Coming all the way from Biloxi to enjoy a nice business meeting. We were greeted with open arms. Walking in to a warm welcome from the hostess that was able to seat us a little early for our reservation. Chris our server came around offering drinks and wines. This is the second time within a month that Chris has taken care of me and provided exceptional service. The meats started to roll out and everything was prepared perfectly. My favorite would be the beef ribs, lamb steak, and lamb chops. James, a new gaucho to the place was on point. Came out with every single cut we asked for with a smile and great attitude. Towards the middle to the end, we had the pleasure of meeting Erika. She welcome us and went the extra mile as we asked for grilled pineapples. Came out a little later with a whole platter of grilled pineapples. She offered after dinner drinks and other desserts also. Overall, these employees Erika, James, and Chris are a great asset to the place. We will definitely be back.

It was my birthday today and our service was fantastic! Everyone was positive and very kind and we had some laughs together! This was one of the best birthdays! Thanks to all my friends and the Fogo de Chao crew!

This was the most incredible dining experience I’ve had to date, no exaggerations. The service was impeccable and the food was truly perfect. Every single person who worked there was very nice and made me feel taken care of. I’ve told everyone in my proximity about this restaurant and I can’t wait to visit other locations! The manager Lisette handled everything professionally.

The first question we had for the server was why did the passion fruit margarita have more calories than the strawberry one. He said he would ask the bartender but never came back with an answer. The drinks were pure sugar.
Another server didn’t know much when we were asking about the beers.
We get very rushed with getting set up. We were asked which option we wanted and drinks after only have the menu for two minutes.
The serves at the salad bar area did not seem to want to be there. Couldn’t care and weren’t very interactive.
Some of the items tasted dried out like the artichokes, eggplant, meat, cheeses. I could expect that later in the evening but not when first opened at 5pm.
The servers carving the meat weren’t the friendliest. The whole finish experience was new to me and I didn’t know to use the tongs to take the meat.
They kept trying to take the drink menu when we wanted to order more. If they were limited on menus, that should’ve been expressed to us so we were aware.
In the beginning, it seemed rushed and constant checking in but at the end we couldn’t get a server to give us the receipt of our bill.

My reservation was accepted. I drove my family 40 miles just to eat here only to find out the restaurant was closed due to inclimate weather!!!! I drove to the place 40 miles with a 19 month old baby!!! What a joke!!!!

We made reservations for noon. Got to the restaurant and they were not open. Opening at 5pm. We called and someone answered and told us at 5pm, even though we were able to make reservations on Open table. He said they must have forgotten to update.

Service was pretty bad. Had to ask multiple times for each thing before actually getting it- water, salt, bread (had to ask 3-4x each before getting them). And the restaurant was literally 55° inside. If it was my first Time I wouldn’t go back

I went here for Valentines Day and it was totally amazing. The restaurant was not overcrowded, even on a special holiday. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was hot the entire night! The staff even made sure we kept fresh plates! I can honestly say I have never had an experience like this at a restaurant before! I also enjoyed the sticker they left on the table for us to flip if we wanted staff to keep offering different meats or red if we were not interested at the moment. The best food I have yet to experience in New Orleans so far!!

It was my parents anniversary and Valentine Day. Everyone was so helpful and professional, I love the guy that came by with the drink cart with custom and signature drinks. The food was delicious and fresh.

Brazilian Steak house. If your goal for the night is, I want a good steak. This should not be your choice, that said I would go back here in a heartbeat. They bring meats of beef, chicken, and pork around to tables and you take a slice. They make a damn good medium rare, the New York strip I had was amazing but so was the chicken. At $8 happy hour price point which last the entire day it’s hard to be mad at there Brazilian inspired drinks and I like me some rum! Me and the ol lady he 3 different ones, I enjoy the taste of rum so I liked them all. She enjoyed 2 sweeter drinks with much more sugar then my initial choice. You get what you pay for, and at an all in $200 price point at 6pm on Valentine’s Day. We both came from Seattle and I think for me for two people all in $200 for a nice dinner I would compare to ascend primed or something fancier in Seattle Washington or Daniels Broiler for a good steak on a darker side. If meat is the choice and your alright spending some money you won’t be disappointed.

Valentine’s Day date for two years now. Everything was great. service was good. A couple of the meats were extremely salty, but it won’t stop us from coming back.

Our waiter was SUPERB! I think his name was John (Tall, slim built, African American) he was truly OUTSTANDING! We didn’t get a chance to close out with him though, so I think the next waiter got the tip🥺 I wish they’d let us know when they’re changing waiters/shifts! Overall, the atmosphere, food, drinks & service were excellent❤️

The best place for meat, salad bar is great too.

Visited during lunch, it left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was “meh”. Perhaps it was because we attended for lunch, but the cuts of meat were terrible and tough. I’m sure they save the best for dinner I’m hoping. They were also serving brunch which was interesting and a nice touch. Great atmosphere, but I can think of better places for the price/quality. Beautiful restaurant, great drink selection, decent food.

It was a different setting. I was expecting more variety of some American flavors included with the Brazilian, but overall it was nice.

I was underwhelmed with the meats and for $170 for 2, it wasn’t worth the price. The whole experience was mediocre.

It was absolutely wonderful for our anniversary! James, who was one of the serves cutting the selection of meat was absolutely phenomenal! Please ask for him when going. Very polite and catering. Erica is also one of the supervisors that made our experience wonderful as well.

Our reservation was at 11:00pm but we didn’t know that’s the same time the restaurant closed. We were rushed through our meal. One server “Morgan” was extremely rude. She pick up my husbands can and poured his soda can in his cup and said drink up. She was very rude. She kept telling us that the restaurant was closed and we came late. This was the worst dinning experience my family had ever had.

I've eaten at several Brazilian steakhouses and overall I was not impressed. The salad bar was sparse in choices. Waitress took our order and disappeared, didnt get our drinks forever.

Service was amazing and getting our reservation was easy and timely.

The food was fantastic. Wait staff were attentive but very much trying to up-sell the whole time. It’s a shame they didn’t say it was double the price due to Christmas. It was very misleading. I ended up only having the market table without the meat for $31 plus tax.

Our attire was plain....jeans and shirt but our appearance did not circumvent the idea of being treated as if we were the most important people in the world. We had a wonderful time....rolled ourselves to the hotel with the lingering taste of a wonderful cooking of the chefs, the attentive staff....and a great memory of how wonderful this place is.

Everything was great. My only issue was that the ladies’ bathroom only has one stall and a long line. We had to go next door to the hotel to use the facilities. Being it was for hotel guests only, we had to get someone to unlock it.

We all ordered the all you can eat meats with the salad bar. Salad bar was fair but the meats and deserts were soooo good. Our waiter Chris was great and all the others that helped with our large table. Will definitely go back.
