Brazilian stake houses are loosing steam in the US. The quality of Fogo used to be higher in the past, but still not too bad. I would recommend it for lunch or early dinner
Great meal and service! Would definitely recommend.
Food quality was definitely not as good as other Dog is from salad bar to rolls to steak.
Fogo is amazing! All the food is quality and very tasty. We ate dinner there before the Eagles concert at the fieldhouse. My date got only the salad bar which costs a little less, and does in fact come with a very small assortment of meats (smoked salmon, imported prosciutto and salami on our visit). The salad bar has really great dishes like sweet potato & cranberry salad, chicken salad, sliced meats, fine cheeses, hearts of palm, all the traditional salad stuff, antipasta, and everything is fresh, chilled, and quality. I had the full meal deal and had to turn down more food than I ate. Everything from parmesan encrusted chicken to filet mignon with everything in between. My meal also included garlic mashed potatos, fried polenta, and roasted bananas - wow.
I highly recommend Fogo de Chao and will definitely eat there again. Our dinner for two included one salad bar, one full meal deal, a couple of diet cokes (in bottles), and no alcohol. The staff were always friendly and smiling. Total cost was about $93. I left a $20 tip.
Not great. It was our first time and a couple of the servers were very rude. One of them sliced meat and let it fall onto my wife’s lap without even apologizing. My two young children eat like birds, but there is no price difference for kids. It is the most overpriced restaurant for the value at which I’ve ever eaten. Will not be returning.
Wonderful atmosphere, food and service!!! Next up is Fogo de Chao in Chicago!!
Amazing food and service!
This was my first time dining at Fogo de Chão, and the experience was amazing. The food was amazing and the staff was very concerned about making sure our experience was a great one.
Love the place, great food, great service....looking forward to the next visit.
Second time eating at Fogo de Chao this week with work colleagues. The restaurant was quite busy but service was prompt and the quality as good as I’ve come to expect.
Another wonderful experience. Sunday night was relatively quite but the meat was still plentiful and fresh.
Birthday dinner for my daughter. Good was great, service was great and chocolate martini was AMAZING!
Excellent food and service
Food was worst I've ever had in 20+ visits to Fogo de Chao, waiter was slow at best, and the bartender appeared to be under the influence of something. Very disappointing trip for a high end restaurant. Ironically, after 5 years, I picked this restaurant to use the $100 Open Table certificate I earned, and my experience was poor at best.
It was a wonderful evening the staff was amazing. We will be back again and again.
Definitely a unique experience and good value but most of the meats were just ok, somewhat dry, and warm not hot. Only the filet mignon and garlic steak were worth a second helping and after having an empty plate for ten minutes with several request these never seemed to walk past out table again.
One of the top restaurants in Indy! Excellent food and customer service. No complaints
Love the variety of meats and the unusual dishes on the market table. Great service and nice atmosphere.
Pheonominal food, great service, friendly staff.
I ate there by myself and the servers paid little to no attention to me all night. Even with my coaster showing green, many of the gauchos didn’t even stop at my table. I could see that the other tables with many people in the group were getting plenty of attention so my experience will not be the same for others.
We went for my sisters 30th birthday.
Everything from arrive to food was amazing. Kinda pricey but we expected that. It was worth every cent. Def going back for another special occasion
We had a great Saturday lunch.
Luckily, the serving staff works as a team. Our actual server (who took our drink order, etc) was horrible. However, her coworkers definitely picked up her slack and made sure we were taken care of, and satisfied.
The food and service was amazing.
Love the choice of food. If you leave here hungry, it’s your own fault.
I cannot tell if perhaps it was because I went on President's Day, but at times the wait between meat offerings was long, and the meat itself was not as good as times past. I still had a pleasant experience, and it speaks to the high expectations I have come to hold from previous visits.
Very good ~ I just wish there had been some hot vegtables. Service was great!!
Great food and fast service!
We've been going to Foga for several years to celebrate special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays. Unfortunately, the quality of the restaurant has declined slightly. I doesn't feel like a fine dining locations anymore due to the drop in dress code rules. I made the effort to dress well to frequent this restaurant but we were surrounded by t-shirts and ball caps.
It wasn’t what we thought. The meat didn’t come around very often then at the end my husband was still eating waiting on more steak to come around while I was eating dessert and the waiter took his plate and gave us our bill. We weren’t done yet. It was expensive but we knew that going in but the experience was only once. We won’t go back
Went smooth and servers were attentive
Went here for Valentine’s Day date. Great food, great atmosphere.
Awesome as always. Really enjoyed the personalized service from our server which had the gauchos bringing us our favorites and none of the other stuff that we didn’t really want.
Very good selection on salad bar. The bread was to die for. The servers kept are plates full with delicious meats.
Everything was wonderful
Food was good overall. Service was slow. Did not receive standard sides for 20 minutes into the meal. Took 20 minutes to get someone’s attention to order desert. Went 10+ minute stretches with no gauchos coming by.
It was absolutely amazing. The lamb was out of this world.
Valentine’s Day. Always super crowded and loud. Love this place though
Wonderful food, wonderful attentive service!
