   The two host were not friendly . I asked to Speak to a manager. Someone named Asia who was a customer service manager spoke to me and my friend but was very nonchalant. I explained to them about our experience and they stated oh ok. Just rude.

   Our reservation took a bit and we had to go up to the hostess stand to find out what was going on, but I had gotten a text saying that my table was ready. So not sure where the miscommunication was on that. As for service, it was fair. Usually they are very attentive but we had to ask several times for the wine list. Then once we got the wine poured initially, we had to pour the rest. Never asked if the wine was ok or if we wanted another bottle. Additionally, we had to ask a manager for the candied bacon and honeyed brie. For as many wait staff as they have there and the price that you pay, I was hoping for better service. We usually have phenomenal service, just not this time.

   Even though the restaurant was full, we waited for meat as there were very few rounding and those who were frequently skipping our table. Not nearly as enjoyable as previous times.

   I have been to this location. Several time a year for several years. Last two time I had the worst service and food was cool. Was sitting at the food for almost an hr waiting for them to come around with food. I had to said something to the manager. After talk to the management about how BAD the service and the food was. He didn’t even apologize or do a thing. But the service getting the check was really fast. This is my family’s favorite place to eat. I told them. I will never ever eat at this place again. sad part was over the years I recommended this place to a lot of people. I’m not one to write a review. But after today I had too.

   Very clean and nicely laid restaurant with the salad bard in the middle, the tableside meat service was consistent, selection of choice of meats we good as well and flavorful. Over all had a good time and will be visiting aging.

    First time here, first server we had JP was great explaining the process and food was great. However, JP switched with another server towards the end of our meal and we asked tried to split the bill via cash and card to do the tip on it. Server said they believe they could do that and would be back. Server returns, slides my bill book to me while turning away rapidly to another table and upon inspection on receipt he changed JP to his name and a cashiers name and put a $30 tip on my bill. Never requested a specific amount for tip which was selfish and thought he would pull a a fast one. Went to counter to speak with FOH manager about incident and manger went to speak with the new server. Server told him I said to put $30 on the tip, which amount was never discussed as my wife witnessed conversations, just asked if bill can be split cash/card and manger claimed misheard on employees part. FOH voided the tip charge and told me to have a good evening. The fact a server tried to pull a fast one with a hostess helping do so and the manager allowed it to happen let alone defend it until proof shown is unacceptable. Really put a sour note on an amazing meal and service at the end.

    We booked a 1:45 reservation. The service was horrible. They rushed us out because they were closing to reset for dinner. We had to ask for our drinks to be refilled. We requested polenta and cheese bread three separate times but it never arrived. Food was very good.

    We really enjoyed the salad bar and loved the butternut squash soup. Our selection of meat was good but then they stopped coming around our table. Our waiter was not attentive. The management team came over and waited on us more that the waiter. Overall is was happy occasion.

    We have been to this location many times but this time it was different. First we were seated next to the bathroom entrance and that was annoying people coming and going. Then the service was slow we had to ask one of the managers for drinks because the server never came back. The meat service was slow we had to ask the server to send them over and the overall taste of the food was just ok this time, not sure we will return.

    Our waitress had no manors whatsoever. I had said thank you multiple times and got no your welcome back at any point. When asking for a new plate she brought it back and threw it on the table. Whenever we wanted any type of refill, new plate, another staff member was the one who helped us out or had offered. The pieces meat that were offered were the same every single time, and not the best pieces. We finally had to ask for the better pieces of meat which were only given at the end of the night when we were full. The pieces of meat we were given had no flavor. We have been to Fogo multiple times and this trip was very disappointing.
