Fogo de Chao – Denver
In addition, we offer Pick-Up, Delivery, and Catering of both fire-roasted and ready-to-grill cuts fresh from our Butcher Shop. Please visit fogodechao.com/location/denver/and call your nearest Fogo location to place an order.
Cordeiro / Lamb
For lamb lovers or those curious to taste it for the first time, our gaucho chefs serve the cordeiro as prime lamb steak, succulent lamb chops or a tender leg of lamb.
Alcatra / Top Sirloin
Alcatra is a special cut of top sirloin originating in the steakhouses of southern brazil. One of the largest cuts served in our dining rooms, you shouldn't miss a sample of this perfectly seasoned, thinly carved cut.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
The taste of comfort is given southern brazilian flair with roasted garlic, drawn butter, cracked pepper, and fresh chives.
Everyone was excellent. The moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted like family. It was the first time in years that my husband and I enjoyed a night out and the staff was outstanding. We will definitely come again.
Definitely the best dinning experience ever!
Really quick and attentive service, left feeling very full and happy!
Wonderful food and the service was impeccable.
Always a pleasure to be there for our Monday date night dinner. The staff is always friendly.
The staff and food were both excellent! Could not praise their efforts or the flavors enough! Unfortunately, the buffet bars were closed due to health orders. This took away a bit of the experience. With tables and menus digital only, the ambiance seemed to be missing something. I know, it can't be helped and they're doing the best they can. It's the little things I miss though. Don't get me wrong though! Overall, 5 stars, hands down!
I truly empathize with F&B services as they return from COVID closures with restrictions, but I don’t think we will return to Fogo anytime (with or without restrictions).
We were greeted by a waitress who asked what we wanted and then failed to ever deliver — passed off to another waiter ... suffice to say, 30 min. @ our table before getting a drink is unacceptable. COVID restrictions make the salad bar worthless — they bring you what they think you may want and it wasn’t what we wanted so they brought out what we wanted 30 min. later! Salads weren’t fresh and selection limited. Servers were confused about our orders, manager came by and admitted to being very short staffed, and the bill was wrong and they tried to argue with us about it. Disaster and disappointing are the 2 best adjectives to describe our experience.
We never want our guests to leave our establishment with such an opinion of us, Carole. It's important that we make this right, so please give us a chance to earn your satisfaction, as we hope you visit us again.
Very different experience this time with COVID-19 rules in place. Gaucho visits were far less frequent and did not get to try several meats. Will try another nearby steakhouse for this experience in the future.
We're disheartened to hear of such an experience, as all of our guests should be able to experience our variety of cuts. Please know, we appreciate the feedback and we hope you don't allow this to keep you from visiting us again.
This was our first night out since covid hit, salad bar wasn't open so that was a bummer. The staff was good and so was the food.
Even with this new normal, they still have great service and makes us feel normal eating out. Outstanding service as always.
Thank you, Dennis!
The service was incredible. The restaurant was clean and set up well. I am so happy we decided to go out. It felt like they treated us like royalty. I can't say enough how great it was.
Absolutely amazing. Fogo is doing so great with the new precautions!
Our server Dave was very attentive. Manager stopped by to be sure everything was to our pleasure.
Didn’t get a good variety of meats and the meats didn’t come out frequently. We asked for some cuts that we never got, the ones we did get were great. The salad. At was also good. Just seemed like we were in the corner or passed a lot.
We are sorry we made you feel this way, as it's imperative that our team always deliver attentive service. It is our hope that you visit us again, as we'd like you to try our variety of cuts.
Excellent service. Meats were inconsistent, sometimes, usually between good and excellent... for the price would expect more consistency, though I understand the challenge.
So excited to be back at Fogo De Chao in Lodo. The whole team makes us feel welcome and there is never a shortage of our favorite cuts. Thank you Dan, Marlon, Flavio, and Danny! You’re wonderful!
My group and I were in Denver for work and we decided to go to Fogo de Chão for dinner. We have been to Fogo for lunch and dinner on numerous occasions back home. The food at Fogo in Denver was very good just like back home. Only issue I had was that some of the cuts of meat I was looking forward was wrapped in bacon and I don’t like bacon. Yes I know how could I not like back but I don’t. I could have taken the bacon off but would still taste it. They didn’t have those cuts without the bacon but besides that my colleagues and I enjoyed the food, drinks and company. There wasn’t many dinner patrons so it was a very quiet environment allowing us to talk to each other without screaming. Service was excellent, the meats kept flowing and it was a great time. I recommend Fogo to anyone who has never experienced the Brazilian steakhouse dining before just wear loose fitting pants.
It was a good very good meal for 5 friends who had never gone.
Service was slow but it was really busy.
Best place ever. Love the variety of food and the staff was wonderful.
Thank you very much for all attention. We had fun and enjoy. I am appreciate. I never forget this experience.
Great food in a fun atmosphere. I have been there previously and it is a great experience.
We always come for restaurant week and it is our favorite!
All was great except we ordered basic and regular water and were later charged for 3 - $6.50 bottles of water. Extremely deceitful.
Everything was super tasty. So much meat to eat. The “salad bar” had meat and cheese it was awesome.
But, they charged for water so that’s a deal breaker. Didn’t say anything about it ahead of time.
The service at Fogo de Chao in Denver was phenomenal. Every person that we came in contact with from the front desk to the servers were exceptional - our server went out of her way to get me some grilled pineapple and the wine steward had the bar prepare me a special drink. There was another gentlemen who was checking on us as well who was extremely courteous and friendly. He even had the words congratulations put on our celebratory desert. This service made our first time experience very memorable. Thank you!
Went for restaurant week so at $35 loved it. Don't think I'm a big enough meat fan to spend $56 but I did enjoy. Loved the fried bananas. Their salad/food bar had a great variety and loved the caprese and all the roasted veggies.
Great as always!! So much food.. and huge portions!
At first we were seated asked what we wanted to drink ... got our salads sat down ate waited a total of 15 before we asked a server for water he then gave us the card to have meat we didn’t get the mashed potatoes or cheese bread .. when we were ready to check out turns out we weren’t assigned a table so they had to find our server ..
Worst service I have ever experienced! Waitress never brought iced water that we asked for a couple of times never came around to ask if we needed anything. Another waitress had to take our deserts order and someone else had to bring us drinks and the check
Service was horrible. We had to ask multiple times for each drink order and I still never got mine. We made a reservation a week or so before but still had to wait 20 minutes past that to be seated and our server was just really unpleasant. Never going back. They clearly cannot handle the volume for restaurant week.
Owen was our server and was very sweet from the minute we sat down. We were served and it was my husbands birthday and he more than accommodating to us. So sweet.
Honestly the only thing that was bad was that there was such a loud rowdy table behind us full of rude, and inconsiderate guests. Owen h
James did a very great job accommodating us and made our first experience with Fogo De Chao worth while. The food was absolutely delicious. You can tell they care for their customers by making your visit a great experience from when you walk through the door until you leave. My Valentine’s Dinner was definitely the best part of our celebration for the holiday. I will definitely be going back.
All the food was delicious. All you can eat buffet style setting. I feel its a bit over priced but the variety in meat made it worth it.
It was a great experience. The only thing is ...They were circulating the same meats in our area for a while. We didn’t get to taste some of it because we left after 1.5 hours. Maybe circulate different meats more evenly...
I went with my boyfriend for our Valentine’s dinner. Instead of being treated like actual customers, I felt we were neglected throughout our stay by the servers who were mainly tending to larger groups.
They only checked on us about twice throughout the night. And even though I requested beef ribs multiple times since I sat down, it never came.
We appeared to have two servers. One was delightful, but super busy. The other was not as pleasant and had a dismissive attitude towards us.
The place was super crowded and noisy.
We come here every year with a large group of friends and the wait staff was terrible the last two years. Very rude, not helpful and acted as though we were inconveniencing them when we asked for anything. Our drinks took over 40 minutes to be delivered to us and our server was extremely rude when my husband tried to hand him his empty plate. He told my husband "just leave it on the table bro" not very professional for the amount of money we spent on our dinner
Food was terrific!!! The staff delivering all the wonderful types of meats were fast and super friendly. Our server forgot about us for most of the night so it took 45 minutes to get drinks and we had to ask multiple times for the bread and other side dishes that were delivered to others immediately. Then it took 20 minutes to get out check from the time we asked. Despite the bad experience, I would still go back.
