Their Quality has gone down. Last time I was there was in 2020. I decided to visit this place again Jan 2022, and was disappointed. Food quality was OK, however, service was good, waitresses and waiters were very friendly and kind. On the other hand They should make an effort in trying to find hostesses with same friendly personality as waiters. they should lower their wine prices as well. Overpriced Wines; I ordered a bottle of wine for $45 luckily it was half priced at $22 but to my surprise I had gotten this bottle at Target for $9. In Summary, FOGO has become an OKAY overpriced restaurant. This is my review hope it helps other people.

I've been to at least a dozen of these types of Brazillian places and this one was the worst of the bunch. We sat for 20 minutes before even being spoken to. We finally just got up and went to the buffet line to start eating. Drinks were finally ordered after we sat down 30 minutes into the meal. The meat just didn't seem to come around as we have seen at other places. Normally we have to say no as we get overwhelmed. Here it was yes, please give me some meat as we haven't had any. Most of the meats were good but nothing like we have had before. When we are in the area again we won't be back to the place. I know places can have bad nights but the area has so much to offer that we won't give it a second chance.

We have been to Fogo De Chao multiple times and had enjoyed it every time in the past. This time though the experience was much different. The meat servers didn’t come out after waiting for a while. When they came out finally they were not to be seen again for a while. Although the supervisor came out multiple times and asked if we wanted any of the other cuts even though the servers had not been there for a while and we were waiting. I definitely think the staff shortage has affected them too. It’s unfortunate that one of the places we used to frequent and had absolutely amazing service and food is reeling under the pandemic. I hope they figure it out soon otherwise it will lose it’s precious clientele.

Went for my sons birthday dinner. We go a couple times a year for special occasions
This was the worst experience ever. We had a reservation and wasn't seated until 20 mins after. The service was horrible and slow. The food was not great. The restrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. I'm very disappointed in this supposedly upscale establishment. The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. This was supposed to be a holiday celebration for my family; my daughter in law and fiancé were first timers, and what a horrible experience for them.

This was not the kind of experience I’m used to, was there to celebrate Christmas and NYE with friends, reservation was at 8:15, got sat at 8:32, to a very empty salad bar, we waited 10 min for water my friend almost chocked on a piece of meat, by the way we were only offered meats 2 times, time went by and we were advised they close at 9pm, we didn’t really get meat services, nothing has been the same since Alex left this location.

Wow sorry. This was horrible. Table service was terrible. They must be severely short staffed. Had to keep requesting meats, bar drinks etc. for almost $60 each we could definitely do better.

Exquisite sirloin beef - incredibly tasty! But the buffet & hot table were empty and never refreshed. Wait staff didn't bring drinks until 1/2 through the meal.
Served a nice glass of cabernet at a reasonable price. Charged twice for it, though.
No lamb was brought out to us. No pork. No beef ribs. No sausage. Only brought a single bowel of potatoes.
$55.00 apiece is a price worth paying if they'd deliver what they advertise on the menu. I'll bet it's pretty good. I'll never know.

Considering our Reservation was at 7:30 and we had to wait till 8:15 for two and there were multiple empty tables. I was very disappointed in the service with the checking in but the food was amazing!

My husband and I had the worst experience ever. Clearly they were overbooked and understaffed. We had to wait 30 mins to get seated. It took forever for anyone to serve us. The buffet had very few options to choose from and no one was refilling the sides. What a terrible experience

We waited at our table after being seated for a while before someone came to tell us they would be taking our drink order. Then they never came back. Finally a manager type person came by and asked if we wanted to go ahead and get started on the buffet table. We told her first we would like to order drinks. She then took care of that but when we wanted a water refill or more bread we had to flag down people to help. The meat was good but we never were able to try all of the offerings as they were not offered to us. Overall a disappointing experience as it had the potential to be great but the service was lacking. I think we could of walked out without paying and no one would have noticed.

Everything was good just a lil long wait for a reservation
I remember a few years ago when this was a nice place to eat--upscale, but good value. Now, it's no better than Golden Corral. The food isn't very good--assuming you get any. The staff is aloof and ignored our table of 6 all night. I had to complain to a manager just to get meat service started. When paying over $450.00 I expect more! This was a HUGE disappointment!

The salad bar market table was a mess. No food at the salad bar and pieces of food all over. i realize you probably had just finished the lunch crowd but you should have a server on that at all times. It was a very bad showing. Everyone used the same tongs and touched everything at which i was appalled. (most salad bars give you disposable gloves during pandemic... and im not a covid snob.)
It took awhile to get meat but after we finally got some it was very good. We had never been here before and think it will be a once in a lifetime experience, probably wont repeat. It wasn't as fancy for the price as I had hoped for an expensive Christmas date night out with my husband. Very expensive and i cant refer it as it should be a little more of a dramatic dressy nice place for the location and the price.

Expensive but delicious.
The food was great… however the service wasn’t. The hostess was very soft spoken and I couldn’t hear a word she was saying plus she had a mask on. I had to ask several times for her to repeat what she said and I finally gave up. I couldn’t hear her. This was the first time my husband ate there and he felt discouraged by our waitress because she didn’t take the time to explain how things worked. No one told us the menu was accessed thru our phones, we had to ask for every drink refill, and it seemed the meat wasn’t coming around enough so it felt like we were just sitting there several times waiting for someone to come by. For the money spent, these things were very discouraging and next time we will probably choose to go elsewhere.
The service staff was pretty good it seemed like the did team serving. So that was a plus it was a busy day and the table next to us complained about everything so I felt very bad for the managers and the staff who were having to deal with it. We tried to be extra generous with our servers. The food was good but a bit overwhelming for your 1st time. We will try again soon.
Maybe because it was Christmas Eve but the service was slow and we had to wait 45 minutes for the side orders. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes for dessert. Then our check was incorrect. Like I said, it was Christmas Eve so I have to be a little forgiving.
This was so much fun and I will go back. A bit pricey depending on how much you eat of course. The side bar of veggies and salads were great. I enjoyed having those options that were not so heavy on the bar with all the delicious types of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc you could try. Good quality. Would love for family get togethers - birthdays - anniversary etc. Never felt rushed and the knowledgeable staff was so refreshing. Friendly & over the top respectful. I felt like I was such an important and special patron. It was just amazing.
Because of a medical condition, I cannot eat large quantities of food. I wanted the experience, but a smaller option should be available.
I had a very good meal with very good service. The experience was tainted by the establishment taking liberties by changing their lunch time price to dinner price all day, Christmas Eve? Over four dollars for a 12 ounce can of coke? I haven't been robbed like that since the last time I was at Arrowhead. Over Eighty dollars (post tip) was excessive. Take the same meal, multiple choices out of the question, there are a number of places that can grill up a good cut of meat at a fraction of the cost. I can cross this one off my list, been there done that. Fogo de Châo, shame on you for your opportunistic ways.
Didn’t have a server got 15 min and then requested on from the GM. Finally got a server and ordered our drinks but he forgot one of the kids drinks and we again had to find the GM to request his drink after about another 15 min. We ordered a bottle of wine when we ordered everything else but it never came. We rarely saw our server so refills were out of the question. It took us about 40 min into being sat before meat started coming to our house able. We didn’t have all the options come around to our table either. The GM as pleasant and apologetic. He gave a glass of wine for free to the two adults after we requested our bottle of wine being cancelled due to it being too late to get the bottle. All in all, the GM tried to make up for the experience we were getting from our server but definitely not the typical and expected Fogo experience.

We waited 90 minutes for our medium-rare Wagyu steaks. When they finally came, the salt blocks were cold, one steak was so rare we didn’t eat, and the steaks themselves were not hot. We had to repeatedly ask for the servers to bring around the meat selections. We also had to repeatedly ask for our drink order. The word we used was “aweful” and this is a holiday tradition and we come regularly to celebrate special occasions. For an almost $1000 bill one would have expected better.

Felt like we were rushed to complete our meal when have our table didn’t feel full at all.
Then took forever to get someone’s attention to get a check.

The restaurant has no serving staff. We waited for over 30 minutes to be served and had to go to the bar to get our own drinks even after ordering from our server. Meat quality was poor and limited and the salad bar was empty and not maintained. The managers did comp us part of our meal and eventually had to take over our table. Definitely not up to par with Brazilian steakhouses

We had a party of 10 and the restaurant was busy which we understand. They seemed understaffed and didn’t have a good plan for passing around the meats. We barely had any come around to us because we were far away from the kitchen. Every time a new meat came out, all the other tables would get it and it would run out before it got to us. There were multiple meats that our party didn’t get to try and kids that only liked a couple of the meats barely got anything to eat.

Busy night on the plaza so we were expecting a crowd. Our server was very nice but he was a little slow. They couldn't keep up with the market bar but the food there was very good. Most of the meat came around but we never did see the filet. It was a fun and different restaurant for our celebration.
Once we arrived we checked in with the hostess and we had a reservation at 8 o'clock. We waited approximately 15 minutes before they had a table ready which we did not mind since it was a busy Saturday night. We were greeted within the first 5 minutes of being seated. We asked for waters and a soda and it took 20+ plus minutes and a plate of food before we had to ask a manager where our drinks were. All the mean while the assistant manager came to our table with a heavy nosebleed which was quite concerning. There were no bowels for the soup which we asked for many times. Most importantly, the reason why we attended was for the meat. However, we only sampled 3 meats and it was the last of the skewer and it was cold and dry. It was a terrible experience. Not worth the money or time and was totally a taste of time and money. Go somewhere else!!

They did not have enough people on staff therefore we were longer than anticipated. We weren’t given options of all the meat on the menu. We had to request the same meat about three times. We finished our bottle of wine and we’re still hungry. Just disappointed.

I took the family out for my birthday and it was a fun experience. The waitress didn’t explain the process super well, so it was a bit confusing on what was expected when we sat down at a table at first.
We went for the whole “experience” which gives access to an awesome salad bar/market table. It had meat, cheeses, peppers, chicken salad, and a TON of other delicious and fresh ingredients. I’m really underselling it! My younger sister is a vegetarian and was impressed with having options that were more exciting than a typical salad or vegetable.
Employees also run around and give portions of meats throughout the dinner. Our table was skipped a few times for certain meats, which was a little frustrating and the only thing I’d say could be improved. I think they have typical rounds but a large party of what seemed to be “regulars” may have been reason we were kind of forgotten in the corner a bit.
Another waitress took the time to write “happy birthday” on my dessert which was very thoughtful.
Somewhat expensive for what it is, but I think a good experience to say you’ve done at least once! It’s definitely something “different” and adds a fun interactive component to the meal.
