I have been to Fogo many times and it was always very good food and great experience except for yesterday. Food was very salty and beef meet was tough. The place was very crowded as in shoulder to shoulder crowded more than any other place I have been to and left shortly after to avoid concern with Covid.

Great date spot , food was amazing
Our server had obviously no training even though he was a very nice guy. I blame you for that and not him. When we arrived he walked up and asked us what we want to order for dinner. I said we don't know yet, can you just take our drink order. My wife ordered Sauvignon Blanc and he brought red wine. He never brought sides to the table. He did not clear the unused dishes when we sat down or the dirty ones later. He never offered dessert. It made what I had hoped to be a fun evening for my son and grandson rather miserable. We were always having to hunt around and ask other servers for things we needed.

Pluses: Food was quite good if you stick to the "experience" - buffet service for salads and sides and rounds of meat delivered to the table. (Entrees ordered from the menu for those who didn't want the "unlimited meat" option were unimpressive.) No one left hungry.
Minuses: Extremely poor service even considering post-COVID issues. Drinks came slowly, inconsistently, and incorrectly. The two diners who ordered menu entrees waited for almost 40 minutes for their food. One had ordered an entree they had been out of for days, and instead of informing the diner, the staff brought out a completely different entree without asking. (Management's solution was to "only" charge for the entree they actually brought, which was less expensive than the one that had been ordered, and this wouldn't have even happened without a complaint.)
The meats were quote good, but at this price point, there are a number of steakhouses in Atlanta where the service is consistently *impeccable* so there's no reason to accept subpar. For future high-end dining we'll stick with places that can get both the food and the service correct.

It was my wife birthday . I put it in the notes when making the reservation Happy Birthday and her name . Desert came and it’s didn’t have Happy Birthday so she was disappointed
Many times just simply skipped our table. No server service whatsoever. Literally, none. Had to literally get up and grab a server for our bill. The side dishes did come out but you can tell they sat under the heater probably a good 25 mins..will not go back.

Our fist time to visit this particular restaurant as we have previously dined at the other Fogo in Atlanta/Buckhead. We actually like this smaller footprint facility better as it never felt overwhelming crowded. Good balance of space and service.

We eat here regularly and enjoy the food, but the service seems to get worse every time we visit. It’s a shame since we are not at all demanding, we would just like to have our drinks refilled in a timely manner. Is that asking too much?

Server was not attentive to our needs. Took 10 minutes to get a glass of water and she served a whole table of 12 people drinks before getting my water.

What you’d expect. Tons of people. Big beautiful open room so quite loud. But great service. Quick gauchos. It’s a great experience. Try the candied spicy bacon on the salad bar. Hidden little gem.
We went here on a special trip out of town, and loved it. It was my wife’s first time and we both had a great time.

We only got one refill of water and it was after asking another employee who was not our server. The sides were cold and not very good. Our server only came back to give us our check. I had been to the Atlanta location and they were spectacular and the food seemed more fresh. My boyfriend had never been to either location and I was excited for us to go. It was a major disappointment.

The salad bar has gone downhill. The salad options were already dressed or had cheese on them. They just didn’t look fresh. It took us three attempts to get steak sauce. We always had to flag someone down to get water/drink refills. The tables were very close together and as they were clearing the table next to us they almost drop a tray of dishes on outer table.
This is disheartening to learn, as we always want you to be impressed with our Market Table and meals. We'd love to deliver you an amazing experience, so we hope you're willing to award us another try. Thank you.

This was my first time and I will not going back. Salad bar area was dirty and I am pretty sure not following the covid safety guidelines. I was the only one using sanitizer and gloves for tongs. People and employees were talking over the foods.
Meat quality was bad, dry and over cooked. I only ate two pieces since nobody came to our table even the sign was on. So we decided to leave.
Waitress was too busy and overwhelmed with other tables.
Manager?(Asian looking guy) he only seems care about how much people are tipping not the customers.
Restroom was soooooo dirty.
Over all, not satisfied. Do not waste your money and time.

Our Waiter was very Un-attentive. Had to get his attention 3 times to order additional items. Had to go get our own clean plates every time after waiting for him offer. Cleary indicated we were celebrating a birthday but no acknowledgement of the special occasion received. Expect better from Fogo. First time at Dunwoody location not impressed.

Food was delicious as usual. Family enjoyed the dinner experience. Waitstaff was very pleasant but could have been a little more attentive. But biggest disappointment was in managements handling, or rather lack of handling reservations. We had 7:15pm reservations and didn’t get seated until almost 8pm! I realize they were extra busy but you should accommodate people with reservations over walk ins. What’s the point of reservations if you don’t honor them. What a shame

Over booked, unable to seat guest with reservations at arrival, had to wait an additional 20 or more minutes after reservation time to be seated. No mask worn by staff, unorganized. Experience with servers was not great, I told two people I wanted to order seafood and got no response, I then asked a third server and she stated my order was in, it took another 15 mins for me to get my order, which was about 30 mins after being seated. This was our 1st experience and I can't say that I would go back.

Ran out of bread on the salad bar. Never replaced during our entire meal time. Delivery of meat service to table was slower than usual.
