   I have been to Fogo multiple times and usually had a great experience. Today is Mother’s Day and everything was twice as expensive and limited menu. I was disappointed to say the least, as not only was it more expensive but they kept running out of stuff and service was slower than usual. My mom and dad are elderly and don’t eat a lot…but the limited menu for the meat was not available. Yo guys need to have limited meat servings for people who just can’t eat a lot. Was not impressed and now I dot think I’ll be going back, not knowing what to expect.

   You were advertising a $49 special for locals , I booked to go for my daughters birthday which I told in my reservation, There was nothing said about it not being honored due to it being mothers day until we got there , then i asked if i could use the $25 birthday coupon they sent her but again was told no because it was mothers day , but the waiter said don’t worry were still going to bring her out a special birthday dessert & of course that never happened either .. Food was ok had 1/2 a piece of lamb 1 nugget size of filet mignon & garlic steak , pork chops were overcooked & dry looking , never saw any chicken , or anything else ..salad bar crowded lots of people but not such good selections.. Wish we had gone elsewhere.

   We went here for our 9th wedding anniversary while in Las Vegas for the Post Malone concert. The reservation process was easy and the check in went smooth. Our first server was awesome, explained the process, as it was our first time there, and then servers changed. About 20 minutes into service my arm starting getting wet, the roof was leaking and hitting the chair next to us and splashing back on me. I moved over and let a server know. They moved the chair and just left the water continue to drip on the rug for the remainder of our stay. No offer to switch tables, no apology, just that it was probably the rain. Towards the end of service the dessert for celebrating our anniversary never came out. I would say this was a bad first experience and not an experience that would make me want to go back.

   The food was good and the staff was excellent. They even gave us a complimentary dessert because it was our anniversary. Thank you Fogo de Chão for a great experience!

    Very slow service. Server was not attentive. Constantly had to ask for drink refills and dessert. Mostly only steak/beef was brought around. Only was offered pork once or twice. Saw chicken kegs go by but was never offered to our table. Was my son’s 16th birthday. Was very disappointed.
