   Another great dining experience at Fogo de Chao. It was not as crowded as prior visits so those looking for easy access may want to consider an early weekday for dinner. This 'may' have impacted the 'meat carriers' not coming around as often. We mentioned this to our server Mel (who did an outstanding job) and we got more attention right away. We were celebrating our 38th anniversary. We initially planned to leverage the $49 special however decided to splurge with the full churrasco. Favorite meat was the beef ribs.

   Great food! Short staffed but pretty good. Our main Server was running around and pretty much ignoring us. But the steak came around and food was great.

   Not complaints on the food quality and the servers of the food. After our waitress greeted us and sent someone to take drink orders that was the last we saw of her. The drinks were good but took forever to get out?? Our reservation was for 15 people celebrating two birthdays and at around 8:20PM a male server ask if anyone wanted anything more from the salad / fruit bar of which due to the delay of being served from the beginning we were still enjoying dinner and felt very rushed by announcing the closing of the salad / fruit bar. At the end having multiple separate checks involved it took a minimum of 30 minutes to complete. In addition, as we were all finishing dinner, staff was disassembling tables, moving chairs and it became very obvious we were the only people remaining and getting stared out as if you need to hurry up and leave. We spent approximately $800 or more for our party of 15 and we will not be back. Looking at prior reviews, service has been an ongoing problem and we wished now we had planned to celebrate at another established restaurant in the area of which we will do moving forward. If your waiters and waitresses questioned their tips from our group last night now you can explain to them why. We never not tip for great food and more importantly great service but last night was definitely not one of those nights. Good luck, your establishment needs immediate attention and improvement. Btw, one of your valet parking guys provided one explanation as we were leaving, we asks if this was typical of our experience and he said no but tonight we are rushing to get everyone out so we can have floor cleaners come in overnight. Your Sunday hours are until 9:PM, poor decision on your part. There was nothing but ice on the salad / fruit bar by 8:30PM and people moving and folding tables like it was a movie set. Clean up your act. Party of 15!!!!

   Simple food has no flavor, high prices, service at the beginning, everything was very good, then when I already ate this one, they make you feel that you should grab and leave.

   Took my wife here for our 25th anniversary. It is her favorite place in all of metro Atlanta. Our reservations were for 6:30. We were seated at 7:49pm. No acknowledgment or apology. After letting the restaurant know when booking it was our 25th anniversary, we were seated right in front at the lobby. There was a very large and loud birthday party next to us that had little kids running around the entire time running into our table.We asked them to stop but only got worse. Several other large crowds were also seated around us, including in the party room actress from us. A very large Asian contingent came out with their little kids running around bumping into my wife multiple times. I finally got tired of the parents or the staff not doing anything, got up, grab the little kid by his ear and took him to his parents and told them to keep their child away from our table. For nearly $300.00, I would expected that a smaller, more Intimate group would be as important as the larger, more loud and rude groups. I am sure that it doesn’t matter but you lost a customer that would bring family and friends here for special and not so special occasions.

   The server barely made it to our table. Our table was not fully set up with the proper utensil. We had to request for it. Once we started to eat meat, the server didn't check back on us and never brought sides to the table. Once again, we had to ask for our server. I saw multiple birthdays around. All other servers brought their dessert with a candle ours did not bring ours out. The server who brought the desserts out didn't have a candle for my 10-year-old. Overall, it was a very poor experience in this location. Our server was Charles Neil, and we sat on table 91.

   Just overall not worth the price. You are better off spending a little bit more at a local or chain steak house.

   To start off, the food was great as well as the actual meat servers. The issue comes to our main waitress. Initially as she sat us down she asked if us was only us two and scoffed. She then proceeded to toss our menus down and put a water bottle on the table (That we were charged 15$ for). From then on each time she eventually made her way around, she completely ignored us and barely responded. Best part is towards the end of the meal, she takes dishes and silverware and sets them on my plate to take them as I was in the process of grabbing and still eating food with no warning. The cherry on top is the server, who looked and asked us just like the regular meat servers, sat the shrimp down on our table without asking or confirming. He then proceeded to charge us with something extra while staring us down. I proceeded to ask our original waitress for help who only helped after being asked nicely many times. Most rude and impolite service I have ever received especially after having so many great experiences here.

    We have gone to this location many times in the past, but this time the service was not attentive, the meats were not coming around regularly, we waited for a very long time for lamb and it was literally brought out raw in the middle - not rare, raw. We asked for a medium lamb to be brought out and again they brought out one that was still raw in the middle. Overall, we felt that they didn't bring around much meat and were pushing cheese and other things rather than serving us what we paid for. It was very disappointment and expensive.
