Very good food, but cafeteria-style ambience. Way too many tables and weirdly bright lighting. You set very, very close to other diners. Salad bar is spectacular. Meat is superior and varied. Wait staff seems polished, though they couldn't manage to print our receipt (they use an I-Pad style system to deliver your check, which is cool, but they don't have the technology down). Mildly expensive, but mostly worth it.
I was excited about the re-open of the Addison location and for the most part you guys did not disappoint. I had you market meal while my date had the meat meal.
1) Servers were attentive. I asked for room temperature water and I got it with the first glass and with every re-fill. BIG THANKS
2) The salmon was very tasty.
3) My date said, that the meat at Fogo is a better taste than the competition. Well done.
1) The meat servers (ms) kept missing our table. We had to wait and even call some of the ms over to get more meat. One time, even a manager asked us if we were waiting for something. We explained we wanted more meat (chicken and steak being specific) and he had some of them to come to the table.
2) The soup and black beans was luke warm. Even after I waited for a fresh batch of soup to come out before I got my second serving, it was also luke warm. Soup is best served 145-155 degrees. The soup I ate seemed cooler than that. I was cold and really wanted something cozy to eat.
Outside of that, it was a pleasant night. Thank you.
Was disappointed with the quality of the food for the price paid. Will stick with Texas De Brazil. Better food and less expensive.
We went on Valentine’s Day. Probably not the best time to go. The waiter was good but never brought out our drink order. I guess considering how busy it was I am forgiving.
But the food was okay. Def like Texas de Brazil’s salad bar way better it has more options

We always choose Fogo de Chao for my husband's birthday dinner. It's always an elegant experience, and we leave very satisfied.
Great food. Well prepared and served. It’s a little noisy when full and the physical space is dated but overall a wonderful experience.
Was there for Valentine’s Day with my wife. This is our favorite Brazilian Steakhouse. Was crowded and noisier than usual. Gauchos were not as responsive as usual. Seemed to have fewer choices of meat that Groucho’s were serving. Had to ask for several types that I knew they had. Will definitely go again but not on holiday.
My husband and I has been going to Fogo De Chão since 2013 to celebrate Valentine’s Day and his birthday. We try to avoid the crowd by going on the 13th instead of on the day of Valentine’s. The meat has always been great. I never get tired of the salad selections, always fresh and sumptuous! We always want to seat beside each other but the receptionist always end up giving us a face to face seating arrangement or will
End up in the tight corner of the restaurant. Two days ago, our appointment was at 9 pm since I was coming home from work. We arrived 10 mins early and we saw a lot of people has left already from the restaurant . The receptionist on duty didn’t sit us right away. We made a decision to just stand up so the manager can see us and he did help us right away to find a table. We understand that the restaurant will close in an hour that’s why we were trying to find a table as early as we can so we won’t be too rushed. I hope this can be improved. I know you think it’s not a big deal but it is a part of a great service. Other than that, the food has always been great and we always end up with a great server.

Selection of meats outstanding for all tastes
Restaurant just reopened after replacement of their kitchen equipment. Experience, food items, and service all excellent at this Fogo de Chao location on this, and all prior, visits.
After the reopening it seem like the restaurant it running much smoother. Meat selection was better than my previous visits. Market table selection looked and tasted fresh. Polenta was a little stale but aside from that it was great.

The restaurant called to cancel my reservation the Saturday before Christmas at 830pm and did not provide any accommodations at other location and did not attempt to offer anything for my inconvenience. Getting a reservation for Christmas Day is almost impossible, so it left me and my family trying to scramble to find a restaurant for Christmas dinner. Because the customer service was awful, I will never eat there again and will make sure I post on every social media site about the experience.

Así que llegue el día y hora de mi reservación, con mi familia, y encuentro el restaurante cerrado por mantenimiento. El restaurante nunca tuvo la decencia de avisarme que no me podrían dar servicio.

Got a call the night before to cancel reservations because of a matience emergency. Set back on Christmas dinner plans since we did not prepare to cook.
Extremely disappointed by the drama that was supposed to be my family’s Christmas lunch. I understand that the restaurant had a fire on Saturday. And I am glad and thank God everybody got out safely. That is most important. However, no one called me to tell me reservations were cancelled. I never got a message even through Open Table. That would have been the easiest way to get a message to customers. After all that is how we made reservations. Needless to say, I did not find out that I had no reservation until I called to tell the restaurant that I was running 10 minutes late. The girl I talked to put me on hold for 10 minutes before a manager came on the phone to tell me. He was quick to tell me he’s glad he got his employees out safely (which I concurred) however he was not apologetic that my family had no Christmas lunch. He did offer to come to the Uptown restaurant but they could not guarantee a table. We had children with us so we had to find other options. Not very impressed Fogo’s customer service and will likely not be returning.
Cancelled Christmas reservations the day before due to an “issue”
The restaurant wasn't open as expected. There was yellow tape around the front and everything appeared to be covered inside. It was a surprise the restaurant wasn't open.
I made a reservation for my proposal dinner on the day before Christmas eve and got a call an hr before the dinner that my reservation was cancelled because of a maintenance issue and I was simply told I can call the Downtown Dallas location which was also booked completely. I know accidents happen but it would have been nice if there was some compensation offered for the huge inconvenience.
Birthday for son back from Marine deployment. Great food great service.
