   Food was delicious, however the servers need to slow down and concentrate on their tasks. One of the servers got steak juice on my shirt. Another, when filling the water, allowed the spillage to go onto my plate of food getting everything soaked with water. Then, we waited for 15 minutes to have someone come and offer us desert menus. Desert came out but one plate and drink at a time instead of all at the same time.

   We felt rushed - like our main server wanted us to order asap and turn the table. Other support servers and the beef wait staff were excellent

   Mixed experience this time. We went early on a Friday. It was not crowded and service was generally good. Everyone was able to answer all of our questions. My husband received extra help to choose a bottle of wine. However, we were disappointed in the quality of the meat during this visit. They did not bring filet around unless you asked for it. My husband upgraded to get a lobster tail or crab cake. It was a very small lobster tail and it was brought while we were still eating our salad bar selections. As were the mashed potatoes and polenta. It was a disappointing visit this time, especially for my husband.

   Food was great! Ive been to many locations and this one was pretty high on the list. Salad bar clean and stocked well. Meats were great and came around regularly. My only complaint is the service. Everyone seemed annoyed we were there. Server was rude and passive. Gauchos had attitude and didn’t listen. If i said no thank you to an offering they would rudely walk away or give me the selection anyway. A couple rounds i said no thank you and they put it on my plate anyway. Overall beautiful location and food was on point. Just wish the service was better.

   A lot of the meats were coming out overcooked and cross contaminated. They were serving chicken on front and sausage on the back. Which wouldn’t be a problem unless they were telling their customers that one was chicken and one was pork. It was a holiday so it was very busy and loud. There was a lot of tables scattered all over the place so it’s like the waiters seem to have to maneuver through the tables that were everywhere. I would go back.
