The food was very good. I've been to a couple other Brazilian Steakhouses before and this one has the better food. There were a number of unique treats making the rounds and it was all very tasty. The service was also very good, though just a bit unorganized. But everyone was friendly a trying hard. The noise level was a little too loud for my liking, but tolerable. My only real complaint was that they don't seem to have any kind of dress code (or if they do, they don't enforce it). A fellow sitting at a table next to ours was wearing a sleeveless basketball jersey. It was kind of gross. Aside from that, it was a very good experience.
I love this place food is always great service is impeccable I can’t ask for anything better
This is my third visit over the last 2 years, and all is consistent with previous times. I dine alone, and eat only at the "salad bar" since I need only smaller meals. The choices are many, and I like the cold cut meats and smoked salmon to go along with salads, cheeses, etc. etc. Service seems to be quite good, and atmosphere pleasant. While I consider the cost of the salad bear meal on the high side, I will return again whenever the "mood" for this type of meal strikes me.
Our server was amazing!!! The management staff go above and beyond to make sure your experience is everything you want!!! I’ve been to a few different locations and this location has the best service!!!
I was very disappointed in our experience at Fogo de Chao this go round. There were times we waited upwards of 10 minutes for a gaucho to come by our table and twice 2 of us got meat and they said they’d would come right back with more and never did. They never brought sides to our table and we had several cuts of meat that were extremely fatty. One of the chicken offerings tasked slightly sour, like going bad sour. This is our go to for special dates but we were really disappointed this time.
I loved this place. It was my first time but my husband sec time.
Very quiet setting
Great customer service
The salad bar had many healthy options. I loved all the steak, chicken and lamb. I also enjoyed the keylime pie.
Love this place and go there a lot but this time it was to busy. It was restaurant week. Would not recommend during that week. Too busy, servers are not happy at all and not the true experience. Too many tables and they also gave us the option of $35 or $50. Don't know how they serve different but seem people were getting every item except for us.
I love coming to this restaurant - a meat lovers dream. Excellent service, excellent food (meats as well as the salad bar)
The food was phenomenal as usual. The initial service was a tad slow but once they got up to speed the staff were timely and friendly. Perfect night out
Great place to dine! Love the Salad bar!
Came to Fogo de Chao for Denver Restaurant week and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I was able to make a reservation the day off through open table (woo!) which I recommend because they were busy even at 5:30pm! The ambiance is very trendy and intimate, even if you have a large group. It is an upscale Brazilian steakhouse really. The service here was great, everyone was more than happy to help us get whatever meats we wanted. The variety of foods available at their salad bar or the roaming meats on a sword were phenomenal! Highly recommend this place for special occasions or if you are in the mood to eat lots of meat.
Delicious! Look forward to restaurant week here every year!!
Met friends here for Sunday night dinner. Everything was delicious. Especially like the garlic infused chicken and a couple of the sirloin dishes. There’s always the buffet was delicious.
Wonderful and friendly staff. The ladies and i enjoyed the meal as well as the handsome men walking around with delicious meat!
We have enjoyed Fogo for dinner and business lunches for many years. Their relatively new brunch didn't disappoint. All the usual "market table" offerings were fresh, plentiful and tasty. The brunch offerings, were unique and delicious. Especially notable was the beef, potato & veggie hash. The dish was brightly seasoned and the diced beef was melt-in-your mouth. The smoked salmon was among the best we ever tasted in Denver. Fogo's all-you-can-eat grilled meat "parade" was attentive, but not obtrusive. Each cut of meat was high quality, tender and flavorful. This restaurant offers meat lovers a far superior experience to the standard steakhouse.
We spent $35 per person for the restaurant week menu and we were seated in the hallway! We had to move all of our chairs to one side of the table in order to move our chairs back and then walk to the salad bar. What a waste of our family’s dining out fund!!!!
I heard Fogo was amazing from everyone who had been there, including the salad bar. I don’t eat red meat or pork, so I was really forward to the salad bar. I have to say I was disappointed.
There were little to no options for actually building a salad. There seemed to be more of “side items.”
My date absolutely loved the meat, he raves about it. The staff was amazing and offered to cook mr a deliscious chicken breast, that was over and beyond. Thank you Fogo for a great night out!
We made our reservation for 2, tried to change it to 4 two weeks out and they couldn’t accommodate it. Then we sat at A table or four. Very upsetting that they wouldnt accommodate our request when they clearly had room.
I was excited to try this place for my husbands birthday. I had been to Texas de Brazil before and thought it be a great treat to try a new Brazilian steak house place. But I was very disappointed about the limited selection at the salad bar and two of the meat cuts we recieved at the table were super fatty. I think that the staff are absolutely amazing, very kind respectful and attentive.
Great food, great service! A wonderful location for business occasions or a romantic date night. Out of eight, I was the only person in the party that had been here before and everyone raves about it!
I did not like that people who bring meat to the tables did not come to mine until a person came to ask me about the service I answered that it was wrong because I had 20 minutes and they did not serve us meat we were 4 people and not It's the first time that I'm going to eat there. I hope the treatment will be better for the next time.
Waited forever for them to bring food. 15 minutes at one point. Wait staff was filled with indifference .
We've been to 4 Brazilian Steakhouses, including Fogo de Chao. It was by far the worst one that we've been to. The waiter was inattentive, the service was slow and our waiter was extremely forgetful about bringing us items that we ordered and/or asked for. The seasoning was bland and the ambience was that of a college dining hall. Not a good experience and definitely will not be going back there.
Good Brazilian Steak House. Abundance of well-prepared meats. Excellent salad bar.
Food was amazing. Little pricey, but the experience was fun.
One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Every part of this wonderful restaurant team was spot on. The food would satisfy anyone's fondest wishes, and can cover most diets. The wonderful crew is attentive but not at all pushy and read each table well. They let you set the pace for your meal making it even better. We were already as happy as possible when desert and coffee arrived with a happy birthday message. On arriving we ask for a window table with a brief comment it was a duel birthday dinner. That is the kind of attention everyone put into making this a perfect evening. Thank you all.
Sons birthday. Restaurant week- servers were not very accommodating and impatient. It took a while for someone to take out wine order. We frequent Fogo a few times a year and this was the most disappointing experience we have encountered.
I have recommended in the past and we’ve gone every year for the past 6 years. Seems everything unique and the special touches Fogo de Chao once had have gone and sadly it blends with the other chains Brazilian Steakhouses.
The service was really good and they had so many meats to try and choose from.
BDay. It was a birthday dinner that was never acknowledged. Additionally this birthday happens to occur during Denver restaurant week however service was horrible on bringing anything. The reservation was for three people they brought two waters. Additionally numerous times we asked for something and it wasn’t achieved even after asking six times! Then finally arrived right as we were signing our bill.
We specifically specified that this was a birthday dinner the birthday happens to be this weekend and a couple of friends were celebrating it! There was no knowledge/acknowledgement which meant even worse than that we have the worst service on actually achieving anything! Maybe you shouldn’t participate in Denver restaurant week if you can’t actually achieve on par on service!!! I make this my birthday dinner every year for the last five years and I can tell you next year Fogo de Choa will not be my birthday dinner!
The entire experience is a special occasion. The food is outstanding as well as the service. We highly recommend this gem.
We went for our first time last night. It was such a Great Night!! We went for Denver Restaurant Week and we ENJOYED Every minute! Food was Amazing, Xavier and the rest of the staff were Fantastic, it was WINE Wednesday! Could not have been Happier! Thank you so very much.
Reservation was for 7:30. We weren’t seated until 8:30.
First time at Fogo was for 2018 Restaurant Week. I have been to another Brazilian Steakhouse (Texas de Brazil or Restaurant Week in 2017 and other occasions). My coworker told me they liked Fogo better so I wanted to try. I did not like it better unfortunately. They did not include their most prime cuts of meat for the Restaurant Week deal. I had a reservation and we still aited 30 minutes after that to be seated. I really wanted to try one of the cuts of meat (lamb), so I requested that come around at the end of our visit. They kept saying it was coming. We sat and waited 30 minutes for this. Maybe 25 minutes into the 30 (litterally) they said the meat was frozen and that they were cooking it. I got to have some but if they communicated it was frozen I wouldn't have waited 30 minutes.
I've highlighted the negatives here. The food was good, the negatives just stuckout to me. I'm glad our total was only a little more than $100 for the 2 of us because of the Restaurant Week deal $35/person instead of $60ish/person.
The the food and evening was great! We made this reservation a month before because we knew restaurant week would sell out quick and we love having dinner here. Sadly we waited over an hour to get seated for a reservation. They must have over booked the reservations but that is unacceptable for a restaurant of their stature. Our servers were wonderful and the food was great it really put a damper on the meal to have to wait that long for a scheduled reservation we were on time for. :-(
This is a great venue for Denver Restaurant week and a good value at that price. My granddaughter and I were celebrating - belatedly - our December birthdays. It was too far in the past, so no free dessert - darn.
Great service, the staff is very attentive without hovering. Different but very tasteful cocktails.
First and foremost, I am NOT looking for compensation. I made this reservation to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I was recommended this particular restaurant from a good friend. I wanted my dad to enjoy his birthday.
The dinner started well, we were offered both dinners (Denver Restaurant Week or the Full Churrasco Experience). We chose the Restaurant Week Experience, the selection appeared to be great!
The Feijoda Bar was absolutely amazing! I was definitely a fan of the smoked salmon.
The selection of protein that we were offered tasted great! And most importantly, my dad did enjoy his dinner.
From my past work experience in general, appearance have always played a major role in representing the company or establishment I worked for. This particular server we had at our table, was unprofessional. From pouring wine to picking up our plates.
While pouring the wine into the glasses, she spilled some on the table. It almost seemed like she was rushed to do this task.
At the end when she picked up our plates, the tray she was carrying was touching me the entire time and managed to drop a dirty fork on me.
Overall the ambiance was great! The wine collection was phenomenal.
