   While seated at the table, a manager walked over and said rudely, “who sat you here”. I stared at her in disbelief that she had the audacity to confront me with such a stereotypical attitude. She then asked, “Do you have a reservation”? Appalled and outraged, I responded, “Why would I be sitting here if I wasn’t seated and didn’t have a reservation? That should be a question for your staff and not to embarrass me in front a room full of people.” To add insult to injury; at the salad bar, an Asian woman began eating fruits. I then witnessed her take the food out of her mouth and threw it back into the salad bar! DISGUSTED I told her NOT to do that because other people had to eat, and she had to pick up the food she threw from her mouth. I IMMEDIATELY flagged down a staff member asking him to alert the manager. I then went the podium and complained to the GM. Meanwhile, people were attempting to take food from the 3 bowls she threw food from her mouth into. I DEMANDED the bowls be removed and the area sanitized. I lost my taste to eat and decided to leave. Sadly, I received a bill with no consideration of what just happened.

   Was the day before Mother's Day and restaurant was very busy with large parties. We all ordered the single choice of all you can eat. After coming around the first time, we did not see the server again until we were almost ready to leave even though tag on the table was green. When he did come the meat was the end, not to be sliced, just put chucks of meat of the plate. It was overcooked and full of fat and gristle, unlike the first meat which was delicious. We did not eat it. The buffet bar has great choices and food was good.

   Attended the "dry-aged & bourbon" event this evening, an event I have experienced a number of times prior. Today's event certainly did not go well as it has before. First and foremost, check-in was disorderly, patrons unaware as to where to check-in and were simply entering the event space without guidance. I had overheard a manager micromanaging his staff, instructing them to "limit" their service to the attending patrons. This was evident in the lack of distribution of the proclaimed food items of the event. Service was biased to "off the clock" workers who attended the event. Having sat amonst others at the center of the barspace, we were consistantly overlooked. The ribeyes (served to the patrons seated at the bar) were the cold, "unwanted", remaining pieces of the service trays. The positives of the event were the attention and service of the bartenders, and the quality of their cocktails. The live musician, a female with an electric violin, was quite talented in providing a unique ambiance at FogoDeChao. I must admit that I have enjoyed the numerous occasions dining at FogoDeChao (the Garden City location in particular) enough to continue dining at this establishment. Therefore, I do hope that management will take this review and critique into consideration, to address the aforementioned issues for future events such as this. I look to reconsider attending the following "dry-age & bourbon" event with additional party members.

   The Bourbon event is an absolutely great time. The dollar vs. The offerings is second to none. The service is great. This is an event everyone should attend.

   We have been here a few times. Unfortunately it’s gotten much worse. It is such a stressful environment. The servers with the meats seem so stressed and the waitresses and waiters seem overwhelmed. The managers are unhappy and miserable and also stressed. Such a shame because when it first opened we had many special dinners here. Suggestions s - more room in between tables Slow down and offer better cuts of meats. We were there for an hour and a half and waited a long time in between offerings but we always had a tray full of those cheese breads - felt like it may be a cost savings strategy. Our teen daughter even said maybe they want to fill us up on bread. So disappointing - completely different ambiance than when it first opened. Not an elevated experience. Felt like eating at red lobster only worse. We won’t be back.

   Delicious as usual. Needed more waitstaff. Was disappointed with the variety of meats brought to the table. Usually, there is much more variety and cuts.

    Food was delicious. Service was great. Been here many times before with pretty much positive experiences but tonight felt like they were REALLY trying hard to give us a great time! And it was !
