Absloutly great food I wanted to eat more but I was so full. Great service, all employee are super nice and attentive. Great restaurant , great food and great employees. Don't miss that place, it's worth the money and the drive.

Limited selection of meats and sides. Service was lacking.
The meat had a strong taste of gas, maybe propane. We were seated in a very dark area of the room, but felt bad to move spots. The sides are okay, but the waiters are very nice! I could flag down anyone and they were very nice about it.

Our waiter(s) was very attentive, but non-evasive. Our original server had amazing recommendations on cocktail, wine, dessert, etc. He really made the experience exquisite. The "salad" bar had some great options to start off the meal, but the MEAT was amazing! The flank steak, ribeye, and lampchops are a can't miss option.
Service was terrible. After we were seated we didn't see the server almost until the end. Had to ask for water refill, when we were ready to be serve the meat, had to ask for the side dishes. After we ate we waited for someone to come ask if we wanted any dessert and we had to ask for the check. Total experience was very disappointing. We had received a gift card from our daughter as a Christmas present and felt she wasted her money. I wish there was a way that I can return the balance and get her a refund.
A group of 12 of us had a dinner last Saturday for a buddy's bachelor party as this is one of the groom to bees favorite places. In fact over the years we have hoisted many events at this very site. Spent thousands in each event. I noticed the staff was requested easily over five time to have cretin selections brought to our table. It got to the point that the groom had to ask for the manager. At that point we got flooded with food, but it was so long after the original request that the meal was already over. I would say they staff just did not speck or understand English well enough or just did not care. That said the manager did give us a discount and apologized. We used to all think this place was amazing, but most of us now think . They have gone way down hill in service.

Hostess was upset we didn’t want to sit next to kitchen; waiter nicely moved us no problem...however no one explained how it all worked

This was a fantastic dining experience. The staff made sure all our needs were met and made sure we did not leave hungry or dissatisfied. The selection of salads and meats was fabulous. Make reservations and go early, this place gets busy quick.
Staff was polite and attentive. Nice variety of meats. Wish prices was not as expensive during regular lunch hours so that l can return with friends more often.
Even with a reservation we never got the table. After 45 minutes waiting we left. Horrible
The restaurant overbooked and handled the situation horribly. We had a 7:30 reservation and after standing for 30 minutes in an overcrowded entry hallway we were told it would be another 30-45 minutes but there was no guarantee. They did not tell us when we arrived that there would be a delay. Terrible experience. Our group of 11 stood in the parking lot calling other restaurants and we booked another place and left.
Just as the review before me stated - I made an (important) business meal reservation for 10 at 7:30. At 8:30 we finally left the restaurant. Moreover, I have never seen so many ANGRY customers that had waited even longer than my large party. Management should be ashamed of themselves (though it was clear they could care less given their "snippy" attitude to the upset customers they had so severely inconvenienced). SIMPLY DO NOT GO TO THIS FOGO DE CHAO! All others I have visited were 5 star - try those.
This had to be one of the worst experiences ever. Booked a reservation for a party of 5 at 730 and did not get seated until 915. No managers were anywhere to be seen and left the hostess to deal with quite the many disgruntled customers who were all wondering when they would be seated. Classic case of over booking and all the customers suffered for it. Never had this problem at Texas de Brazil. No manager came over and apologized for the wait or anything. Simply embarrassing. Won't be going back here ever again.

Fogo’s is usually the best, but this meal was off from the beginning. The waiter delivered our drinks to the table while we were at the buffet which is a big no no in my experience. We had to continually ask for our pao de queijo to be replenished and overall the wait staff was absent from our table even though they weren’t that busy. Maybe just an odd day.
