The meat is always good. The mashed potatoes on the other hand. Never really seen anything like it. It was like mashed potatoes soup.

If I could give it less stars I would. Waited in crowded waiting room while they scrambled to seat people with the hostess looking very overwhelmed. Salad bar during COVID enough said. Server came by once for drink order never got a second round because no one asked. Most of the meat selection offered to us was the same cut and on top of that it was all salty. Had to ask a random employee for our check so we could leave. Not at all what we expected based on the reviews. Very disappointing but lesson learned. For the money we waisted here we could have eaten really well literally ANYWHERE else.

Food was delicious, but they definitely did not follow social distance guidelines. Staff removed their masks when they spoke, and tables were close to each other. I felt like I could have gotten COVID while I was there.

Valentine’s Day !
I pre booked the cupid special and did not receive all the items in said list. Our waitress was inattentive and could not speak clearly enough for us to understand her. Other staff from surrounding tables would ask us what we needed them only would our waitress appear.
This is disheartening to learn, as our team should always be delivering amazing and attentive service. We're sorry for falling short of your expectations, as your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Please award us a second chance in the future.

Would definitely recommend this place. The food was delicious and the service was great! The only two negatives I had were that the meat portions were a bit large and the frequency that they brought the meat was a little much. Would definitely go again.

Never a bad choice! We should have figured they would have dinner prices all weekend for Valentine’s Day....but other than that it was a fantastic experience. Staff always checking to make sure the meal is great too

Outstanding service💚 I think our two servers were Brynn and Dina? Maybe... I’m sorry I really wish I remembered their names. Very attentive and knew a lot about the menu. The food was outstanding and again, the service was absolutely amazing. Perfect date night location, very romantic and delicious.

The hostess was so accommodating and helped me with COVID questions/concerns. The whole staff was wonderful. All the food was delicious. They made my husband’s birthday unforgettable.
Fogo treated us so well and made us feel special.
Always a fun time when we go there on Monday. Too bad we’re seeing new faces and not so much the familiar faces we use to see. But service is still great and food is always on point.

I have been to most of the Fogo de Chao restaurants in the USA. I would say that this location was probably my least favorite to date. Upon entering, the hostess was very distracted and on her phone with her back to the door. She seemed irritated that I was there and did not act up to the standards I expected from this restaurant.
The service was not up to standard and everything felt rushed and not up to par with what I have come to expect from this restaurant. I didnt see many of the meat options after I was told they had a full Rodizio menu. The Gauchos were hit or miss as they did not provide the red or green card for the customer.
Even with Covid, I expected more. I have been to several other locations post-covid and they did not miss, even during Covid.
For the amount of money that I spent, I am very disappointed and will not visit this location again.
We never want to hear that we're your least favorite, Jason, as all of our establishments should be upholding our high standards. Our team hopes to welcome you back in the future for a better experience.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Fogo de Chao - Denver. I'm Brazilian and my wife loves Brazilian food. My favorite cut is picanha and each of us ordered the picanha as a select cut instead of going for the full experience. The picanha was disappointing. I mentioned to our server that was not as fatty as it usually is and it tasted much more like top sirloin than picanha. Truly disappointing when you choose Fogo de Chao because of that one type of meat. Our brought us our check and said he had shared my complaint with their customer service.
The side dishes were all very good though. If you want to have the Brazilian churrasco experience and are not too picky about service and the quality of the meat, it will be a good experience. If you want to taste an authentic Brazilian picanha, there might be better options.
The cuts we serve should always hit the spot, Beto, so we're sorry to hear we missed the mark. Please know, we love to deliver authentic Brazilian experiences, so we hope you allow us a second chance to do this.

Very attentive staff. Food was excellent.
It’s nice to be able to enjoy dining in again. Even when we can’t dine in we try to support with take out as much as we can. We do miss the friendly staff, Danny, Dan and Bianca to be exact. They treat us very well every time we go for Monday night dinner.

Never cheap but always worth it. The steak selections were just outstanding! The service couldn't have been better. They found ways around the distancing and salad bar that seem to work well. We will definitely be back.

Booked reservation on Open Table for same day. When I arrived at 7 PM the restaurant was closed. Drove 1 hour each way for nothing. Is it really too difficult to notify me if you are closing or update your hours? Pathetic.

Was a few minutes late for reservations and tried to call four times. When we arrived our table was given away. Waited 15 minutes then got a table. Sat at the table for over 20 minutes before a waitress got to our table. Ordered drinks that never came for over 15 minutes so we walked out. The tables were not spaced very far apart, which is not COVID safe. Was excited for a great dinner and got poor service and didn’t even get to eat.

This was the worst experience. Dinner took over 2.5 hours. They had no staff. They overcharged us for everything. Will never go back to this location.

Food was great as usual, but the service was poor. We asked for something from the salad bar that only the servers could provide and had to ask three times before we finally were served. It took over 15 minutes for us to finally receive our check. Not sure we will return anytime soon.
I wish Fogo De Chao had made a note in their menu that they weren’t doing Restaurant Week on Fridays or Saturdays. We showed up there this past Saturday and were greeted with a big sign on the door that they weren’t doing Restaurant Week on Friday/Saturday, “No Exceptions.” We still ended up eating there because we had already driven downtown, parked in the garage (flat $10 fee), and everywhere else was booked due to the 25% occupancy restriction in the city of Denver.
