Food was over cooked and didn’t taste very good
I had a bad experience I ordered wine never got it .. the people who came half hour after me got the drinks
My son ordered the experience, did not flip the card yet but they stopped serving the meat..
The dessert we ordered Crème Brûlée was not good, tasted stale.
Overall was trying to understand whatever he said was not able comprehend had a Heavy accent..
I wanted pan smeared salmon was told to get it from salad bar 😥and this is the second time bad experience
Now we shall not return to this place

Never disappoints! The staff is attentive and very friendly. Steaks are great. Kid friendly. If you need a meats fix, this is the place to be! Come hungry!!
Food was amazing. Service was great with the busboys and "meat servers" with the one major exception of our main server who went MIA for a LONG LONG TIME when all I needed was my check. Never even saw him again and got my check from someone else.
Ruined a great experience.
I have been a fogo de chão customer for many years.
The last 3 visits we were very disappointed.
I tried again 3 times because I thought it would be just a “bad day” and we have a better history than that.
However, last Sunday I tried again.
Food was cold.( rice and feijoada ICE cold!)
Server extremely slow.
We got our drinks almost 40 minutes after we ordered.
Almost none COVID guide lines…
Over one hour after we sat down the server brought the sides dishes only because we asked couple
The rodízio was not well coordinated. We kept been asked about the same meat over and over.
I requested picanha and shorts ribs ..
I receive the picanha and I’m still waiting for the short ribs it has been 4 days now (lol)
We were celebrating 2 special occasions. A birthday and a 45th anniversary.
We left very disappointed and I’m sure we are not coming back to Fogo again.

Awful experience at fogo Long Island. We have enjoyed fogo in San Juan and Philly. But couldn’t be more disappointed. Horrible service.

Went there last night for my wife’s birthday. We ordered a few drinks and two bottles of wine to go with our New York strip and our tomohawk steak. The most expensive steaks on their menu. We had to ask for our sides because they didn’t come out with our meal. Then when he brings the sides out, it’s about two scoops of mash potatoes for one person. My appetizer came out after my meal. I order shrimp cocktail. It’s a cold app. For the amount of money we spent it’s a shame the service we got. We received Applebee’s type of service at a steak house. It’s a shame because the foods not bad. I also never seen a boss walking around. Wait staff was very young.

I went here recently for my boyfriend's birthday and our family. We all went with the Churrasco Experience [$59.95 pp]; where you get unlimited access to the salad bar--market table (they have more than salads, a variety of cold salads), hot food, Brazilian sides brought to the table and extensive cuts of meat. He absolutely loved it and we all did. We were given these cardboard cutouts to indicate to the server whether we wanted them to keep coming or give us a break. I can't lie after the first few cuts I threw the towel in. I filled up my plate at the cold & hot bar I barely left room for all the meats. My favorite cuts out of all the options were the chicken (frango), garlic steak and top sirloin. They have all the cuts prepared from medium rare to well done. Some cuts I prefer to have well done, for example the top sirloin medium wasn't as flavorful as the well. There were options apart of the experience that weren't available, assuming because we never got the opportunity to try it. Overall, the entire dining experience was amazing. Customer service was optimal even with the place lively on a Wednesday night! I'd say always have reservations and if you have a birthday event, bring your cake. They hold it for you until you're ready and there is no cake cutting fee like other restaurants.
Food and atmosphere was fantastic. However, it was very hard to find a waiter after the giving the initial order

This is not my first time visiting this location. But it may be my last. The service we recieved was not up to par with the last times I have been there. It took about 20-25 mins after being seated to then be greeted by a waiter. It was ridiculous because it didnt even seem that busy, I've been there on busier days and still had better luck. Food was ok didnt feel like they put as much love into it as usual

I came here with my grandma and mom yesterday. What a pleasant dining experience! The salad bar is full of delicious food and the meats are amazing, cooked to your preference. If there is a type of meat you are waiting for, you simply ask and within minutes it was brought to the table. I love how the meat isn’t spicy like other Brazilian restaurants I have tried. They even brought birthday dessert for my grandma with a candle. We stayed for quite a while catching up with one another and did not feel rushed by staff. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

I would have loved to leave an amazing review since the food was actually good; however, their service leaves much to be desired. Our waiter was nice but, they sell you on their "Experience" which is supposed to be a Rodizio service. Do NOT be mistaken, this is NOT Rodizio. They rush over to you all at once in a confusing mess of slicing meat, pouring drinks, placing fillers on the table, all while reaching over both shoulders. It was a confusing mess. The worst part is they disappeared after that. The waiter came back consistently to take more drink orders but, the meat disappeared. We started asking the waiter to send out the meat. We also started counting how long it took for the guys to come back with the meat. It was almost half an hour before we got another slice of meat.
Being a chain restaurant, I expected consistency at this Fogo De Chao but, they do not operate "The Experience" as their other locations do. Being this close to Mineola, the Manager should do some Market research to see how all the other rodizios in this area do it. Or perhaps do some retraining. Your customers have plenty of other options which do it well.

I must say I am a fan of the competitor, however they knocked it out of the park on this visit. Their brown sugar, cracked pepper bacon in the salad bar area is AMAZING!!! My only complaint is that I didn't go there hungry enough and didn't eat as much as I usually do lol. But it was an outstanding visit!

Came for a birthday had a really great time. I had a reservation for 5:00pm and when we arrived we found out the dining area doesn’t open until 5:30 so not sure why open table allowed me to make a 5:00pm reservation.
Originally I made a reservation for June 19th for my grandfather for Fathers Day but he said that the reservation was too late and everything else was booked up. So I went yesterday, 7/3/2021, I’m glad he liked it
The very tall gentleman is hilarious and very friendly. Most real waiter I've ever had. He definitely made sure the right meat cuts made it to the table, knows what he's doing.
I was surprisingly disappointed. I frequent Fogo Carle Place often. Celebrated Father’s Day there just last month and everything was perfect. West Party of 2 @ 12:15 celebrating his birthday. Pros; service, drinks, cleanliness and ambiance. Cons; mashed potatoes were barely warm and hard. They came around many times with pork (we don’t eat pork), chicken legs and bottom round. I was waiting patiently, (while enjoying my market table plate) for my favorite, the lamb chops. He enjoyed the filet mignon and the top sirloin and they never came around again with it. I had to request it from my waiter. After about 15 minutes they delivered. During the wait we were offered beef ribs and more chicken legs which we turned down. Our waiter surprised him with a birthday mini chocolate cake and ice cream which was a nice touch. I’m a Fogo frequent flyer. It has always been A+. I won’t hold one bad experience against them. I was disappointed because the birthday recipient was not at all impressed.

Food was delicious. Once the meat was served, we had to find the waiter for dessert. But overall, very nice.

The food was OK. The meat tend to be overcooked. Example: The filet mignon was well done... The salad bar was small.
The service was lacking attending. The server was cutting the meat so fast and didn't realized he was splashing the grease onto my parent's shirt.
The price was bit expensive for the food and services.

Everything was good except I paid for 13 meats, I tasted 7. I tried to tell the manager n nothing was done. I didn’t want to leave a tip because I felt like they didn’t give us everything we paid for but my waitress was very nice. Oh wow also I don’t think it’s a date restaurant and the salad bar is wacc.
I made a reservation, came early for my reservation and still had to wait close to 40 minutes to be seated. For holidays or occasions where they know they will be busy they should really not overbook.

The bar had a group of guys watching the game. It sounded like a sports bar b/c they were yelling and screaming so loud. Our waiter took our drink order and we waited 25 minutes for our drink and for him to return to take our order. The food took longer than usual - the chicken was dry and chewy (it was over cooked). The steak was amazing - so no complaints on that item. The waiter never returned to give us the bill, we had to ask the bartender - from our table on the floor. Disappointed.

Our server EDUARDO WAS THE BEST!!! I was late and they waited on us... the meat was seasoned... the cassava balls (with the cheese in it) was tasty... the drinks were amazing... there was so much space in the restaurant... overall a great birthday experience.

Took my dad here for an early Father’s Day dinner. Food was great, service was efficient & quick, but it was a little dark inside. Wished they’d turn on more lights to see the digital menus. Overall, still a fantastic experience!

Amazing food, great flavors and different cuts of meats ... it was my 1st time and I enjoyed it superbly. Will definitely be back again for more of that delicious lamb!!...
Had gone with my partner for our 8th anniversary. The onslaught of meats were absolutely delicious, had Chilean sea bass on the side for me and that was superb 👌🏼 They gave us a complementary dessert for our occasion which was super sweet of them. The staff were very attentive, engaging and friendly; looking forward to dining there again 😃
