    Absolutely wonderful time for our anniversary dinner - I am blanking on the names, but our wait staff took excellent care of us. The food is delicious as always- so wonderful, you wish you could eat more!

    This was not a good experience food was ok but serve was terrible we waited 1 hour for drinks then and 1 hour and a half for another drink they don’t get anymore or my time or money worst experience ever I will never go back

    Showed up a bit early to our dinner reservations and were quickly seated. We sat at the table for around 15 minutes waiting for a waiter to serve us. Jordon, one of the staff, came over and inquired if we had already been served and upon finding out we were waiting followed up with "Well, Hi I'm Jordon. I'll be your server tonight". Outstanding service! Couldn't ask for a more funny, enjoyable, and respectful server. Please keep up the outstanding service :) After that, the night just kept getting better. The food was immaculate, the house top sirloin was the star of the night but we couldn't scoff at the garlic steak either! The wait staff was over the top and we couldn't have asked for a better night. It did initially appear that Fogo de Chao was understaffed for the Memorial Day dinner time, but this feeling quickly evaporated as the night progressed. Overall the ambiance of the night was second to none, as always. And the overall noise level was that of a standard night out in Denver. Will be back!

    I have been to many Fogo de Chao restaurants all across the country. This was by far the only time I left disappointed. They were clearly understaffed. We often were sitting 20 minutes waiting for meat to come over (after just eating one slice). This was not the service I expect from Fogo. They were also out of ice tea and Diet Coke.

    The restaurant is quite nice. The meal started out nicely as they explained the system and took our drink orders. The salad bar has many different options that pair well with a meat heavy dinner. As the meat started to come there were a few different options, but it soon became clear that certain advertised options few and far between. We had the option for sirloin about 4 times before we started asking about the ribs or lamb, It also became difficult to order new drinks. We were eventually able to order drinks and sample both the beef ribs, pork ribs and the lamb. Which were all quite good. Maybe we could have asked for them sooner, not sure. But they didn't seem to be in a hurry to serve the more expensive meats. Over all it was still a fun but expensive experience.

    Riley our only server was outstanding. He covered check in like a pro! Huge line at the door! Restaurant was slammed! He handled everything with grace and great professionalism! No management to be seen. Only two meet options ! Beef and Chicken. Salad bar was destroyed! 500 people hit it at once! Was finally replenished at the end of the night. Again thank you to Riley for making out evening special! Great job and so very much appreciated..

    My boys choose Fogo for every major holiday and birthday celebration. But I think we are going to have to move on to a different restaurant. Tonight we had a party of eight, service was extremely slow, clearly they did not have enough help. Our waiter did his best to try to keep up, but he was also servicing several other tables. We had six all-you-can-eat and two fish entrées. 20 minutes, after placing our order, our waiter told us they were out of salmon, but would give us Seabass. Surprising that a restaurant would run out of salmon at 6 pm. The Seabass was terrible, and oily and came with nothing but a 1” x 1” piece of Seabass and no sides for $39. The all-you-can-eat crew waited and waited for sticks of meat to come by.  The meal took almost 4 hours, most of the time waiting. Additionally, we had purchased gift cards from Costco to use for the dinner, Fogo charged us $3 per gift card as a credit card processing fee. For a $500 meal, I think we will be going elsewhere in the future.

    Food was great, table side service was wonderful. Such tasty meats and a very nice salad/cheese bar to accompany things. So much food and the servers came by frequently with a great variety of meats. My group was pleasantly surprised at the price at the end of the night considering all the food we had. The biggest problem we experienced was service at the bar. I arrived early for my reservation and wanted a drink at the bar. The bartender didn't get to me for 10 minutes, finally came over and said they'd be right with me, but then didn't make it back before I walked out 5 minutes later and caught a drink at a bar around the corner. That was frustrating and I was prepared to not like the evening, but the meal really turned it around.

    We had an amazing gentleman named Riley help us he was the only one who waited on us as well as ask us if we needed anything everyone else even the manager avoided us as other staff members besides the meat handlers. Riley got us everything we needed and we’re saddened this time we ate there it was a weird experience.

    Mother’s Day brunch and had a reservation still had to wait an hour. Plates where not available, sat and waited 15 to be greeted by waiter. Had salad and one round of meats but no drinks or side dishes. One of the worst experience, even though Valentine’s Day was more hectic. Hostess were rude and not sympathetic at all.

    After placing a reservation 4 days in advance…we arrive and still had to wait over an hour to be seated with a party of 12! The hosts were seating people that were just arriving faster than those who actually made reservations! It was the ugliest experience for us. Not going back

    After waiting 30min past our reservations we were rushed to our seats by one of the frantic hosts. Upon sitting we waiting for 10 min waiting for our server. She only asked half of our table what we wanted for drinks and quickly vanished. Returning with only half of the drinks we ordered she forgot the others and disappeared again. It went on like this for many minutes. After salads, the meat started rotating. But due to the busy atmosphere we were scrapping for what was left on the skewers. We cordially complained and were met by a server that told my wife that it was busy and to please respect her. This was out of line as my wife never said anything disrespectful. This was Mother’s Day, keeping that in mind, this place was so poorly managed and it couldn’t have been a worse experience.

    I really hate doing this because I understand that when restaurants are busy there is a lot going on. But this is my first and last dining at fogo. The service was not good, we had to wait about 30 mins for our drinks, my boyfriend got meat juice spilled all over him, and the worst part was the waiter inflated our tip. I have tried to reach out to the managers to know why our bill was mysteriously $15 more and got no response. I’m sure other people have had better experiences, but for the price and quality of the food, I would recommend going somewhere else.

    Service was friendly enough but our requests had to be made 2-4 times with different people and we sometimes received no answers to our questions. Passed meats stopped for 20 minutes, TWICE which made for a marathon dinner with our 88 year old mother. We had to ask both times if we had been forgotten, which they admitted we had, both times. Bill came without itemization and when we requested an itemized receipt, it came back with an added $50 bottle of wine which they had ‘forgotten.’ Got the impression that the goal was to turn the tables as quickly as possible, which was a shame because we paid for the full service for 3 people. Food (when we got it) was great but the service and our experience was one star.

    We have been going to Fogo for several years in different states. We do not know if it was because it was easter Sunday but the venue was very dirty, food on the floor, bathrooms were nasty. The salad bar was not as good as other times. The waiters (except for one) where not as nice, some of them had poor presentation.

    The Fogo de Chao is like few others. The food is fantastic. If you leave hungry, then you are doing it wrong. This is our go to for special occasions. Wonderful.

    Went for wife’s bday - the food is always amazing, however, it was difficult to get meat to our tables. There were moments where we waited 5-7 minutes for food to come. Some meat we didn’t even get served (sausage).

    Went in with two coupons and the manager who rang us up cheated us out of saving an additional $25 and instead told us to come back another day to use the coupon. Complete shyster move.

    We were out for a birthday dinner. I took my gf and brother out for his birthday. The wait staff was amazing. But the manager kept trying to shove rolls and potatoes onto our table. All three of us ended up having a stomach ache that night.

    The service that day was really bad. Our table was skipped constantly. We were near the corner by the fireplace and the table next to us was having the same experience. The food was fine and one waitress in particular was fantastic after she took it upon herself to take care of us. It was my first time there and I was disappointed.
