Food was delicious as usual. Family enjoyed the dinner experience. Waitstaff was very pleasant but could have been a little more attentive. But biggest disappointment was in managements handling, or rather lack of handling reservations. We had 7:15pm reservations and didn’t get seated until almost 8pm! I realize they were extra busy but you should accommodate people with reservations over walk ins. What’s the point of reservations if you don’t honor them. What a shame
Great option for Father’s Day! I would prefer guests to wear mask attending the buffet bar.

We were so looking forward to this - one of my students gave me a gift card as she knew Fogo is my favorite place! It started badly and just got worse. They ignored my Opentable request for my favorite table - ok, they were busy and someone else got there first, but no mention was made, and no apology. We ordered a bottle of wine, and they brought one that was warm. I asked for a chilled bottle, but our server said they did not have one chilled. He brought a different bottle instead (more expensive) that was chilled (finally). Hubby chose the full "Churrasco Experience" but the meats were few and far between. He had about 5 pieces the entire time, waiting about 20 minutes in between. I made a special order of lamb (extra cost) but did not eat it all. I asked for a box to take the rest home and was told "we don't do boxes, you have to eat it". I asked to see the manager, so then she found me a box - I had paid extra for this special order! If I had not insisted this is what I have done in the past, I would not have got what I had already paid for. We used my gift card, which the server took away, although there was still $25 balance remaining. I had to call him over to get it back. This is not the usual standard at Fogo - what is going on??

It was my birthday and hubby chose the restaurant. Although we’ve been to the buckhead location but given that it’s covid season, we haven’t been many places. Our waitress was awesome but I was a bit saddened to hear one of the hostesses show disgust to our waitress when we asked for plastic ware. But gratefully, she was only the hostess because our waitress handled it great and said that it’s not a problem for us to request plastic ware.
The food was good. The service was awful. The total experience has gone downhill fron a few years back. Disappointed.

Planned a Birthday Party for my wife. Julie(Sales Manager) really helped me make this day special for my wife. She really helped me select the best option for what I was trying to accomplish. Our waiter was very attentive and really catered to everyone. The Patron Room was just the right size for our party of 16. I will definitely be back and plan something soon for a future event. We did a triple celebration, Mother's Day, Birthday, Father's Day...and what a celebration it was! We love Fogo and now that they have added a half-price Happy Hour (all day) it's even better. You've got to come with a good appetite to really enjoy all that Fogo has to offer!!

Everyone was great! The staff works together to serve everyone. The manager is awesome!! You can tell he loves his job. He serves his costumers with the servers!!! It’s a beautiful thing!
Overall was a very great experience - never enough meat! Service could have been better, our wait kept forgetting things we asked for I.e. drinks or bread.
They have an entire new crew new management....new servers. Not at the same level as before, slow and meat cuts (even when requested) took quite a while.

We have a reservation at 2:45 PM to place open at two we got there early and were told it we would have to wait although there were plenty of different sized tables available. I'm guessing short staffed. Also the staff displaying bad attitude in front of customers and staging the area with plates in a man so loud that you would think they dropped all of them! Now the most important part there was hardly any meat ready. Thankfully they have the Buffet, because it took forever to get any meat! By the time we were eating our salad the restaurant was packed and there were maybe three guys walking around passing out meat. The all you can eat buffet was very small thus the selection of items was as well. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Went for lunch to celebrate my son’s grades. Didn’t realize the price was dinner only, which was fine, but the food wasn’t that great. We did get a piece of filet that was decent but the ribeye came around only once and it was very well done. Pass.
The other issue was we ordered a cherry limeade (?) that the server said would be ready soon. Halfway through our meal it still wasn’t out and we had to ask about getting something else.
The experience and food weren’t terrible but for the mover the value was t even close. Next time we’ll go to a traditional steakhouse instead.

This was my me and my husband’s first time going to Fogo de Chao and it was a wonderful experience. We ordered the grilled lobster claws, shrimp, and lobster tails - yum but the claw meat was rubbery and tasteless. But all of the meats delivered to the table and the market side dishes and mashed potatoes and the drinks - YUM!!!
A favorite with our family. We celebrated the birthday of our twins with a feast. The food did not disappoint and the portable drink bar was the icing on the cake. The service was outstanding, thank you Mariya. It was wonderful to get back to a normal dining experience after over a year.
We celebrated my daughters graduation and this is the first time that our table was completely neglected, forgotten drinks, and they didn’t asked the age of my 5 year old so decided to charge us for her. Overall disappointing.

What a great way to celebrate Memorial Day. As if the discount received as a veteran wasn't enough, the food was outstanding. Even as many-time customers we were blown away by how spectacular the filet mignon was. And the variety of fruits and salads on the salad bar was more than we expected as well. We will certainly be back. Can Father's Day get here soon enough? :)
The food was a disappointment. We both felt bad that night and all the next day. The beef was tough, even though I get mine medium rare. The chicken was over cooked. And the salad bar was not as varied as in the past.
We have been to this restaurant many times , pre Covid, and it was always excellent. This was a big disappointment, especially for the money,

Food is consistent and good. Unfortunately they were overwhelmed by the crowd. Long wait between being served due to shortage of staff. Sometimes have to ask a few times and not all cuts were available in a timely fashion.

Tim & Sterling were incredible! We ordered the seafood tower and they were out of some items, but quickly offered to substitute for us. They even provided a discount at the end when we didn’t even ask for one! Both very professional, offered recommendations on meat to try & made sure it was at the temperature we prefer. Great experience & we’ll definitely be back!!
We were nearly finished before we got our drinks. I believe shift change, but manager should have managed the shift change. Also the quality of the meats had gone down a bit from last time... while dinner party agreed. Still very good though.

I was very disappointed with my dining experience. There were children walking around unattended and screaming children that made it hard to relax after a long day of teaching first graders. As a vegetarian, I only ordered the salad bar and I felt like the food was not fresh or replenished adequately. The fruit was not ripe and was hard. I did not feel like my meal was worth anywhere near $30.00. My husband and step son ate the meat and were also disappointed. They felt like they didn’t have a very good variety of meats and the better meat didn’t come around often and only came later in the meal when they were full. Our bill for four people was over $200.00. Honestly for this amount of money, I could have had a much better meal somewhere else. This was my son’s graduation meal and we will never dine here again. Even our wine was bitter and overpriced. What a waste of money.

This works well for my family! I love the Market Table and they are meat eaters. Never a problem getting my sons to join is!
Wonderful food as always. Our waitress forgot a few times to get us our drinks and dessert, but other than that the service was good and friendly.
The atmosphere was calm, very fast paced. This dining was quite the experience for a special occasion. The food was good, not amazing but good. This is more of going for the “experience” dinning.
Abysmal service. It was almost 40 minutes after the reservation before the table was ready. Everything had to be asked for multiple times. Drinks were forgotten. There were never refills. The mobile bartender was drunk and kept flinging thing around, splashing people at our table with different drinks (while serving other tables). Clothes and hair were covered in these drinks. The waiter was attempting to make us pay the bill prior to bringing the desserts. I've been here many times before, had never seen anything like it.
