Fogo de Chao - Las Vegas
Fogo de Chão is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse (Churrascaria) that has been setting the standard in Brazil for the past 36 years. Today, our gaucho chefs still expertly grill and carve tableside each of our cuts of meat like Picanha (signature sirloin), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (Brazilian sirloin) Cordeiro (lamb) and more. In addition to the main dishes, enjoy our gourmet Market Table, authentic Brazilian side dishes, and award-winning wine list. Guests can also choose to enjoy lighter seafood selections or enjoy the gourmet Market Table only option.
We also offer semiprivate and private areas that can accommodate parties up to 200.

Elegant, excellent Valet parking service, great food, drinks and spacious accommodations.
WAY OVER PRICED for the food. For a Brazilian Steakhouse, the salad bar area is way too small, meats were very tough, cheesy bread was cold, was not impressed and will never go back. The best thing was the al a carte Shrimp Cocktail for $21.50! Waiter was good and attentive, however he was a little buggy and hovered over our table. Texas De Brazil is 100% better & more meat choices!!!
As always, this was an amazing experience!
An overwhelming amount of food but it a great way! Staff was nice service was fast. I would definitely go back again.
Great place to take clients. It was not to loud and they really enjoyed the food and service.
Fogo used to be our go to Churrascaria in Las Vegas. Sadly this one is no longer what it once was. We asked both the server and each meat carver for rare to medium rare meat. With the exception of one server all of the meat was well it even well done.
The sides both the ones delivered to the table and the salad bar were very good, but let's be real, we aren't coming here for the sides.
There were a few big parties so our table servers weren't as attentive as usual, either. At first there was a long wait for meat, but that was again probably due to the parties. After about 20 minutes it was much better.
Best service of any Fogo and food all cooked and seasoned perfectly
Food and service consistently outstanding , well worth the money. Highly recommended
Excelente food nut slow service
Nice place to special occasion
Food was good and value was as well but the ambience needs improvement. Considering it was Valentines Day, the lights could have been dimmed just a bit and a few candles on the tables would have made all the difference in my opinion. Nevertheless it was a good experience.
The food was good, a bit noisy but that can be expected for a holiday
Fogo De Chao was over booked and chaotic. We made a reservation for 7 but wasn’t seated until almost 8:30. I get that it was Valentines Day but the whole point of a reservation is to reserve a time a slot. I love Fogo De Chao so I’ll definitely go back but was disappointed this time.
Waiters seem overwhelemed so the attention to tables is limited. Food was good & price was a little steep.
Overall a ‘so so’ experience. We went on Valentines Day and they set up one of the large room and just laid out folding tables tightly packed together so they could cram as many people as possible inside. They were covered with a nice cloth but they were turning over tables so quickly it was obvious and cheap. The food was dry and not at their usual best.
Had Valentine’s dinner at Fogo in Vegas and their food and service were on target, especially on such a busy night!
My Sons birthday
Birthday celebration , food excellent as always .
Brought a large group of 16 for salad bar and it was delicious...Large variety of food and very fresh . Staff was also able to accommodate us with separate checks!!!
The staff made us feel like royalty from the moment we sat down. We are meat lovers and always enjoy the Fogo de Chao experience of quality meat and excellent service. Diogo, and all the staff at this Las Vegas restaurant were superior! I will visit every time we are in Vegas!
We spend a very good time, Ariel is a Great Host,
Very busy and it was extremely hard to get into the salad bar
Terrible! Waitress never refilled our waters- she did not bring any drinks we ordered to our table. Never check on us. The lamb was over cooked. Honestly a horrible experience for the money.
The Wagu beef was an up charge of $125 and the meat was underwhelming. It should have been exceedingly tender - it was not.
The staff were great, the room was very loud, the evening was very expensive and really didn't feel worth it.
Wonderful restaurant. Lots of great food to choose from. The salad bar is AMAZING. The meat was great. Would come back for special occasions.
Filet was not cooked to its great level some overcooked and charded and some way under cooked
It was good. Not something I would do often but it’s good for special occasions.
The starters and sides were okay, but not the best. Most of the meat was very delicious, some of it was not, and some were extremely salty. Drinks were great and the service was fantastic! Generally good experience, but do not necessarily see myself going again anytime soon. Slightly pricey as well.
It was our first time and we enjoyed the dining experience. The staff and food was amazing. There was an abundance of salads, cheeses, olive, soup and cold cuts at the salad bar. The various meats that was served at our table was cooked to perfection.
We look forward to dining at this
Beautiful restaurant with outstanding service. The food was inconsistent. Some flavorful some with no flavor at all. Medium rare was a moving target - from raw to almost well done. We were expecting more choices too.
We usually visit another Brazilian steakhouse here in Vegas. We found the food here just doesn’t compare. And they’re priced the same, so we will go back to other one.
We tried this restaurant because of a special they posted. When we mentioned the special the menu changed. No mention of this in the offer we received. But since we wanted the filet and other meats we decided to pay full price.
Ironically the non-included items were the worst things on the menu. The filet was dried out and tough with almost raw bacon. How is that possible? The pork was dried out too. Some of the selections were so tough we couldn’t even eat them.
The service was completely outstanding though!
Think they had a lot of very large parties - delivery of food to our table was a bit slow - we had to stop someone and ask for food a few times - I've eaten at Fogo many times and have not experienced slow service like this! It was not terrible, just different!
It used to be very good. However, I don't know whether I will go again.
Outstanding food but very pricey!!! Go with a big appetite!
We got very sick after dining last week. The manager only wanted to see doctor's paperwork, had no remorse whatsoever. We had to change evening plans, stay cooped in the hotel room for a while, and were very late to a show we already had tickets for. Being from out of town we were very disappointed as we brought guests with us who also got sick. We have been to the one in Kansas City and have never had issues like this. Very disappointed and embarrassed!
I've been here multiple times, and every time it is an absolute animal House. It's unbelievably loud. You literally have to shout/yell near the bar and hostess booth. it's almost a free-for-all when it comes to who comes to the door...... whether you have a reservation or not. they're not equipped to have 30-65+ people (standing room only) with no room near the bar and hostess area. Our reservation went over 90 minutes beyond when we were supposed to be seated, and we showed up 15 minutes early, too. The staff is rushed, they often times run out of meat (second time this has happened, last year it was nearly 45 minutes before the gaucho's were walking around again), there isnt as many cuts on the floor available to choose from as other Fogo's and overall I won't be returning. I'll go to another Brazilian steakhouse the next time I'm in Vegas.
It was insanely busy, overbooked. Everyone had a reservation and it was wall to wall people waiting for tables. Our table wasn’t ready until 8:30, 45 minutes after our reservation. I asked when we arrived if it would be a long wait for our table and was told no, they were only a bit behind and a table for two would open quickly. 45 minutes is not a short wait. We were about to leave when our table came open. I’d have preferred honesty, because I had an early flight the next morning. Once seated, our server was great, but we were not impressed with most meat selections. The seasoning was poor and not what we’ve experienced at Fogo in the past. Overall, disappointing for the price which was sad because we’ve always had a great experience in the past.
Waited 40 minutes to get seated.
