   Cold soup/Never filled up beans and rice and asked 3 times/ Chicken very dry/lack of attention to salad bar refilling items/dirty dishes piled up and service not great/ Forgot espresso at the end and said “oops I can give it to you to go” this was for my last child’s graduation dinner…table was very tight for party of 8 ..we have been here a few times and started going here instead of Texas de Brazil. Definitely doesn’t make us want to come back. A little disappointing and I’m not a picky person,but it was a special occasion.

   Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y de verdad lo pasé increíble! El servicio estuvo excelente y la comida no se diga, todo exquisito. Pedimos el servicio de carnes a la mesa y lo acompañamos de una botella de vino y fue lo mejor que hicimos. Por otra parte me gusta mucho esta aplicación, llegamos un poco antes de la hora de la reservación y nos acomodaron en cuanto tuvieron una mesa.

   Food was amazing without question although probably a little more expensive then it should be. Would still return though for a special occasion! Noise level was extremely loud - had trouble hearing conversation at our table and rarely heard the soft-spoken waiters indicate what the meat was they were presenting to the table. And often had either long waits between servings or offered the same meat multiple times. Towards the end of the meal, the waitress just disappeared when we wanted to order desserts and get the check; however, it was a busy night so wouldn't judge on just this one time!

   Went to celebrate a late Mother’s Day with a party of 6 and everything was amazing. Amirah was our main server and she was absolutely fantastic, so sweet, attentive and gave a great drink recommendation! The rest of the staff was awesome as well and they all helped to make our experience the best. We all loved the meats that they come around with, a couple favorites were the bacon wrapped chicken, park crusted pork, and one of the sirloins (I can’t recall which one). 10/10 recommend!

    The service was horrible. Our waitress we only saw her once. The other person tried to wait on us but he was very slow . We order food it took the a hold hour and half to come out.

    Went there for Mother’s Day…first time there and we had a reservation. It was busy. However, the complimentary valet was a huge bonus! KUDOS to the valet staff!! We were seated at our reserved time. The food was excellent!! Miguel and all of the staff were very attentive throughout our dinner. They even offered to comp our drinks because of a delay. We chocked it up to the rush of Mother’s Day. All-in-all…a great meal and a great experience! We will be visiting again.

    Mother's Day Brunch at Fogo de Chao was outstanding for the food and service. Various meats offered at our table were delicious. Everyone in our party of seven commented on the wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruit, vegetables and salads at the huge serve yourself buffet table.

    It was ok. Very crowded. Took a long time for meats to come around. All the meats seem to be seasoned about the same in my opinion— so it all starts to taste about the same. I would rather have one great steak than unlimited fair ones — so I’m not going back. Others may enjoy it - to me, not my favorite place. I will say the price is reasonable.

    What a greet experience. I have never tried this restaurant before and wanted to experience it. I knew the concept and atmosphere would be similar to Texas de Brazil. The restaurant had an amazing spread of meats. Although I didn't try all the meats since they didn't bring a whole lot out but I can say everything I did try was delicious. They were all juicy and full of flavor. The salad bar was probably my least favorite. They had a lot of options but didn't at the same time. I was still able to find a few things to like and enjoy. I wish couscous was on their menu. The service was great. Unlike most restaurants the service is a team effort. Instead of having one waitress/waiter we had 3 people taking care of us with one of them being the main person. I found that unique and great specially if the waitress/waiter is busy with other guest. Some of the pros and cons in comparison with Texas de Brazil: Pros: -Meats were packed with flavors -Children under 6yrs old are complimentary -Multiple servers to assist you -The manager checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our meal. -Servers were extremely polite and helpful -Had reservations and was immediately seated even though we were 10 minutes early. (Texas de Brazil always makes me wait and usually get seated after my reservation time) Cons: -Meat service was slow. I only tried 5-6 meats within a hour and half. In that time at Texas de Brazil you would have had doubled. There were so many options I really wanted to try and didn't have the opportunity. -Salad bar had a lot of the same items just with a different style/flavor added. Would highly recommend this place to others. It can be costly so I would recommend looking at going during different parts of the day where it's cheaper or they have specials.

    The food and the wine tasting was very good, service was on point. I can only offer four stars because unfortunately there were not enough tables and chairs for everyone at the event. Leaving a lot of people standing and not being able to set your plate or wine glass anywhere. Other than that, it was a really good event.

    This was my first time at this location. I’ve visited one in another city and i have visited the other two Brazilian steakhouses locally. This location is beautiful. The service was just ok. I felt like we were bothering our waitress anytime we needed to ask for something, i felt like she was trying hard to upsell us on things as well. The gauchos did not come as frequently as I’m used to and i am used to being asked if there’s anything i am wanting but none asked me that, i had to ask them to send certain cuts of meat to our table. On three different attempts i received filet that was fatty or overcooked.

    We only occasionally go for this type of dinner but enjoy it when we do. We had reservations and was seated right on time. Our servers were very prompt and checked in on us often. The salad bar was excellent with a number of choices. The reason to go here is the meat and we did our best to eat our fair share. All the meats we sampled were very tasty with the winner being the filet mignon. The only challenge was we went on a busy Saturday night so we waited too often for visits from the meat guys. They were very friendly when they came but often we would have empty plates and would wait longer than I would like in between servings. For the price I was hoping for a little more responsive meat servings.

    Went for my graduation dinner and was very impressed! I’ve gone to multiple chain churrascos and Fogo De Chão is the best one by far. They easily had the best cocktails I’ve had out in a while. I got the The Sour Jorge which is an amazing bourbon cocktail. The meat is cooked to perfection and the service is impeccable!

    Food was good but the service was horrendous. Waitress dropped a plate over the table and we sent the drink back. My husband caught the plaintain before hitting the floor. You think they bring a napkin immediately.. nope..They took forever with the napkin and drink. The waiters came over to cut food but we had no plates. By the time waiter came over we were given the end pieces.

    Overall it was pretty pleasant. The staff did well however it was our first time and the server we for us assumed we knew how everything worked and as such we really never had the chance to look at the menu before it was whisked away. However, everything else was great

    If not for the terrible service, this would have been a 5 star. The food was excellent, well, at least the food we actually got to eat. Only 3-4 items were brought to our table, despite the green card being face up the entire time. We watched as meats were walked right past our table. We asked our server nicely for different meats to be brought 3-4 times before we had to get mean. Then, and only then, after 1.5 hours, did we get other cuts of meat. My husband’s water glass was empty the entire meal. We asked 3 times for a coke refill that never came. We eventually asked for the manager, but a customer service representative showed up instead, with that manager never showing his/her face. The servers never even checked on us unless we flagged them down. The customer service rep had to go to her manager about our complaints (would have been easier if s/he had just come over in the first place), and our meal was half off. Even after all of that, and explaining that we didn’t have all night, as our two very young kids had been waiting patiently for two hours at that point, already 30 minutes past their bedtime, we had to flag the customer service rep down to even take our credit card to pay our bill. It’s a shame because the food was delicious. We just only got about half the options that we paid for, 60% of which didn’t come until we complained 1.5 hours into the meal, and we had to scarf it down like animals so we could get our kids home, only to have to wait even longer for the check.

    My meat was either salty, burned or undercooked. I wasn’t impressed by my visit. By moment I even felt served a leftover for the night before! I guess Saturday isn’t the best choice for a lunch. My husband was at the same restaurant Wednesday with his friend and he had a good experience!

    The Brunch at Fogo De Chao on Saturday and Sunday is fabulous. The food is beyond amazing. The Market Table has so many options from salads to fruits to meats and cheeses to mini Belgian waffles to omelettes. The meats that are part of the full experience are the most delicious I have ever tasted. You can have them cooked any way you like. They also have cooked cinnamon pineapple and fire roasted cheese with honey that is one of the best things I have ever tasted. This is my favorite brunch of all time.

    The service was very poor. I have been to other Fogo de Chão in other states and the service was excellent. The waitress is this were terrible on checking on you at the table. They only come to the table a few times. I had to ask or stop someone to help us. I was celebrating my mother birthday and she said the service was terrible. It's was my first time there and last.

    I do take in accord it was a holiday. However I paid over $160 with tip for two people one who had water and I had iced tea and we did have one dessert. The variety of meat was way down compared to when we were there on Christmas Day. I got three cuts of meat while I was there. I saw my waiter once. Then a lady helped us twice, we were shoved in a back corner of the restaurant among large parties and completely forgotten about by wait staff and the meat staff. I was miserable and we are on a fixed income we are not rich by any means so this is a treat we look forward to. It pained me to spend over 25 dollars on tip for non existent service which for this restaurant is so rare. It seemed much different packed with more tables than normal and huge ones at that. Our experience at Christmas was beautiful and even though it was crowded it was nothing like what I experienced Sunday. I doubt I will ever try again. It’s a shame. It obvious a lot of corners have been cut but they charge more. It’s a shame, I will miss it.

    They forgot to fire my dad’s entree so we had to ask several times for it. The corn chowder and mashed potatoes were under seasoned. After a while all of the meats had a carbon flavor from the grill so it made me want to stop eating. Our orders weren’t taken by anyone. We had to flag a diff server down which is what led to the dish never being cooked. It was very busy and they were all moving very fast. I look forward to going back not on a holiday.
