King of Prussia is always on point when it comes to service. The hostess was smiling and welcoming when we arrived. They asked me to wait for my husband to be sat. No problem, understandable. When we did sit down, the server and hostess pulled our chairs out. My server had greeted us and took my drink orders. I must say the server was very professional and gave us exceptional service. Throughout the meal, he was always filling up my waters and making sure I was getting the right cuts for my meats. The gauchos came around and offered the different meats. Each meats was flavorful and delicious. I like my meats medium rare and they were great at accommodating that. It was me and my husbands anniversary and they offered us a complimentary dessert which was very nice. The drinks were a great addition to the meal. The caipirinhas are always amazing. The bartender does a great job making the drinks. My servers Joseph and Gerald were outstanding and these boys helped make my night amazing. Thank you so much to the staff for making our anniversary great!
Anniversary Brunch We decided to come here based off the recommendation of our friends who had gone for their anniversary as well. We are really glad we listened! The experience is definitely unique, the food delicious, and the service amazing! Upon being seated the server was very helpful on telling us how it worked since it was our first time there. You start with the market fresh table which has salads, cheeses, vegetables, etc. You can return to the market fresh table as often as you want, but I don't recommend filling up. You want to save room for all of the delicious meat! Gauchos walk around to each table that has your coaster turned up to green, and serves the meat off of metal skewers onto your plate. There were different types of steaks, chicken, ribs, pork, and even sausage. We tried so many different meats and even passed on some just because we were getting so full. Everything was delicious, seasoned well, cooked perfectly, and hot. We were very impressed. If you're done getting meat just turn the coaster over to red. The manager walks around and chats with all the tables which is also a great addition to their customer service. Upon finding out it was our anniversary they let us know they were going to give us a complimentary dessert of our choice. We made sure to save room for that and ordered the molten chocolate cake. It was fantastic and they took the time to write HappyAnniversary around the plate and how many years we had been married. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely return. My husband says it's his new favorite restaurant KOP! Thank you Fogo de Chao for making our anniversary special.
My family had such a wonderful time at Fogo! We were immediately welcomed by the smiling, friendly staff. We were seated quickly, even before our reservation time. The smell is delicious as soon as you enter this beautiful restaurant, and everything just gets better from there! The salad bar overflows with exotic and adventurous offerings. A huge, savory wheel of Parmesan cheese is an unexpected delight, I am a lover of fine cheeses and there were plenty of intriguing choices to sample. The squash soup was smooth and decadent. The cheese rolls they bring to the table were hot and buttery and addictive. My favorite meats were the perfectly seared bottom loin, and exquisite lamb chops. I was so wonderfully full and satisfied! The delicious dessert was a nice surprise! A restaurant known for top quality meat and fine wine can also deliver an unbelievable dessert! Yes, Fogo sure does just that..the traditional creamy flan was a perfect ending to a truly five star meal!
Everything was awesome. Only had 1 problem and the waiter fixed it straight away. Food is always excellent.
Dinner for brothers birthday
The value and quality are no longer there for this location. Second time there where the food was just ok, but not even close for the price. We will no longer visit the King of Prussia location. Way too reliant on the name of the brand and not earning it.
We paid full dinner which was suppose to include all the prime dining meats like filet mignon,ribaye and lamb chops but we did not get any of them,not even once!!! They pretty much offer us 5 different meats,half of them chicken ,which is just ridiculous for "fine dining"restaurant!
Food was fresh and good. Good service. Overall a great experience. They have really improved since they first opened this location. I will happily go back.

At some point during dinner, meat service stopped. After informing waiters of what we were waiting, as per their inquiry, when meat service restarted, one server appeared to give us an attitude and served meat to those who were done with meat service (table disk was turned to Red). I don’t see myself returning to this location.
Started eating my salad and noticed a long black hair. I let the manager know and he took the plate away with no apology or acknowledgement. Disappointed with this kind service at the level of this restaurant.
We made a reservation for our anniversary...we arrived and we greeted warmly and seated right away. We chose the full experience and ordered wine. With a 20% tip our bill was $181.00. The price is not the issue but the quality of the meats did not justify the price. The chicken was fine, Parmesan pork was great but all the steaks were not of high quality. We were bombarded with different cuts of sirloin. When filet was finally offered I literally had to spit it out because it was bad. We saw sausage come around on our way out-it never made it to us while we were seated. The salad bar was packed with people and picked over-many of the plates were almost empty and being there for an hour we didn’t see it being refilled. We’ve eaten at Texas deBrazil and we were hoping for a similar dining experience. We turned down free dessert and went to Founding Farmers for dessert and an after dinner drink. To say e were disappointed is an understatement.

I was disappointed when receiving my bill, I was told that I could not utilize the "coupon" or special emailed to me. Therefore, I spent more money than I intended to. Perhaps you could be clearer with your "fine print" and/or explain specials during the initial greeting as at times it is a bit confusing. I would hate to think that this confusion is looked forward to in order to inflate the per customer average.
One last thing, the manager who I spoke to about the bill/special, though polite, was a bit abrupt, slightly dismissive of my quandary, and did not offer any sort of resolution.

Bad service, waiters had no facial expression and no eye contacts were made when they were talking to you. Food was ok, but not worth the price.

This was our second experience at Fogo de Chao, we first ate in Boston and we also loved that restaurant as well. This restaurant had amazing service as well as friendly staff. The restaurant was very beautiful and the food was also impeccable, I would completely recommend this restaurant.

Always such a great experience! The food is delicious - too bad we could not order the Papaya dessert. It's one of our favorites.
For the second time in a row, management failed to heed the fact that it was a special occasion despite my noting in OpenTable form that it was a birthday celebration. I wrote the manager about this, and never heard back. Disappointing lack of attention to needs of customer and failure to respond to the complaint suggest a certain degree of arrogance on part of management.
Went for brunch as a family of four. Service was accommodating and friendly. Brunch had a nice selection including an omelette station and waffles. Meats were great, well cooked and well seasoned. My only criticism is that the pork and lamb came around more often that many of the meats that appeared on the menu card. Would definitely return.

The meat is to die for and the other salad bar and brunch items are not far behind. Servers were readily available to cater to our wishes.
Ah-mazing!!! The whole experience was wonderful. We went for my husband’s birthday. My husband and two adult children all love meat, I am a vegetarian. The meat-lovers had just the best choices and I was absolutely spoilt with the plentiful options at the market bar. The service was outstanding. The freshness and quality of the food was top-notch. We will definitely be back!
By far the best steak place I’ve been too. All the food was amazing. Filet mignon and prime rib was very tasty. Never had an empty plate. Service was quick when requesting certain types of meat. If you leave hungry at this place it’s your own fault! Had no problem spending the money on good quality meat. The Lamb tasted weird. Maybe cooking or seasoning it different. But the steak was by far the best. Wish this place wasn’t far from me.

I like the place but they need to have more well done meat to bring to the tables because you have to wait for the well done meat to much and the buffet needs more hot items. The place is good and the ambiance great. Thank you!

Hot, fresh, delicious food
This was our second time dining there and the first for our friends. We were a table of 4 and we had 2 menus. Not sure why. Shouldn't we each have 1. Our waitress forget one of pur drinks and didn't bring the appetizer until we had already been eating. Then when it came to the sides( masged potatoes, etc) we only recieved one. The table next to us had 2 people and they recieved one to share and we were a party of 4 and we recieved only one to share. ????? We were 2 couples dining together and we each ordered a dessert to share, per couple. When our server brought them out she put one between the men and one between the women. Strange! I'm not sharing dessert with her, i would be sharing with my husband. That's usually the way it works. Our waitress just wasn't very attentive to us and seemed to not care. I would expect better service considering the price i'm paying for dinner. We paid over 300 Collectively.
Food is always great, and the service ranks right up there also. Always a good time to visit this place!

Everything else was very nice
I took my son and my daughter for my son's 21st Birthday and it was an amazing evening. The food was high quality from all types of meat and the salmon was perfectly seasoned and delicious. I would definitely highly recommend this Beautiful Restaurant to family and friends. This is my 5th time here and will come back for more.
Fogo de Chao is a phenomenal place for a "ounce in a while" nice dinner. It is expensive, but what you get for that money is 95% of the time quite good. The trick at Fogo is don't fill up at the salad bar, it's great, and it's hard not to do, but if you do that you miss out on the real reason you are there. The steak is always good, but for my money the Parmesan encrusted pork, the mashed potatoes and the plantains are the best. The bacon wrapped chicken and filet are also very, very good.
Overall it is a great experience. Personally, I am not a fan of the added things they try to sell you when you first sit down, to me it cheapens the experience a bit, but let's not kid ourselves, you are going there for the food, and the food delivers nicely.

It was an outstanding experience. The food was delicious. However, only complaint is we had to ask four people before we were served steak with bacon. Definitely will come again.

We had a reservation and it was crowded which is fine, but we were seated by the door to the kitchen. The problem with sitting there is the Gaucho's miss you when they come out because they came out quickly and go across the room. The result is that they didn't come by our table very often. I had to ask for meat to be brought to us.
Also the waiters station is right where our table is so by accident my son was bumped into several times. Everyone was nice about it, but that table is not a good one.
The food was great as always. I did not want to make any issue about the table because it was our Daughters Birthday. It would have been a problem to get another table because there was a constant flow of guests coming in.
We have been there several times and every experience was five stars. Slight downgrade on this visit because of the bad table.
