Fogo de Chão is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse (Churrascaria) that has been setting the standard in Brazil for the past 36 years. Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill and carve tableside each of our cuts of meat like Picanha (signature sirloin), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin) Cordeiro (lamb) and more. I have been to several Fogo’s in different cities and this one was the lesser of the others comparatively. The service was subpar and they had barely any meat runners the whole time there, which made meat service quite slow. Maybe they do that as a strategy to serve less meats I’m not sure. Service quality is the number one thing I look for at these restaurants mainly because my first experience in Indianapolis Fogo was superb and ruined it for all the other locations that don’t put that kind of emphasis into the experience they are giving their customers.

We met friends for dinner. Started with a traditional Brazilian cocktail followed by two bottles of wine. Loved all the meats and overwhelmed by all the delicious choices on the side bar-we all went back several times. My recommendation, pace yourself. There is so much food and everything deserves a taste!

Way overpriced. I basically paid for the meat (unlimited). The sides was mainly salad fixings and some mashed potatoes. The best thing was the rolls and pork... The steak was mainly undercooked, for my liking and unseasoned

While the food was awesome, and the "meat service" was great, the waiter service for drinks/special orders was not so great. It took so long to get our drink order. We ordered a few shots toward the end of our meal and they never came. We ordered a dessert that came as we were getting up to pay and leave. The dessert itself (Papaya Cream) was awful, and waiter gave us a few plastic cups to take it with us. Overall bill was $730 for 7 adults 5 kids. It was Mother's day so it was very busy, but I would imagine that preparations can be made for big days like that? Very crowded as well, and the table layout is not very ideal, you have to constantly squeeze in and out of rows to get to salad bar.

We were definitely full of food when we left and we were satisfied with the food, but service can make or break your overall experience which is why I would say no to this location again.

The salad bar is amazing and the selection of meats is extensive. Great place for a special occasion or for if you have a large appetite.

Do not go during holidays. Service is not what it normally is during non holidays. We only had the server come to our table twice with meat - never once did our server come to ask if we needed water or refills. This was not the normal experience I have had at Fogo before. This time was terrible. To top that, we were seated at a table directly next to the emergency exit and a walkway. I had to get up my table at least 3 times to make way for people to walk by. Just a terrible experience. My daughter's chair kept on opening the emergency door because her chair was directly next to the exit door. Very poor decision on management to place a table there - if there was a fire emergency, we would have been blocking that exit. A huge fire safety violation.

Please take a bit more care. A piece of hair was found in the chicken salad on the salad bar. Otherwise, food was great. Salad bar was fresh. My guess was impressed with the experience of unlimited/ non stop meat

They really sacrificed the quality of service and food for Mother’s Day. Big disappointment. Also, they went around with small shot glasses and were offering to people. We thought it was complimentary for Mother’s Day. When the bill arrived, they had charged us $12.50 for each shot! Very deceptive.

Made reservations for mothers day we arrived 30 minutes early and they sat us early too. We all had the 62. 95 all you can eat meats and salad bar. My mother got carried away at the salad bar and did not try all the meats, however, I saved my grizzly bear appetite for the meats. At one point I tried so many I cannot remember which one was which except for the pork tenderloin in parmessan in my opinion it was the best one. My sister fell in love with the lamb and sirloin.. I am happy they gave us a complimentary card because we will definitely be back again soon.

The salad bar was horrible. Brown HUGE pieces of romaine lettuce. We were never offered grilled pineapple and our assistant left in the middle of our dinner. So weird.

Food was delicious. Service was surprisingly not good. At first we had 2 different waiters asking if we needed drinks but after That we had no one come to our table. Had to ask one of the guys serving meat for extra cheese bread and water refills. Once we got the attention of a waiter we asked for medium rare filet mignon and ribeye, both were well done even after we told the meat carver. It was disappointing. It was very difficult to get a servers attention so that we could get our bill. Once asked we were never offered dessert. Which has never happened before. I didn’t want to wait around anymore and just paid.
Ive been here multiple occasions and it’s the first time I experience service less than excellent.

This experience took me back to happier times in my childhood where we would go out on Sunday after church to the smorgasbord with choice of all types of meats, poultry and fish and of course sides to go with them and others to season and add flavors without using sauces (hot, bbq, etc.).

I thoroughly enjoyed all of your red meat selections and ate these every time they came around. Also the 2 types of lamb had me bleating like a well fed sheep. 😉

Look forward to many returns to this restaurant and will venture out to others on my travels.

Amazing experience, our waiter went above and beyond to assure we were enjoying ourselves through the night. His attention to detail made it possible for us to enjoy ourselves up until the time we left, we will definitely go back and ask for him.
We knew we liked the restaurant but he made it a great experience!

The food was ok but the service was horrendous! I thought (based on several reviews) that Fogo de Chao would be the ultimate Brazilian BBQ experience. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. I have been to several different Brazilian BBQ restaurants and have always enjoyed the quantity and quality of the meats they offered. However, at Fogo de Chao the meat servers rarely came by our table to give us any meat. We had requested (several times) a specific meat and it took them forever to get it to us. This was the first time I had been to a Brazilian BBQ restaurant and left hungry! Additionally, our waitress was initially very polite and helpful but after a while she was nowhere to be found. She had told us that the wait staff was "team oriented" and any of the servers would assist if we needed anything. However, on TWO different occasions we tried to flag down another server (since our waitress had gone AWOL) and we were completely ignored. We had to complain to the manager about the service. Although he did comp our meal, we still spent WAY more money than we would have and was extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We will NEVER patron another Fogo de Chao based on this experience.

Had fun and tried lots of steaks. It’s my second time there in one month. Highly suggested for anyone who wants to get together with friends and enjoy prime steaks and drinks.

I have eaten at Fogo many times. This was the worst service I have ever seen. They smashed our table next to another where the meat servers could barely get to us. I had six servings of meat the whole time. Very bad

Incredibly slow service. Not all the meats came by, I had to ask for meat. The types of meat for a Brazilian steakhouse wasn’t that great either. A true Brazilian steakhouse brings food a lot more frequently. Bill came in incorrectly by over $100

the waiters were not professional. e.g. one steak dropped to the floor and i asked 3 times to remove it. after 30 min it was still there. they had no clue how to present a bottle of wine - no tasting sip, but immediately the glasses were pured, etc.

I have been to a lot of Fogo’s. This location was the worst of them all. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The service was absolutely horrible. We had to ask for drinks, replacement plates and the check. Was there on business and was terribly embarrassed!!!!
