   First off, the place smelled sooo badly from the carpet. I couldn’t eat because of the smell. It was just horrible. It was about 10 minutes into the meal that the assistant manager or manager came by and we mentioned the carpet smell. She was not shocked by our response and said that they were just overdue for a carpet cleaning. Then offered to move us away from the carpet. It was good because the smell didn’t bother us at our new table. However, no one else came anymore. We waited for at least 15 minutes and kept seeing every table get served with meats except us. We were only 10 feet away from our original table. They saw us. None of the guys with meats came by and not our waitress until we complained to the lady who helped us move tables. She tried to help but obviously was busy herself. The meats started to finally come by…..but one guy who was serving the meat just was horrible. This guy cut the meats and it would fall onto our table every time, and told us to take that meat, but also he splashed the blood from the meat onto my husband face and shirt but did not apologies once. I was just so upset that I wanted to leave. The only one who was consistently helpful was the busboy who kept refilling my water, loved him. I love this place but will never come back here again.

   The food was great. The rotation of meats coming out was quick. The temperature of the restaurant was warm and uncomfortable. The service for drinks and other requests was slow even though people came to check in on us.

   I’m a regular. This trip wasn’t one of my favs… service was slow all the way around and it was really warm in the restaurant. Will be back because the food was delicious as usual.

   The service was very not good because it cames cold and the waiters did not come to serve us as we set near the entrance and also we complain that the food is not serverd and it's cold it not helped.

   The fact that there was no ventilation or AC operating made it so uncomfortable. The place seemed like guests were being bunch in. Space was very tight.

    Service and food were excellent! I started with a Blood Orange Manhattan, which was delicious. Even though we all had the Churrasco experience, we added the Wagyu Ancho. This was my first time eating wagyu and it was amazing. Finished with a cappuccino and Tres Leches Cake. Fogo de Chao is always a great experience.

    Cindy was our host and she was really amazing. It was our first time there and she walked us through the experience and checked in with us throughout the night. Awesome time. We'll be back again for sure. We also mentioned we booked through Dine In LA and got a special rate for the night.

    Came in for Dine LA - service was spotty (they did not go out of their way to wow us), but the all you can eat buffet of meats and salad bar was well worth the special Dine LA rate. The restaurant is in the heart of downtown LA and would be a good place when in the area.

    We always go here for special occasion like Birthday, Mother's Day, Valentines. Yesterday we went here to celebrate early Mother's Day with my family. We came in at 2PM which is the last for lunch service. Given that they are about to close reservation, yesterday was the worst from pir experiences so far. We need to call out our server many times to have our drinks served, we were skipped many time by the gauchos but they were able to redeem themselves towards the end. And the manager seems like she was just entertaining one table. Usually, a manager always came to visit our table but not yesterday. No body came and the servers really frustrated us. One of the gauchos was really pleasant enough that he served with extra effort to make our lunch worthwile. We requested a couple of meats at the end and he happily delivered. He gave us the perfect temp for all of it. I was particularly happy with the grilled cheese coz he was able to give it to us even after their service ended. Sadly, I wasn't able to get his name but we gave a good tip directly to him because he was really thoughtful and nice. He was a guy with glasses. Thank you for your service with us!

    Our waiter, Jackson was great! However, the food is subpar in my opinion. I ordered the salmon and it was very bland. The drinks are good though! If i were to go back it was be just to sit at the bar and order drinks.

    It has become a tradition for me to take my husband to Fogo de Chao on his birthday and/or our anniversary. We have visited several locations throughout San Diego and Los Angeles, and I must say that the service we received last night was exceptional. Our waiter, Nelson, served us promptly with all the sides, including some extra cheese bread (my fav!), and the rounds of meat kept coming nonstop for a good 20 minutes. Shortly after we arrived, a very large party of 25+ people came in, which required Nelson and other staff members to assist them. However, Nelson's teammates and the management stepped up to ensure that our needs were met while he was away.

    The experience was very disappointing. The meat would not be brought to the table for the longest period (20-30 mins at a time) and only when we were asked if we needed anything, we asked to have some meat sent to our table, then a ton of undercooked steak would be sent our way. Wished the service was more consistent and not this last resort ton of undercooked meat.

    I had a disappointing experience here. I took 5 friends for a dinner but they were so busy , our tables were cramped , it was such a struggle to get any server's attention. We wanted to eat some chicken and Lamb but we struggled to get Lamb or chicken on time after repeatedly asking for it. When we were done, desserts also took forever to come and eventually we decided to take it to GO as we were out of time and patience. We've had good experience at Manhattan Beach location but this was a shocker !

    I ordered the Salmon and it was cooked perfectly it also came with the all you could eat salad bar which was very well stocked all the fruit was fresh. The serves were very pleasant. I wpuld definitely be back.

    The restaurant is very nice with a good vibe. The food is excellent! We had the all you can eat buffet which included all types of meats, pork and poultry. The service was good, but for some reason I felt the meat servers sometimes missed our table. The wine selection in extensive and the prices are great! It was a little pricey, but overall we had a great experience! I recommend this restaurant!

    Good food, service, and experience as other locations. Be careful of outrageously high parking fees at the nearby public parking garage. $5 for every 15 minutes seems extreme. I wish the restaurant would validate the parking.
