   We had an awesome anniversary experience at Fogo de Chao. Our server Javon checked on us often and his wine recommendation was fantastic. It was a great way to try a variety of foods including those on the market table and the different types of meat brought to our table. The meat selection was so fresh that we had to wait for a couple of pieces to cool. We will definitely be back soon!

   Restrooms were gross The abundance of staff standing at the hostess stand and at server station 4 feet from the appetizer station means customers have to work around them to get back to your table Every server is available means that sides didn’t show up till we were 10 min from the end of our meal. Desserts were ordered but not on the bill so I needed to be honest and have them recalculate the bill. Rotation of meats dwindled as the evening progressed

   This place was a one time experience. The food was good tasting and all you want in meat!!!!! However, the reception was rude and unfriendly, our table was one of MANY in a big room, a team of servers (so no personal attention), hard to hear to selections of meat even at your own table, our bill had additional drinks tacked on that were not our charges (so check your bill), and valet is $20.00. Thought we were in for a treat - but we were fooled by the hype!

   Fogo de Chao is fun place to go and load on on some great meats. The green / red cards are fun. The salad bar is well stocked and full of great options. The steaks are the favorites of course. The best in our opinion is Picanha which is the premium part of a top sirloin and it is excellent!

    We tried Fogo last night for the first time. My family of five adults were all greatly underwhelmed and disappointed . Many of the meats listed on the menu were never offered to us, and the meat that we got was just ok. We were seated near the salad bar, which made it crowded, and thus the meat servers rarely visited our table. We were overlooked. Also, the price listed on the Open Table menu per person was $40 and at the restaurant it was $60. We felt like we were actually robbed not only of a delicious dinner but our pocketbook as well. Needless to say, will not be visiting this restaurant ever again.

    Meat was amazing, hot, fresh with multiples of types of cuts. Salad bar was good but needed restocking. Place was busy that might be why? Pay attention to menu. Order side items when waiter or waitress comes to table. We did not know that so at end of meal we asked for sauces and sides. So many help at table you early see your designated waitress or waiter. That was only negative.

    I was not impressed with Fogo de Chao. I am not sure why people go to this place. It was extremely packed, the salad bar had nets flying over the food. The service was subpar for the price of the food. This was my second time visiting this location, I did not like it the first time. The only reason I went to Fogo de Chao was that my husband wanted to go for Father's day, he did not enjoy it as much as he thought he would. I will not visit this place again.

    2nd visit. Price up 5.00 Father's day, so service was not as attentive as first visit. Party of 5 today. Food seemed rushed, Parm pork was dry this time, my favorite from last time. Overall a good visit, but not as good as the last. Had 3 people that were first timers. Was hoping for, the same experience, as we previously had. Because me being the foodie! I had talked up how well the service, & food was. Skip, if you're choosing to go on a holiday.

    We love Fogo de Chao and try to visit the restaurant in each city we go to if it has one! It was a really nice time, however; we went on Father's Day and it was PACKED!! The staff did a really nice job controlling the traffic and seating and trying to keep order in the restaurant. The only thing is due to how crowded it was coupled with possible low staff attendance we waited a while to get any food/drinks. This location in Indianapolis did a wonderful job with what they had to work with and we will return, recommend friends and bring along more people!

    When going to a Brazilian restaurant you expect to eat lots of meat. That was not the case for our table. We hardly saw anyone come around to serve us any meat but thank goodness there was a salad bar. For $61 a person and there were seven of us in the party that’s a lot of money to go home full of salad. The wait staff was polite but definitely overworked and not enough people working there for Father’s Day. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

    Fogo De Chao is never a disappointment. However this was the busiest I have ever seen it. We were seated in the back of the restaurant and noticed that the meat service was always concentrated toward the front of the restaurant so we felt a bit neglected because we didn't get access to all of the choices. They were so busy that sometimes our requests for particular cuts went unfulfilled. You will always get a 10 from me because the food is always consistently amazing, however, please dedicate some service to the back of the restaurant as well on busy days.

    I'm on vacation with a friend and we decided to stop in to Fogo for a nice meal. We were told at the hostess stand that we'd need to wait an hour and a half since we didn't have reservations. We decided to wait in the bar. My friend went on OpenTable to see what kind of reservations we could make there. We were able to make a reservation for 25 mins from the current time. In 10 mins, my friend walked up to the hostess stand and told her about the reservation we made. We were then sat within 10 minutes. This seemed a bit suspicious to me. The meal was great as usual. We were approached about half-way through the meal from a server who asked if we wanted 6 shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce. I'm a shrimp cocktail fan, so I of course said "yes, please". When given our bill, I saw a $25 charge for the shrimp. I told my friend that they put the charge on my bill and he mentioned to the server that the shrimp charge was a surprise. He said he would go get the manager. The manager came up and my friend explained that we had no idea there would be a charge for the shrimp. The manager defended Fogo's position that they don't want to tell people there's a charge for the shrimp because it would make Fogo look like a low-budget restaurant. She said she'd take $5 off the order, but she'd need to do a lot of paperwork to make it happen. I pleasantly declined and said I didn't want the hassle. I was already embarrassed with this whole exchange. People were definitely noticing our conversation and I just wanted her to go away. She did say she'd take my friends complaint under advisement. This seemed really slimey to me. I'd never pay $25 for 6 medium sized cocktail shrimp. It really shouldn't be put on the customer to have to ask if there's a charge for something when it's an all-you-can-eat situation. To us, it seems like a quick money grab. Shame on you Fogo. You should be ashamed of this and change this practice right away so as to not turn off and embarrass your customers.

    Our dining experience at Fogo was excellent from the reservation process through the end of our meal. All of the servers were very helpful but Karina was outstanding. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have an extraordinary dining experience!

    Food is always delicious. The salad bar has a nice variety, the meat selections are hot and fresh. The Parmesan pork cuts may have been my favorite this time. Everything was delicious. Oh, and make sure you save room for dessert, the crème brûlée is devine.

    Was there for the Prisoner wine dinner. It was a very good time except it was a family style dinning experience. I was looking for a more intimate experience. Appetizers where shared among everyone at the table as is common in family dinning and it did spark conversations with others at the table. Unfortunately we had to ask for more appetizers since only being offered 2 trays was not enough for 9 people. The service was good except the constant reaching over every one to fill the wine glasses was a litte off putting to me. The presentation offered to use about the wine was very Informative just hard to hear what was being said. All in all it was a great time really and come to find out I actually was at a table where my best friends realtor was sitting. And as for the 4 course meal I can say I was very satisfied with the food and service

    We have done several wine tastings over the years! I must say this has been one of the best out of many wine tasting/dinner’s we’ve experienced!!!!! The food & wine was exceptional! The amount of food/quality was amazing definitely better than any we have experienced!!!!!!
