The beef selections were just a little underdone for my taste, but my wife and daughter loved it!!
Lack of communication as requests for certain things would need to be made 3 or 4 times. Also, not much choice for people who want well done or medium. It was charcoal brick, or super rare. Hope things improve.

Our Anniversary dinner. It was fabulous!
The food is good, and our core server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is high action, and even stressful. Very expensive for what you get. We went to celebrate the birthday of one of our kids. He loved it.

The restaurant itself is beautiful. When we arrived I think they reached maximum capacity (which is amazing. The world is back). Unfortunately, we were not impressed by the food. It was in my opinion, bland. We did the full experience so I was able to try multiple meats and I was not happy at all. I thought I would love the food because Ive been to Chima on multiple occasions and I always satisfied. Fogo was recommended to us and I would never return. The servers were nice and efficient. It was busy but they were always available and checking in on us. I will say, the plantains, mashed potatoes and creme brûlée were great.
This is disheartening to hear, as our cuts should always be filled with our authentic Brazilian flavor. We hope this doesn't truly keep you away, as we'd love to deliver you a 5-star experience.
Our waitress forgot to our order in. We waited for 45mins before she made it back to our table, when she was told she didn’t bring our drinks, a light bulb went on. From there it was another 45 mins to get our entrees. The cauliflower steak was raw & the salmon was bland.

Our family of 5 was celebrating my sons’s 16th birthday. He loved it!! We had an excellent experience.
Serving staff was very nice but the people actually serving the food were horrible! Literally would just walk right past our table every time, very odd. I’m a fan of this chain but would never go back to this one. I said something to one of the food servers as he was about to walk right by like every other one of them were doing and he stopped, dropped two pieces of meat on my plate and didn’t even bother to ask the rest of my table if they wanted anything.
I was at Fogo for a business meeting so didn’t make a big deal about it but I will definitely voice my opinion on here.

We were celebrating my son's 10th birthday. We were seated in a corner next to the private dining area. The servers repeatedly passed us by and did not offer us anything to eat. We repeatedly requested to be served but still on received 3 cuts of meat. Moreover, what we received was only what was remaining after visiting the private rooms. My son asked if they forgot about us because it was only a kid's birthday. Very disappointing. After more than $500, left hungry and unsatisfied.

Service was lacking asked for ribeye 3 times and it took until I had my check to get it very disappointed was looking forward to it also old fashioned wasn't very good besides also my date felt very uncomfortable after a few "jokes" from servers

Great customer service
Everything was amazing even the Waitress I just low key felt like they water down my drink. But other then that I will return
I really enjoyed eating there. The meats were great and the buffet of salads meats and cheeses was amazing as well.
After a while though it seemed like the meet servers just stop coming over to our table even though we had not flipped our thing. Felt like we had exceeded our welcome and they wanted to turn our table.
Also, it was my birthday, which I had mentioned on open table, and, coincidentally, my wife had called and told the restaurant because she couldn't be with me. She had asked if there was a way I could get dessert & they said they would – unfortunately, they didn't..
After gorging myself with meat I didn't really need dessert, but it would've been nice. I'm not getting any younger. lol
But, even at $55, it's a delicious & fun experience.

Omelette and waffle station could have been much better and cleaner. Everyone was wonderful! Chicken salad delicious. Cheese selection was lacking.
I made reservations for 4 at 7:30 PM for Friday, July 10. It was our first visit. It was an extremely noisy, crowded atmosphere with no ambiance whatsoever other than a stylish ceiling light. We felt like we were seated in the Center of a crowded bull ring to eat dinner. We could barely hear each other talk. A very large, unprotected salad bar with much variety was offered if you didn't mind being totally exposed to anyone who was unvacvinated for the Covid-19 virus! When we received our smart phone sized electronic bill, which was very difficult to read for four post 70 year olds, it was just dropped on our table with cursory instructions on how to use it. As we began to read it the battery died. I had to hail a fast moving waitress for a replacement. I inserted my chip card, added 20% to our over $540.00 bill and left with my friend and our wives. Upon arriving home I reviewed a copy of the emailed invoice detail. I quickly discovered that we were charged for 6 diners instead of just the four of us! I immediately called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I was told I would have to leave my number and they would have a manager call me back. My phone rang within 5 minutes. The manager apologized and said it was a small problem. I told him that it was by no means a small problem to be billed for 6 when we were only 4 diners. I requested an immediate corrective credit to my charge plus a refund of the resulting gratuity disparity and tax. I have yet to receive it nor any other correspondence. I am now forced to contact my credit card company to have the charges reversed! There are too many nice restaurants to visit to waste your time and money on this Disneyesque food show.

As a Brazilian family living abroad we expected more similarity to the Brazilian stores with more meat variety (considering local availability), plates changing, more salads and most important a good black beans (very easy to replicate), it was really bad.

It was ok but not great. The salad bar was better than the quality of the meats. Too many tables made it lack ambience. This was our first visit in 10 years, and we probably will not be going back anytime soon.

It was AMAZING. We went for our anniversary and it was the first time we’d been there. The service was great, the food was great, and they even gave us a complete dessert for our anniversary!
We were out for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly, the food was fantastic, and the facility was bright, clean, and inviting.
No one was pushy and took time to answer all of our questions.
Great dinner. Did miss some of the staples on the salad bar though the additions however were delicious. Our waiter was also phenomenal

Great food, attentive service, made our occasion special, worth the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food, both at the salad bar, and that server table side was of excellent quality, and offered a good variety. We are definitely planning our next visit.
This is always a great time. We go a few of times a year.
Some of us get the salad bar only and the rest get the full experience.

What good is it if you make a reservation and inform them of a special occasion and they do not acknowledge it. Not only when checking in but when the server asks and still does not say anything. Seating was another issue, they tried to sit us with families and a location where it was very crowded, even though the other part of the restaurant was empty. We asked for another table and they did accommodate us. Our server was very nice. Even though our entrees did not come out for 15 minutes, they bought out mashed potatoes almost immediately. We asked for another dish when our entrees did come out. After we ate and received our bill we asked for the manager and explained the disappointment to him. He said wait. Five minutes later he returned with a desert with the dish Happy Anniversary! Nice of him, except we just had desert and it was included on the bill. What he could have offered was a coffee, tea, etc. Never asked if we had desert. We had to ask for a box to take the desert home.
For a special occasion, this is not a place I would recommend. We seemed to be rushed even though the restaurant was not overflowing. The front desk needs to review comments and communicate the comments to the staff and management needs to do a better job checking in with staff and patrons. I would have thought that a restaurant would be on top of pleasing patrons especially now that we are coming out of this difficult period.
Will not be coming back, to many other restaurants to choose from. VERY BIG Disappointment.

We have dined at Fogo de Chao multiple times but will not go back after this time. The food was below par, all meat was over cooked and there was minimal options offered. Our server was rude and became even ruder when we asked to be moved to a different table away from the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like a port a potty at a major sports event in the middle of summer. The smell was horrid and took over most of the restaurant. Drinks from the bar took so long that we received our second round of drinks AFTER we payed the check. We will not be going back and wish we didn’t waste our money on this date night.
