Poor quality of meat. Very disappointing. Overpriced and overrated. Will not come back.
Excellent food but our server kept forgetting to bring our drinks, took nearly 45 mins to get a mixed drink.
We had dined at the restaurant on the east coast and enjoyed it, so thought we’d try it in Denver. We were visiting relatives and wanted an all you could eat place to please the group.
All the protein selections were seasoned well. The servers asked the doneness that you would want and cut accordingly.
Salad bar was plentiful with soups, lettuces and ample toppings. Cheeses and breads.
Service was very attentive. There was always someone coming by to bring something.
Fun environment! Did not disappoint!
The food was amazing. My only complaint was that I asked for bread three times and each time, my request was forgotten. Other than that, the place is amazing. I took my boyfriend there for his birthday, they even offered a complimentary dessert at the end of our meal. I will for sure be going back.
Fogo is one of my favorites and service was excellent but the food was not the usual excellent - seems like they cut down on the buffet and meat offerings. Did not like the lemon garlic lamb chops versus the traditional lamb chops. No bacon wrapped turkey or quail eggs or other traditional Fogo offerings. 12.50 for a capirania is too pricey.
Very attentive gaucho service.
Some of the meat selections were lacking flavor/seasoning.
Went here for Easter brunch. I've heard good things and wanted to give it a try to differ from our goto at Rodizio's. Our server Alan was friendly but that's about it. Cleared some of our plates, asked for a small plate for my 2 year old, never came. Had to ask for my drink noticing it wasn't delivered with the other drinks. Was asked by a few servers as to what meat we would like and asked for chicken three separate times. Finally they came and was anti-climatic. The meats are cooked nicely but lacked flavor. The garlic Parmesan pork is elementary as it seems it is simply baked with Parmesan. The bananas and pineapple were savory and succulent. Unfortunately we came here for the meat and was very disappointed. At 51 all day dinner price for Easter all I could think about was the price and not the food. We have a large family with many birthdays and celebrate with at least 12. It's a small range to find restaurants that will accommodate all of us so this is a bit of a let down for us. I'll revisit if invited but not on my own accord.
The food was good but the atmosphere was awful. When a meal costs so much, I expect there to be a little more decorum. Two thirds of the dining room were empty and all of the customers were packed into the remaining third. The tables are close together so it’s hard to get up and go to the salad bar without bumping into someone. Since the tables are so close, you can hear every word of your neighbor’s conversation and since there was so much conversation, people talked louder to be heard. I struggled to hear our server over the noise. However, The servers and all of the staff were very courteous and attentive. I’d go back but with lower expectations.
Our first visit so maybe we didn’t quite understand the process but we felt the meal was extremely rushed and had we not told the waiters to slow down we could have been done with the entire meal in about 45 minutes. Not quite the dining experience I was hoping for.
All the meats brought to your table on a sword! If you are a meat lover, this is the place for you. Great selection of meats to satisfy your taste buds. Pork tenderloin with parmesan cheese was top notch. LOVE that almost the whole menu is Gluten Free. Market table had great selection of veggies and salads as well as charcuterie meats and cheeses. Caipirinhas we're delicious! The original was well made with the right amount of lime, strawberry hibiscus was refreshing, coconut creme was a lovely twist to the drink. The Flan for dessert won't disappoint!
Pretty good all in all. They had a party there that was celebrating and were pretty loud. They had AMAZING brown sugar pepper bacon!!!!
The food was very good. I've been to a couple other Brazilian Steakhouses before and this one has the better food. There were a number of unique treats making the rounds and it was all very tasty. The service was also very good, though just a bit unorganized. But everyone was friendly a trying hard. The noise level was a little too loud for my liking, but tolerable. My only real complaint was that they don't seem to have any kind of dress code (or if they do, they don't enforce it). A fellow sitting at a table next to ours was wearing a sleeveless basketball jersey. It was kind of gross. Aside from that, it was a very good experience.
Our favorite place to dine for special occasions, variety of meats is wonderful, friendly staff and love the gauchos!
I love this place food is always great service is impeccable I can’t ask for anything better
This is my third visit over the last 2 years, and all is consistent with previous times. I dine alone, and eat only at the "salad bar" since I need only smaller meals. The choices are many, and I like the cold cut meats and smoked salmon to go along with salads, cheeses, etc. etc. Service seems to be quite good, and atmosphere pleasant. While I consider the cost of the salad bear meal on the high side, I will return again whenever the "mood" for this type of meal strikes me.
Our server was amazing!!! The management staff go above and beyond to make sure your experience is everything you want!!! I’ve been to a few different locations and this location has the best service!!!
I was very disappointed in our experience at Fogo de Chao this go round. There were times we waited upwards of 10 minutes for a gaucho to come by our table and twice 2 of us got meat and they said they’d would come right back with more and never did. They never brought sides to our table and we had several cuts of meat that were extremely fatty. One of the chicken offerings tasked slightly sour, like going bad sour. This is our go to for special dates but we were really disappointed this time.
I loved this place. It was my first time but my husband sec time.
Very quiet setting
Great customer service
The salad bar had many healthy options. I loved all the steak, chicken and lamb. I also enjoyed the keylime pie.
Love this place and go there a lot but this time it was to busy. It was restaurant week. Would not recommend during that week. Too busy, servers are not happy at all and not the true experience. Too many tables and they also gave us the option of $35 or $50. Don't know how they serve different but seem people were getting every item except for us.
I love coming to this restaurant - a meat lovers dream. Excellent service, excellent food (meats as well as the salad bar)
The food was phenomenal as usual. The initial service was a tad slow but once they got up to speed the staff were timely and friendly. Perfect night out
Great place to dine! Love the Salad bar!
Came to Fogo de Chao for Denver Restaurant week and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I was able to make a reservation the day off through open table (woo!) which I recommend because they were busy even at 5:30pm! The ambiance is very trendy and intimate, even if you have a large group. It is an upscale Brazilian steakhouse really. The service here was great, everyone was more than happy to help us get whatever meats we wanted. The variety of foods available at their salad bar or the roaming meats on a sword were phenomenal! Highly recommend this place for special occasions or if you are in the mood to eat lots of meat.
Delicious! Look forward to restaurant week here every year!!
Met friends here for Sunday night dinner. Everything was delicious. Especially like the garlic infused chicken and a couple of the sirloin dishes. There’s always the buffet was delicious.
Wonderful and friendly staff. The ladies and i enjoyed the meal as well as the handsome men walking around with delicious meat!
We have enjoyed Fogo for dinner and business lunches for many years. Their relatively new brunch didn't disappoint. All the usual "market table" offerings were fresh, plentiful and tasty. The brunch offerings, were unique and delicious. Especially notable was the beef, potato & veggie hash. The dish was brightly seasoned and the diced beef was melt-in-your mouth. The smoked salmon was among the best we ever tasted in Denver. Fogo's all-you-can-eat grilled meat "parade" was attentive, but not obtrusive. Each cut of meat was high quality, tender and flavorful. This restaurant offers meat lovers a far superior experience to the standard steakhouse.
We spent $35 per person for the restaurant week menu and we were seated in the hallway! We had to move all of our chairs to one side of the table in order to move our chairs back and then walk to the salad bar. What a waste of our family’s dining out fund!!!!
I heard Fogo was amazing from everyone who had been there, including the salad bar. I don’t eat red meat or pork, so I was really forward to the salad bar. I have to say I was disappointed.
There were little to no options for actually building a salad. There seemed to be more of “side items.”
My date absolutely loved the meat, he raves about it. The staff was amazing and offered to cook mr a deliscious chicken breast, that was over and beyond. Thank you Fogo for a great night out!
We made our reservation for 2, tried to change it to 4 two weeks out and they couldn’t accommodate it. Then we sat at A table or four. Very upsetting that they wouldnt accommodate our request when they clearly had room.
I was excited to try this place for my husbands birthday. I had been to Texas de Brazil before and thought it be a great treat to try a new Brazilian steak house place. But I was very disappointed about the limited selection at the salad bar and two of the meat cuts we recieved at the table were super fatty. I think that the staff are absolutely amazing, very kind respectful and attentive.
Great food, great service! A wonderful location for business occasions or a romantic date night. Out of eight, I was the only person in the party that had been here before and everyone raves about it!
I did not like that people who bring meat to the tables did not come to mine until a person came to ask me about the service I answered that it was wrong because I had 20 minutes and they did not serve us meat we were 4 people and not It's the first time that I'm going to eat there. I hope the treatment will be better for the next time.
Waited forever for them to bring food. 15 minutes at one point. Wait staff was filled with indifference .
We've been to 4 Brazilian Steakhouses, including Fogo de Chao. It was by far the worst one that we've been to. The waiter was inattentive, the service was slow and our waiter was extremely forgetful about bringing us items that we ordered and/or asked for. The seasoning was bland and the ambience was that of a college dining hall. Not a good experience and definitely will not be going back there.
Good Brazilian Steak House. Abundance of well-prepared meats. Excellent salad bar.
Food was amazing. Little pricey, but the experience was fun.
One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Every part of this wonderful restaurant team was spot on. The food would satisfy anyone's fondest wishes, and can cover most diets. The wonderful crew is attentive but not at all pushy and read each table well. They let you set the pace for your meal making it even better. We were already as happy as possible when desert and coffee arrived with a happy birthday message. On arriving we ask for a window table with a brief comment it was a duel birthday dinner. That is the kind of attention everyone put into making this a perfect evening. Thank you all.
