. Every meat we ate was nicely cooked to our palette, my mom really loved the cheese bread and really wanted more of it. Our only gripes was while the lamb was cooked well, we wanted the style of medium well meats, even well done for a few- the sirloin, the porterhouse skin, even the pork belly and the chicken were the HITS of the buffet- still wanted more meats to be prepped just a tad more. The dessert we selected were a regular coffee w/ cream plus 2 orders of vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge topping. Purely sweet, delicious; my mom wanted a second but couldn't handle another second sweet setting. Overall affordable, will definitely comeback to try their wagyu beef and more meats in the future!

    Always a hit, you cannot go wrong with a non-stop parade of meats on large knives! If you have not been, make plans! Great staff and always extra goodies brought to the table throughout.

    We had to wait over an hour after reservation. Staff was rude since it was a mess, packed all over waiting to be seated. As the place was crowded and they entered at the end of the the service, there were just a few options to eat. Manager offered two drinks as compensation, but this doesn’t help at all. Experience was bad, they don’t have to overbook far from their capacity. Don’t recommend it.

    Don’t schedule your family dinner in a holiday. They overbook and you have to wait more than 1h after your reservation time to be seated. Other than that the food and the waiters service are great!

    Please, if you have a special event, do not go to this place. My family is in town visiting, and well in advance, I made a reservation for our Thanksgiving dinner here. The reservation was for 6:30 pm, and we arrived at 6:00 pm. They had overbooked tables continuously, and the place was packed with people waiting. They seated us after an hour and a half, and we paid $75 per person to only eat at the salad bar because the waitstaff never brought around the meat dishes. Only someone came by offering grilled cheese and pork belly. There was no meat left in the buffet since the turkey had run out. On top of all this, when I asked for the bill to leave, they charged us for 5 caipirinhas that we didn't order. It was my mistake for not checking the bill thoroughly, but I was already very stressed and just wanted to get out of there. Terrible experience.

    We had to wait more than an hour to be seated and host wasn’t cooperative. Food was okay, but not as par as the one in Atlanta. Also the food aer ice was bad. We were seated on the 3 floor but the salad bar was on the 1 at floor. To get to 1st floor we chose stairs as well as elevator. Elevator was the slowest. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there

    Horrendous - no organisation at all Overbooked and too many people waiting for their reservation We arrived at 5-40pm for a 6pm reservation , allowing for a pre dinner cocktail We were not seated until 7-30pm, the atmosphere was chaotic and not at all enjoyable We will not be returning to the restaurant based on our experience

    It was packed for Thanksgiving and the reception staff was great. Some of the wait staff not so much. The seafood tower was terrible and I sent it back. It was previously frozen and then overcooked. Everything had a rubbery texture.

    I really like the food and the service is good. The one issue I have is their reservations. I was told by a manager that they don't close reservations, meaning unlimited people can make a reservation at the same time. To quote Seinfeld, they know how to take a reservation but they don't know how to HOLD a reservation. I should not have to wait over an hour to be seated. That is NOT right.

    We came here with our family and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was outstanding. They even had turkey and sides prepared on top of their regular delicious menu. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was perfect.     I dined with my husband and son. They had the meat feast and I had a regular entree of salmon. While expensive, I think the stars are the market bar and the accompaniments. There was an endless variety of salads, grilled vegetables and fruits. If you are looking for greens, this is the place.

    So disappointed in the food here. From beginning to end the food felt like it was all microwaved. We got the Tomahawk steak- it was mostly fat and not even edible. The shrimp cocktail was watery and chewy. The salad bar was well below average and tasteless. Last time we dine here.

    I didn't know that as a required the server can come to you and claim more tips like his boss will be like what's wrong with his service and he got that kind tips. I think the way to come through was a little bit rude

    The place is like a factory of rotating clients, too big of a restaurant and the buffet was more limited than I expeceted

    Excellent service, great food, loved the beef and the lamb, that rice pilaf is not my favorite. little overpriced but alltogether we will be back soon :)

    Our server was fabulous! Greeted on entry, joking with various gouchos, and we were asked during the eve how we were enjoying ourselves. There was even a friendly gentleman at the buffet. Got a cute photo by their Christmas tree by the manager on our way out! Used my birthday coupon and got $25 off And a free dessert!
