Terrible Dirty, very small salad bar, not common for this type of venue when compared to their competitors. Weighers dropped food next to our plates, not on purpose but never came back to clean. They dropped meat shavings in our neighbors table floor next to one chair and they never came back to pick up. The meat, 95% of it was tasting gamey. after googling we found out they are now purchasing it from Australia, most likely not the grain finished but the regular steers that are mostly grass fed and taste gamy / irony. Not good for this level of restaurant, not what we expected. They passed around chorizo/sausage. With all the amazing sausages available Christa was cheap and one could taste more of the fillings than the meat in them. Asked for a soda, I had to remind them to get it 30 minutes later. We asked one of the servers where the meats came from, and we expected in a place like this to have most it’s staff trained in some basics, but the employee simply said: from around here. She probably meant that the meat was form the USA. Clearly the meat didn’t taste like it and if it was it would have been of very bad quality to taste the way it did. This is why we used google/chat GPT to find out where the meat came from. Also, if one does not specifically tell the meat handlers to bring in the expensive/better cuts of meat (rib eyes, short ribs, tenderloin), they don’t bring them to one’s table. This is what our server told us. We deducted that they prefer to keep them in the back and expect one to fill up with the cheap meats. This is a ploy, one feels cheated. Never ever did we expect this from this famous chain. Extremely disappointed and felt cheated by the experience. We don’t expect to ever come back.

O ambiente do Fogo de Chão estava maravilhoso, muito acolhedor e agradável. O atendimento foi excelente, todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos. A comida, como sempre, impecável! E o Sérgio foi um destaque à parte, super simpático e prestativo. O nosso garçom também Manuel foi super atencioso Uma experiência incrível do início ao fim! Foi minha segunda vez aqui e realmente muito agradável. The atmosphere at Fogo de Chão was wonderful, warm, welcoming, and very pleasant. The service was excellent; everyone was attentive and friendly. The food, as always, was outstanding! Sérgio really stood out, he was incredibly kind and helpful and Manuel our waiter was amazing as well. An amazing experience from start to finish! It was my second time here, and once again, everything was truly enjoyable

The waiters serving the meat was coming rarely and many times I had to call them which is not working like this . The other waiters also they were not interested if I needed something and also them I had to call also for paying the bill after having received the check

I think the variation could be better at the food station. The actual meat wasn’t bad overall. The service wasn’t good, the people serving the meat come to slowly, u sometimes waited 10 to 15 between meat coming to your table. Continuously asking for water and tea. To be fair to the server which I tipped well it wasn’t their fault. They were grossly understaffed and it was Mother’s Day.

Understand that Mother’s Day was busy but the service was awful. Waited an hour to speak with the host as it was absent the majority of the time. People kept coming in with reservation but no way to manage customers as they walked in. Once seated the service was slow and barely coming around the table. Had to ask my waitress to have the staff to come around the table. Waited about 25 minutes just for one cut of meal after being asked multiple times. Even the lemonade that was asked was crappy. Watery and tasteless. I’ve heard about the Miami Beach restaurant but so far the Fogo at Coral Gables has been the best experience so far. It’s probably different on not busy / special ocassion days.

I had to wait 30 minutes until they gave me my table, not organice, jo body came to tell us the reservations were running late, very uncomfortable the food it was disappointed for the price not all the cuts they offer in the menu
