   We went here for our 9th wedding anniversary while in Las Vegas for the Post Malone concert. The reservation process was easy and the check in went smooth. Our first server was awesome, explained the process, as it was our first time there, and then servers changed. About 20 minutes into service my arm starting getting wet, the roof was leaking and hitting the chair next to us and splashing back on me. I moved over and let a server know. They moved the chair and just left the water continue to drip on the rug for the remainder of our stay. No offer to switch tables, no apology, just that it was probably the rain. Towards the end of service the dessert for celebrating our anniversary never came out. I would say this was a bad first experience and not an experience that would make me want to go back.

   Very clean. Waiters are very attentive to table. They always check on you incase you want a clean plate, any sauce, side or if you're looking for a certain cut.

   Prenotazione effettuata per le 20, mi presento alla reception e mi avvisano che ci sarebbero stati 10-15 minuti di attesa, ma sono stato accompagnato al mio tavolo solo dopo 1 ora e 25 minuti. Scelgo come sempre il rodizio, quindi ho a disposizione il buffet di insalate e carne illimitata, o così credevo.. A parte la coda di 20 minuti al buffet, quando mi siedo al tavolo vengo servito subito, ma il cameriere senza farsi accorgere da me, porta via il cartoncino che indica se l'ospite voglia ancora carne. Lo richiedo, arriva dopo 15 minuti, e alla porzione successiva il prossimo cameriere lo rimuove di nuovo, senza che io me ne accorga, sostanzialmente appoggia il vassoio per tagliare la carne e quando lo solleva si porta via anche il segnale per proseguire con le portate. Rispetto all'ultima volta in cui ci sono stato, il 2022, i prezzi sono passati da 48 a 68 usd per lo stesso menù.

   Tenía una reserva para las 7.30pm y nos colocaron en la mesa 1 hora después. Tiempo de espera muy prolongado

   This team has got it down. Period From the food to the service, everything is amazing! They take pride in what they do and it shows. Their location was newly remodeled this year and it's a beautiful location. I attended their VIK wine dinner and it was all so very good. The presentation and the execution was on point and I actually feel like I learned something. The servers were quick with the service but also found time to create connections to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy. The management team also came by to check in which made us feel very welcome. I can't get over how good the charcoal fire roasted meat is! Amazing. Over all 10 star experience! If not for the amazing food, the service will keep us coming back as well. Thank you so much Fogo Vegas! You all are killing it!
