Had a great time was there for the 5 year old birthday and she enjoyed her time there.
We had our newborn baby with us and staffs were very accommodating and helpful. Will always return to this specific Fogo!

Come hungry. From the starting cocktail to the finish, ALL the food was utterly delicious. The service was impeccable. Attentive, responsive, friendly. The noise seemed to be less than in previous visits, which I much appreciated.

Food and service was great!
If I can give this place 0 stars that's what the rating would be. This place is disgusting and the service is horrible. Plates are all dirty - on table and the ones they put out for the salad bar. Health inspector definitely needs to visit.
Didn't know I had to beg for food when paying for the "full experience". Servers continuously choose not to bring us food and we were sitting with empty plates. Waiter disappeared so we couldn't do anything. Finally got a hold of the manager so we can actually get some food. One guy only goes to 3 tables in the restaurant then just stands there then goes into the kitchen. Definitely not worth it.

The food was great. The salad bar and the meat were both delicious. The service by the waiter isn’t the best. The meat people are awesome they constantly bring you meat. The waiter didn’t replace our plates we used the salad plates almost the entire meal. The manger came around and changed our plates near the end. The drinks were empty the whole night. The bus boy asked us if we wanted another round while we were eating dessert. I’d definitely go again though.

First time Great Experience
A-La Cart was great fish was cooked to perfection. Husband enjoyed the all you can eat meat experience. The side dishes were tasty. Didn’t feel as cozy as I expected and I felt a little too close to our neighboring tables. Servers were friendly and offer great suggestions.

Good food, service, and ambience
We went there to celebrate my son's birthday. It was brunch on a Sunday around 11:30. It wasn't busy at first since they just opened but more people came afterwards. Food was delicious and the servers were very attentive. Managers keep coming to our table to make sure if everything was ok. Bonus my son received a complimentary molten chocolate cake for free!! We'll be back again!!

We had reservations so we were seated immediately. Waiter was prompt on greeting and taking order. After we finished entree took a while for our dessert order to be taken then we decided to just take it with us.

Second time going bc I wanted to try the all you can eat meats.
The last time we went we got the tomahawk steak, which was excellent and that’s why we went back for a second time to try the all you can eat experience. The meats were all over salted and dry. No flavor. Only the bottom sirloin had something to make you feel like hey this is worth it. But for approximately $75 a head it isn’t. I wish for that price we had better food quality.

This was our first time back since March 2020. The service was fantastic. The food was very good though some of our favorites were missing. We understand this could be related to availability. We did find a new favorite - the grilled cheese with hot honey!
Was a great experience with very good service .
The service was terrible for the price being charged. I felt we were being rushed. They were trying to serve us meat before we were finished with our salad. The table service was slow and non attentive. I believe if we would have ordered drinks/wine we would have had more attention. We had to ask several times for filet mignon and at least 25 minutes for the check.
We used to enjoy coming to this place as a family, but the last experience ruined it for us.

I have been many times. This was not as expected. Service was off, preparation and delivery was off, items requested did not appear, many meats on the full experience did not get delivered.

Besides the delicious food and excellent service, there is plenty of parking. The salad bar has a huge variety of choices. There is a bar if you would like a drink prior to sitting. Make a reservation, even during the week as the restaurant fills up quickly. Make it after 6pm because all of the meat is cooked fresh and you get more of a variety. Don't forget to asked for their grilled cheese with a honey drizzle, delish.

Food was good but very salty! Just know the meats are going to take awhile to come around on a busy night! But service was great!
We enjoyed our meal very much however we would have preferred more service to the table as far the meats were concerned. There seemed to be a lull in service when some tables were being turned.
Had a wonderful time and outstanding meal. The beat though was the service. Excellent help consistently bringing out different meats and always attending to your needs.
Service was horrible and we didn’t get any food from the kitchen even we sat at a table right outside the kitchen. Warning DO Not go there with a big party!! We were there on a Sunday evening and place was busy and our waiter was not around to serve us at all. Waited 20 mins for our bottle of wine we ordered and water for the table. They gave us gifts cards that we can only use on week days to compensate for the bad service but we will not go back to this horrible place.

We are finished with Fogo. Same cuts were being repeated over and over. Chicken/sausage guy kept going to the bar side of the restaurant and the party room, but did not come to us for 90 minutes. I asked waitress and another person who asked how things were 4 times that we did not get chicken/sausage just steak and lamb, but was to no avail. We are not sure about how many cuts of meat we missed out on due to poor service.
At $60, the experience was frustrating and we will no longer partake.

It was our first time at this restaurant and overall everything was good. Very nice selection at the salad bar. The food is delicious. The service though is not so good. My choice of meat menu didn’t come until I asked for. By that time the other 2 people at the table were almost done with their meal. From previous reviews that I read other customers had the same complaint. I would like to return and see that the service has greatly improved

The first time we ate here, the food was as advertised with filet mignon, shell steak, ribs, etc. This time, the meats offered were primarily chicken and lamb. The beef, when it came after multiple requests, was fatty, chewy and difficult to eat. The filet, which came after three additional requests, was decent.
The salad bar is well stocked with a large variety of fruit, vegetables and salad fixings.
Fogo de Chao is an expensive restaurant. You can get better food for less.
