The manager was extra helpful, with the soup that we'd missed on the salad bar, everything is cooked excellent, my favorite was the ribeye. One thing, I missed the grilled pineapple

The service ce was nice we were sat was very good. The food was also very good. We had made a reservation for 5:45, but we were not set until 6:30. What’s the point of a reservation.
While we had to wait for 45 minutes there was no place for us to wait while being socially distant. The hostess was not helpful what so ever.
Reservations are meant to ensure you are seated promptly, so this is disappointing to hear. Please don't allow this to keep you from awarding us another chance.
I celebrated my birthday on (1/16/21) with my husband at Fogo De Chao. From the moment we got there, every staff were so welcoming and kind. I believed what made it exceptional were our servers (Chelsea and another lovely server*I totally forgot her name* so sorry) . They made sure we celebrated our first time there the right way, by explaining the menu and making sure our table was filled with great food and drinks! Our reservation was at 5:45pm but was seated by 6:30pm. *So be prepared to wait if going on the weekend like a Saturday- even with a reservation. *
One thing that we noticed was the restaurant being very packed... by packed I mean groups of people waiting for their table and every table in there filled. It seemed that social distancing wasn't in place.... Thankfully our table was in a different section of the restaurant.
Other than that, we loved our experience and can't wait to go back. They also surprised me with a desert, with a sweet birthday message. Great place!

Our experience was fantastic as always. I love coming for Sunday brunch. Only wish is the lamb would’ve come around. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. There’s a reason why this is one of my favorite places to go.

We will not return to this restaurant until the pandemic is over. They overbooked the restaurant and we were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time. The waiting area was packed and it was impossible to socially distance. So, we waited outside in the cold (no heaters). The salad bar took forever to get through since the servers serve you, and again social distancing was impossible. The servers were the bright spot. They work so hard and try to make dinner as enjoyable as possible. We appreciated their efforts.
While we're thankful you appreciate our team's efforts, we're still disappointed to see this wasn't enough to earn your complete satisfaction. We hope you choose to visit us again, as we know we can earn your satisfaction.

Disappointed. I had made reservation for my daughters birthday and we were seated at a table by the door which was really cold. Also, it is the third time we go there with someone who is only eating the salad bar and they bring the bill for the full rodízio and I had to send it back.
They also offered the brunch buffet to him with no explanation that would cost almost the same as the whole rodízio. He only for one waffle and it was the most expensive waffle of my life.
Long time between meats and and by the time they came we had lost our appetite.
I am Brazilian and I am disappointed by the Americanization of the menu. Beans are a staple of Brazilian diet and they need to make their bean better. Very watery.
The brigadeiro cake desert was actually a chocolate cheese cake. On the bright side, they gave it for free because of my daughters birthday.

Service was spot on! Gauchos were by every few moments with a wide variety of meats (all fantastic!). Salad bar was fresh and well appointed. Looking forward to another visit!

We booked a last-minute reservation for an impromptu birthday celebration. Service was very attentive and patient even for having brought children (8 and 14).

Not too many meat choices that came around which made it OVERPRICED! I came here a few times in 2020 during the pandemic and there were more meat choices. Came on weekdays in 2020. This time, came on a Saturday and you'd think that it would be better- disappointed.
Reservations were at 730, finally seated at 805 after asking for the manager. The hostess was seating walk ins instead of honoring reservations. This restaurant is not safe if you are worried about Covid.
We take your time and safety very seriously, so we're troubled by your words. Please don't allow this to keep you from visiting us down the line.

It was good to see the cold bar open up during a pandemic. Great job @ the staff for making sure social distance was regulated. First time experience for some of my party & they enjoyed.

Overall it was great! A little more crowded than I expected....but it was New Years Eve...sooooo I guess that is good for biz....but a little more people that I wanted with Covid.

Only reason we did 4 starts instead of five:
1. Our service was slower. I'm not sure if our table was just in a weird spot but we were passed up several times by gauchos when we had our meat service going. We also had to remind them that we ordered drinks.
2. Our first portion of steak was probably 3 oz by itself and was not the temperature we asked for so part of it was wasted. There were some cuts of meat that I don't think ever made it to our table that we would have liked to try.

We were seated at a table for two right next to the computer station that staff used to update orders. There was a constant flow of employees that stood right beside me as I ate. And it also seemed to be a place where employees would congregate and talk. Overhearing their conversations distracted from my own.
I also like my meat cooked well-done. The staff were happy to accommodate; however, the meat served was dry, and charred on the outside.

We chose Fogo for our family Christmas dinner. Our party consisted of myself, my husband , and our six kids. We had to be split up because of COVID-19 restrictions, frustrating because we all live together but rules are rules. We were placed at two tables by the front door and it was so cold we couldn’t take our coats off to eat. We were closer to the table to our right than to half of our kids and of course people kept coming in and out. The people serving the meat didn’t attend to both tables and we had very different experiences as far as what was offered. I would have ordered another cocktail but the service was terrible and we went 20 minutes without anyone coming around at all. Dirty plates weren’t cleared until a manager came around.
We have been to Fogo before and had better experiences but I would have chosen somewhere else for Christmas dinner. It was disappointing and put a damper on a special day. We will not come back for a special occasion.
Christmas dinner should always be special, Elisha, so we're disappointed to hear we let you down. We'd hate for you to stay away, so please visit us again.
We used to visit Fogo on a regular basis. We also have had our employee Christmas Party there for 30-35 people and every New Years Day we would take 20-25 people there for lunch. We also used to go there for family celebrations and take all 10 members of our family. We hadn’t been for quite a while not only due to COVID, because we do eat out at least 3-4 nights a week, but the service had really gone down last time we were there.
So my husband and I thought we would give it one more try to see if it had improved. It has only gotten worse. We could never get any meat that was medium, it was either rare with blood running all over your plate or well done and had no flavor. Plus they only brought around the sirloin cuts and sausage. We finally asked for ribeye and they brought that out but it still wasn’t cooked to our liking. We then asked if they still served Parmesan Pork, they said yes and they would bring it out. They did bring out the pork but only 2 pieces of it! We then asked for the little chicken legs and they only brought out 2 of them also. The mashed potatoes were cold both times they brought those and the fried plantains were burned and looked black. So we got tired of asking for anything else and just paid our bill which was $130. + and we don’t drink alcohol so it was a pretty high bill. I had tea and my husband had 2 cokes which are in the 6.5 oz bottles and they charge for each of those that you drink.
Hate to say it but we won’t be going back!

Had a wonderful experience. We have been here many times in the past and did not receive the best service. This visit the service and the food were great! Even with the Covid changes we really enjoyed the experience.

We enjoy the lamb chops, and were not disappointed this time, once again. Wonderful flavor and cooked to perfection. Excellent service for a busy Christmas Eve. They observed recommendations with masks, spacing, and plenty of servers to help with the "market bar". Highly reocmmend

We've been to a few different Fogo locations, and this is the best blend. We love the ambiance of the Philly location, and some of the local meats/cheeses on the Market table, but Indy blended both the nice surrounding, and great attitudes of everyone helping to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Despite the covid measures, we still had a nice meal and were able to relax and eat all too much meat. Maybe next time we'll save room for dessert! Thanks to the Indy team - we'll be back when we can!

Everyone was great. Food was great. We sat close to the kitchen and while our food was very fresh, we felt a little rushed. When we arrived with a reservation we still waited 20-25 minutes. Because we made plans around our reservations we found this to be frustrating.
As expected, food is good and service is even better!
It seemed like the cuts of meat were cheaper and not as well prepared for the price paid. Great service and friendly atmosphere, but not the quality I remember.

Last Saturday night we came back a few months after I had that incident of waiting for awhile for our food and this time I still waited to be served with meat. I asked our server if we will be served with meat he kinda had an attitude and never came back to us to see if we needed anything else. Servers still need some training on customer services and especially when it comes sanitary measures.
