I’m going to start when we first walked in. We requested a private table. It was impossible to request a quiet area since 3/4 of the restaurant was packed. We got sat next to the bar, fine, service was aight but it needed to be more enthusiastic. Our waiter passed by a few times offering us more bread but we had to flag down every gaucho to bring us meat. I mean, I’m paying a lot of money for a dinner, at least bring a few more slices of meat, sides were great, we wished they brought us more. I’m not coming back.

The service was poor. The staff came around once every 15-20 min. I requested med well meats but they came around with medium rare, that was disgusting and let’s not talk about the flies...Never again!!!!

We came to celebrate my friends birthday dinner , the place was nice and elegant . The service was great , but the salad bar need more options, also some of our meats were dry . The Picanha was the best . I think their prices are to high due to the lack of options we had .

Not at the same level of other “fogos de chão” that I’ve been to in the US and does not offer anything close to the authentic Brazilian barbecue experience. The meat selection is limited and does not include some favorites such as the “costela de boi”. When I ordered ‘farofa’ they brought scrambled eggs; and their “pão de queijo” is anything but “pão de queijo”. For all those reasons, it is overpriced and very disappointing for an expat.
Food was great and service was excellent. Loved desert the tres leches cake was the best!
Our first waiter left us and didn’t say anything. The other waiter was fine but not attentive. Food was great though

This was a wonderful experience for my friends. We were there to celebrate a birthday and we had such a charming time with your delightful first class service and the extensive food selection sure to please everyone. Thank you for making this such a memorable and joyful brunch for us. The birthday man can't stop raving about it with his friends, he's sure to return for a brunch with the guys this summer. Not up to other Fogo’s usual standard. Chicken was dry. Pao de queijo seemed like it was leftover from the lunch service. Fraghina(spelling?)and pichana not as flavorful as usual. Bland.
Worst Fogo I have been to in the country. You have to beg any of the waitstaff to find your waitress for refills or any assistance. Dirty bathrooms.
Erickson our main server was professional and great! He was attentive and funny. All the servers bringing the food were polite and friendly, too. The food was delicious. We were there for weekend brunch but we noticed that they didn't serve the beef hash. We asked our server about it and it was supposed to be out at the salad bar, but it never came out.

Consistent and quality dining experience. Staff are generally friendly and efficient. Seating is tight so going back and forth to the included buffet and salad bar is a bit messy. Come in with an empty stomach as the meat is excellent and plentiful.

Definitely would not be going back, had a reservation and still had to wait a whole hour and half to be seated. Not only did we have to wait that amount of time but not once did we have a server come to our table to check on us or see if we needed anything. I literally had to stop the hostess that was seating people to order our drinks and even then it took a whole hour for them to come back to our table with the drinks smh. Definitely not a fan of this place and probably will not be returning
The absolute worst dining experience I have encountered. I booked a table here for a Valentine's day dinner. I called ahead to see if they were running late, they told me on the phone that they are about 30 minutes behind on reservations. I get it, valentines day is a busy night, that's why I called ahead. When I arrived the place was a madhouse with a mob of people pushing to get in the doors. It took 40 minutes of being pushed and roughed up (seriously shoved and had drinks spilled on) in line before we could check in with the hostess and then another 40 minutes for the table, almost two hours after the reservation time. We were sat in a corner table in the back. Our waitress brought us one menu because they ran out of menus. I asked for a second menu and that was the last time I saw our waitress again. Luckily it's a buffet-style place as I was still able to eat, but I was not able to order drinks or get a check without asking a different waiter for help. Being in the corner we had the worst position for food and only got the rump roasts coming by; never saw the chicken, pork, or bacon-wrapped items. Didn't get any of the bread, bananas or mashed potatoes. The evening was an overall miserable experience I can't think of the worst place to dine in LA. Dining at McDonald's would have been an upgrade.
We booked a reservation for 8:45pm. Arrived at 8:35 and checked in. We’re told they overbooked reservations by 1 hour.... this was shocking considering they called to verify I was attending my reservation that morning. If they were overbooked they should have informed us of this issue earlier in the day so we could have made other plans. After 9:45pm rolled around we gave up and just went home. At 10:30pm we received notification the table was finally ready. Horrific dining experience, and not one single person we interacted with apologized for the situation.
Overbooked for valentines day, arrived on time but there were 50 other people with reservations before us waiting to be seated, hostess told us to wait an hour and half, ended up eating somewhere else.
We had an 8:15 pm reservation and the restaurant had over booked. We did not seat down to eat until 9:30 pm.
One of the worst experiences I've had dining in LA. I made a reservation for Valentine's Day 3 weeks before, at 7:45pm. Not sure if it was a mistake by Open Table or the restaurant, but it was overbooked when we arrived. The line was out the door, and I didn't get in until 8:30pm. Not a good way to spend Valentine's Day. I thought the staff would be more apologetic and more accomodating, or at least give us a complimentary drink or some type of discount for the huge inconvenience. People were angry, it was stuffy, people were hangry. Not a good combo. I would recommend the far superior M Grill Restaurant in Mid Wilshire.

Had a reservation for Valentine's Day but we had to wait almost 45 minutes to get a table. They were very nice about it and a manager came by and apologized. The food was great, I like the concept, but I don't think we really eat enough these days to justify the cost of dinner. However, the food was delicious and the people were very nice and it was very very obvious how very popular this place is!
The wait was long although we had a reservation but what can we expect on Valentine’s Day. Food was amazing and service was great. Would definitely return
