    EXTREMELY disappointed. Brought my boyfriend for his 34th birthday. Party of 6. Requested a waiter, who spoke both English and Spanish, but was greeted by one who only spoke English.  my first time at this location was in April 2022 and it was amazing for my son’s birthday , I brought my brother in January 2023 service was very poor.  I thought it would be different bringing a larger party to this restaurant, my five guest had never been to Fogo.  we were seated near the bar. We did not see gauchos very often.  I had to ask random people on the floor for things that we needed. Servers were not attentive.  We requested three separate checks at the end we were brought with everyone on the same check.  I had to flag someone down to get a dessert menu to order his birthday cake.  overall it was just a very disappointing experience and I don’t think my friends will ever want to go there again, but try other Brazilian steakhouses for the future.  which is very sad to me because I always tell everyone that Fogo is my favorite.

    As always, amazing food. Although we were missed a few times initially as people went by, there was a huge group demanding most of their attention. Our server was quick to correct it, and the rest of the meal was amazing.

    The service team was professional and friendly, but the dining room was clearly understaffed, leading to long wait times for some items and some complete misses. Proteins were very good. French fries and chimi-churri never arrived. Long wait for desert course. We didn’t make any complaints, and they did comp the desserts without any prompting, so staff was clearly aware of the bumps in the road. We would go back, but be prepared to be patient if it’s busy. Management should do everyone a favor and increase staffing, at least on high volume nights. Tables will turn faster if customers are not waiting for food.

    We're huge fans of Fogo and never had a negative experience, however, this time around at the Jacksonville location, I was a bit disappointed. I had called to make sure that the host had it in their notation that we were coming to celebrate a big birthday. The host informed me to tell our server. When we arrived, we were seated at a 6 top which was no biggie. I told our server that we're there to celebrate a birthday. As we've been patrons at different locations, we know how things work. There was a 12 top sat behind us. A lot of kids and a lot of high pitched noises (one was playing with a toy flute). Not one server/manager/host went to the table and asked them to quiet their children down. Afterall, we're at a restaurant and not a Dave and Busters. Eventually the group did get moved, but that should've been done ahead of time. The type of meats we received was about 5 in rotation. Was expecting around 10-12 different types. All the meats were under seasoned. We ended up adding more salt when in the past it's been perfect in the seasoning. We ordered our desserts and again told our server about the birthday. He asked what dessert for the birthday person and we said ice cream. Desserts came out and so did the bill. No happy birthday celebration, no birthday message on the plate, and all desserts were on the bill. I didn't want to make a scene so did not say anything at the time. I feel as the standard has gone down for this location. Don't give me the expectation that something will happen when nothing did. I think this will be our last time coming to this particular Fogo.

    The service is really bad, you can’t get a hold of a waiter and when you can whatever you ask does not come, you have to repeatedly ask for it

    We came, we sat, we waited and waited, and then because we looked uncomfortable waiting on meats, we were asked what we wanted, then the service began. However, most items initially provided up front like the accompaniements such as mashed potatoes, breads, and other goodies for the table were the last to come. The staff seemed really young and untrained last night. Beautiful restaurant, but uncharacteristic of the Fogos I have visited in other cities. Not sure if I will return here. May give Texas de Brazil a try, instead...

    Not the Experience, I expected. It’s not get what you pay for , Burger King would be a better place to go for the price. There is a one time for everything. That was there 1 time ……. I made reservations for my wife’s 55th Birthday and they were aware it was a special occasion. We were shoved in a corner, behind a wall next to where they store Plates , put table trash. High noise level and clinging of dirty dishes constantly. We drove over 2 hours and booked a hotel next to restaurant for this special dinner. Disappointed is an understatement. So, I will be making new reservations to make this up to her tonight. I suggest go somewhere else. If you want a Great Dining Experience My name is William Cady

    The service was ok. My wife and I wanted meat a certain temperature and never got what we asked for, even though waiter/staff kept stoping by our table asking if we needed anything. It was such a confusing experience it’s like the staff asked but didn’t actually listen. Finally the “customer service representative” with a tie passed by our table and asked us how everything was. We explained our issue and he acted to correct it, at this point we told 4 people that we wanted a certain temperature meat. They preformed service recovery and did fine with that but for the price I urge you to skip this place and go to Terra Gaucha, much better experience there on a consistent basis.

    Food was terrible, we were celebrating my son’s ACT and honor roll but this was the worst meal we’ve had at Fogo de Chao. Salad bar was great but the meats were awful. I almost spit out the lamb chop…..Service was slow, definitely not worth it tonight.

    Absolutely loved our experience at Fogo de Chao! Deborah was our "main" server and was such a delight! She found out that we were there to celebrate a milestone in our relationship and added a complimentary dessert for us. The food was amazing, atmosphere was charming, and the service was above and beyond! Will definitely be back for another celebratory dinner!

    We went to celebrate two birthdays and were no disappointed. The food was delicious and we put in requests for picanha and lamb and they just kept coming to our table until we were FULL. The buffet was filled with delicious options and we each enjoyed our personal favorites. Miguel was our waiter and did a phenomenal job checking on us, clearing away plates as needed and keeping our drinks topped up. The manager stopped by our table to wish us happy birthday and make sure all was up to par. We could not have left more satisfied or full from this wonderful experience. It is only for special occasions for us but will be our list of places to return when we really want to celebrate and enjoy a delicious enjoyable dining experience.

    The food was great when we were able to have any, it was like our table was invisible or forgotten. They would just keep walking by us, plus I had to ask our drink server to ask the other servers with the meats to come to our table, at one point it was 3 times in a row. Then they tried to overcharge us and added things on our check that was not ours. It was a mess, and the manager came over and questioned me as if I didn’t know how many people were sitting at my table or what was ordered. It was just bad!

    The event didn't feel worth the price. The dry aged steak came around 3 times and they ran out on the last one. The appetizers were fine but it would have been better as a lunch event than dinner. The bartender and servers were great but it felt like there were too many people for what was prepared. I certainly wouldn't recommend it over the normal churasco experience given it was only $20 less.

    I don't care for this kind of dining experience, personally, but I will go on a whim for a corporate gathering or event. It's not my choice for quiet or romance. The whole experience is loud in every way, filled with sensory overload. The food is good, but again, it's a novelty experience, not the presentation of high cuisine. The service is where they fell flat. It took around 30 minutes for us just to get drinks (water + tea & lemonade). At this point, we had plates of food just sitting, sides and meats were getting cold, and it took multiple asks to multiple servers before we finally got the drinks. Additionally, they served us bottled waters and they charged us $10 for them. We never asked for bottled, and after the wait time to finally get them, that seemed tasteless. It's also confusing and complicated to get everything you ask for. We tried and tried to get the lamb chops and the cheese/honey, the former never came. We were also charged for a cappuccino that never came.
