El Fogo de Chã es un asador brasileño (churrascaria) de referencia especializado en carne de alta calidad asada al fuego mediante la centenaria técnica brasileña del churrasco. El Fogo ofrece una amplia variedad de carnes con una sencilla condimentación asadas a fuego lento para realzar su sabor natural, como el solomillo picanha (especialidad de la casa), filet mignon, entrecot y chuletas de cordero, entre otros muchos. The Tomahawk & Tequila Event was a blast!!! Amanda was able to accommodate me again seeing that I’m a vegetarian. Plus, she remembered my daughter and I from their last event. Thank you Amanda!!! It was such a delight. While everyone was outstanding that night I need to give a few shout outs to our server, Kailey, and the bartenders, Javi and Nil. Everything was on point. From the drinks, and apps I was able to eat to the cauliflower steak!!! Loved everything about it. It was nice to be included in the event. Yes, they have a big selection of meats, but they have vegan/vegetarian options as well. Thank you!!

Overall a good meal. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars vs. 5 stars is because a couple of the cuts were dry.

Our server was new but good. We had good drinks and crab cake to start with. It was a good start. Most of the cuts had no flavor. The lamb had way too much salt. To get any expensive, I had to specifically ask for them. Lamb, filet, ribeye only came when specifically asked for. The only things that come around were top and bottom round, chicken and very dry pork. They really need to focus on flavor for their cuts and if you’re going to offer higher end cuts come around with them. The wife and I will not be going back.

Considering my reservation was at 7pm, we arrived at 6:49 and weren’t seated until 7:43, that started the night on a sour foot. And they didn’t acknowledge this fact. The food was good but a lot but that is the point lol. I enjoyed the experience overall but it started very poorly.

From the moment we walked through the door, the service was outstanding. The bartender made drinks to kick off our anniversary celebration. The waitstaff team that took care of us throughout our meal was impeccable! Food was delicious. They confirmed my food allergies which always gives me a piece of mind. Truly an amazing experience!

We were excited to try this restaurant for the first time. The restaurant was clean, had lots of natural light which was nice and appealing to the eye. The food was just “OK”, nothing to write home about. The salad bar was fully stocked and about half of the item seemed really fresh. I noticed that the pineapple used for drinks at the bar and also at the salad bar were way past looking fresh. The pieces were riddled with brown spots and were soggy looking. They should have been discarded. Some of the salads available looked like they should have been replaced…like yesterday. The biggest disappointment was our server. She was unfriendly and actually seemed bothered by the fact that she was working. She chose to stand in the bar area for most of the time we were dining. We had to ask other staff to ask her to come to our table. I had to ask for a Diet Coke three times. My husbands cup of coffee came after we paid the bill. We also ordered a virgin Bloody Mary. I’m not sure how it was made, but it tasted awful. It tasted like sprite mixed with tomato juice. We addressed this with our server and she could have cared less, just removed the drink from our table. We were still charged for the drink. I have had 3 children work in the restaurant industry. I know it is not an easy job. What I do know is that if you are a server, your are supposed to serve the parties sitting in your section, and at least try to be be nice, check in on them every once in a while. Great service normally has the benefit of getting an awesome tip. I normally give a minimum 20% tip, in CASH, for great service. Our server didn’t get a very good tip, she provided lousy service and actually looked mad/upset that she was working. This was a disappointing evening, we were excited to try this place out. Not sure if I will be coming back or if I would make a recommendation to someone to give it a try.
