It was my first time at Fogo. Overall, I enjoyed the experience for the theme and different style of dinning. I did not enjoy, however, how one of the servers treated us. One of the servers treated us with so much sass and attitude that my boyfriend and I looked at each other shocked because we had no idea where it was coming from. All others, including the manager, were stellar. So strange and uncomfortable for the main server.
Amazing as always
My experience at fogo de Chao was a very good experience. The service was excellent. The food was very good and delicious. Thumbs up all around.
The food was good. The waiter forgot about our drinks we ended up eating half our meal without the drinks and only the water we got at the beginning of our meal. Otherwise it was a great experience.
I told them we were there for a birthday and they didn’t bring anything out with the dessert I ordered. The server was lazy, the water and bread took long, really just an ok experience. Was expecting more
The food was amazing it was hot fresh and tasty and the sangria they made me was spectacular
Couldn't eat as much meat as my husband did! Although I did visit the salad bar multiple times, so good.
food was just OK for the cost -- a glass of wine was $15 on top of that. the servers were good at coming to your table with additional food items, however, the meats were tough, the chicken portions cold. saled bar was OK -- would not go back - would opt for a good BYOB instead -- disappointing!
The team is awesome. The food was great, and had tons of fun. Highly recommended.
Great very busy
Went for KoP Restaurant Week and we were not disappointed! Everything was so extremely amazing!
You don't get a lot of food for your money unless you're a meat eater/lover. My family and I love eating here!
Alot of the food selection was cold or tough. The flavor was there but I had a overall better experience at chima.
Wow! The service the food the space- all was incredible. The waiters and managers couldn't have done more for us. It was an incredible experience!
First time going to Fogo de Chao. We had a wonderful experience. The service and food were excellent. We will definitely return in the future.
Worst dining experience for a very long time. Signed up for Restaurant week but when we were seated we were told we could on order chicken or a sub-standard piece of beef. We walked out and went to a decent restaurant across the street
Every chicken item was overcooked meats generally were not seasoned well
Lamb chops and bottom sirloin were excellent though.
Not nearly worth $54.95 per person
The food was great and the service was excellent.
Overall a great experience. Food is amazing, service is always positive and great!
Table side drinks was a definite bonus. Our server was slow checking on us. Then when we were finished, emptied our plates together on the table while her other hand was full of a tray of another tables dirty dishes. For a 5star rating, make two trips.
Birthday. It’s too loud. We couldn’t carry on a conversation.
Unfortunately we sat by the door. Maybe they should have done a better job structuring the entrance. Food was very good
Excellent service as usual
We were again disappointed with the quality of the meat here. Almost everything we ate was tougher than it should be for the money you are spending here. We had a lot of waste on our plates. It is so overpriced! The service was fine and attentive but it was not very crowded. Some of the meats were so salty, i couldn’t eat it. This is our 2nd not good experience here. We will not return for a third.
Not the place for lunch. Just wanted the salad bar, the food was great. But the service did not exist.
It was a slow Thursday and the staff just did not care. Our waiter showed up just once to refill our water and then we had to wait 35 minutes till we waived down a manager for our check. The place is beautiful,
however not that clean. With a major focal point being the support for the ceiling with a really cool ceiling too bad the support has not been wiped down or cleaned of all the dirty hand prints.
I guess the staff thinks that everyone that has lunch is there to kill 2 hours and that is how they treat you.
One of our guest wanted well done meat. This was very difficult to get and we had asked for the Way to go back and get several times and sometimes they never came. Disappointing
Best fogo my woman and I have been to. Fabio is one of the best managers i know! He makes you feel welcomed! The staff is phenomenal. I personally would go to fogo de chao every single day if I had the time. FANTASTIC establishment at Fogo de Chao in King of Prussia!
Service was really bad... waiter seemed annoyed when he asked him for things that he should have brought out in the first place. We had to find somebody to order our desert. We had to find someone to give us our check. Never wanted to walk out of a place as bad as I wanted to there
I felt rushed through the ordering process with no time to understand the ordering options. With 4 kids and 1 with dietary restrictions I never had the opportunity to make selections, it was just assumed that everyone was having the full experience.
The food was good, as was expected. However, getting a check became an impossible process. It was only after a different server could see we had been finished eating for a while before before he brought over a check. Surprising, since the waiting area was filling up with customers.
Nothing beats Fogo the service is top notch and the food is fantastic.
Great time, great food. Service from our server was a little “eh”. Also not a fan of the do it yourself credit card thing at the table. We had cash and cards and split 3 ways for 3 couples. It was such a pain that the manager had trouble figuring it out. I don’t want to have to do this. I want a server to do it. That’s why we pay them.
Pros: The food was amazing. Between the salad bar and the number of meats, I could not ask for a better birthday dinner. We also were able to use two coupon codes which was great and a free birthday dessert!
Cons: The service needs to be improved. Once seated, it took about 15 minutes to order a cocktail and a soda. It took another 15 minutes to get the cocktail and a second ask for the soda. For the amount of money we are paying, it should not take 30 minutes for a cocktail and 35 minutes for a soda.
I wrote on my booking that we were celebrating a birthday and it was never acknowledged. Server only gave us one menu to share. Made deciding very hard to do. Server was nice but not particularly attentive.
Too expensive for what it is. Didn’t see most of the cuts of meat, and were passed or missed several times.
Love the spot
A birthday lunch for a friend. Food was excellent as usual, but service was slow. Out waiter was borderline rude.
This place never disappoints!!! It's my "go to" for important celebrations. I entertain 75 clients here each Christmas and their anticipation starts with funny emails about "meat sweats" weeks in advance! This week it was my son's 18 birthday celebration. We surprised him with his three best friends, who had not previously had a Fogo experience. Were they ever blown away!!! Honestly, I knew 18 year old boys could eat, but I've never seen anything like the feast they enjoyed. They were stunned by the way the waiters Just . . . Kept . . . Coming! And after they ate all the meat they could, we all pushed the boundaries and signed up for the dessert. Being a "veteran" of the place, I knew the desserts were worth saving a bit of room for, so our group was "all in".
It was a terrific celebration, as I knew it would be!
Very good food! We always enjoy our dining experience at Fogo Dr Chao!
Went for my birthday today with my family. Overall was an amazing experience & we all enjoyed it. The only thing we were surprised about was the water? The only water that we were offered was spring or sparkling. And for a table of 5- we went through quite a few bottles. Not to realize that they were $7 each.
