Garlic Mashed Potatoes
The taste of comfort is given southern brazilian flair with roasted garlic, drawn butter, cracked pepper, and fresh chives.
Not the Fogo I remember. Very casual, cafeteria-like atmosphere. The food has gone downhill. Cheese bread is still fantastic but everything else was blah. For the money we paid, we’d have been better off going to a proper steakhouse where the food is actually good. Very disappointing overall.
I went here for my 50 year birthday with my 2 teenagers. The service and the food were amazing. There were so many different foods to try. We had a great time and it was was a great experience for the boys.
We had a slight problem with getting our check. It took a solid 20 minutes for someone to come to us to give us our check. And that was on top of the 20 minutes we waited for the waitress to come and take a dessert order. I’ve had better service when it’s been busier.
It was really good! Wasnt my first time dining but it was my dates.
This was our first time back since the onset of the pandemic and I can truly say that it's been much too long! Enjoyed a nice lunch, opting for the full churrasco experience. As always the staff, from the managers to the waitstaff to the Gauchos were welcoming and accommodating. The market table salad bar was wonderful as I remembered, with too many delectable selections to list and the gauchos kept the meats coming seemingly nonstop. Overall another great visit and a wonderful experience at Fogo!
Best lamb and capirinhas ever! Wonderful team work w employees and great birthday two years in a row. Thank you!
The customer service at this location is way better than the one in Plano! I didn’t have to wait long for the waiter to come ask for drinks nor do I have to wait 45 minutes just to get more side dishes. Our waiter Horacio is spot on so we were very pleased.
Phenomenal service. Plenty of staff and all are very attentive and they enjoyed their jobs. The food just amazing. I wanted to eat everything. It was such a great experience.
Luis is a superior server and wine guide
Great for a special occasion. Service staff and managers were especially on point.
Amazing food and cocktails! Quality above and beyond!
As usual, excellent quality, portions, selection, and service. Come hungry and leave full. Can perhaps hibernate for a few days. Beef, lamb, chicken. Top/bottom sirloin, rib eye, tenderloin, lamb chops/leg, chicken wings. Sausage, bacon-wrapped meats. Only type of place to try multiple types of meat. AYCE without a time limit. Try it at least once. Lunch/brunch is perhaps good for beginners.
Came in with a party of 6 for a special birthday for Dad and Husband. Noted in reservation. Ordered apps at beginning of meal, which server forgot to ring in and never came out. Our drinks took 40 minutes to arrive and 3 servers had to check in them! My daughter never ended up getting her sliders for her meal. Servers were very careless when it came to maneuvering around us with hot meat and carving in between small children, and it was quiet nerve racking to be honest. We had to continually ask for refills on sides because only one dish of each was brought out for our 6 top and never refilled or checked on. Finally, when it came time for dessert, not only did they forget/ignore the special occasion notes, but it took almost 30 minutes to get our check, even though we explained to the server that we needed to pay so we could get outside in time for the fireworks (which we missed most of) and ended up having to take our dessert to go. Our server did not hesitate to stand directly behind us while we took care of the check for 5 minutes, waiting impatiently, which was beyond awkward and uncomfortable, and then swooped in to grab the check book before we stood up from the table.
Fogo is one of our family’s favorite go to spots for special occasions and date nights and we come 4-5 times a month! Last night (7/3/2021) was one of the least enjoyable experiences we’ve had at this location by far.
* the young lady manager with dark brunette ponytail was lovely however, and very gracious and accommodating. Best part of the evening!
Every experience with us should be wonderful and filled with attentive and professional service, and we apologize for missing the mark this time around. Your continued loyalty has meant so much to us, and we hope you'll allow us a chance to make this up to you. We will be reaching out via direct message soon.
It was great. Our waitress was so amazing and everything was perfect. We had a large table and everyone was very pleased.
This time in addition to the regular meat that was coming around to the table, we had access to the way girl New York strip… It was amazing
Everything went well except we were rushed throughout entire dinner and continuously bothered by your up selling folks.
Everyone was nice, attentive and never had an empty cup or
Plate. First time experience and definitely would be coming back.
Jose, Shelby, Jason all did a great job!
They over booked their restaurant and it took forever to get a table even when you had a reservation. It was crazy
We're sorry to have kept you waiting, as you should be seated upon arrival of your reservation time. Your comments will be discussed with our team, as your concerns are taken seriously. We'd like to make this right, so when you are ready to visit us again, please do so.
Made a reservation for Father’s Day dinner, it seems that they had overbooked themselves as we were seated 35 minutes past our reservation time. It was absolutely packed with people and extremely hot in the bar area as we waited. The food and drink were spectacular, as usual, but the service once seated was slow. Obviously, with the holiday, there’s some grace to give, but I think the experience would’ve been significantly better had they not booked themselves to the hilt.
I had a reservation at 5:30 and didn't get sitted until 6:20. I was not happy about that. It was hot in the lobby. I was sweating just sitting there.
It was on Father’s Day I made reservations days in advance! See it being so crowded I stayed in my car until about 5 min until my seated reserved time. I checked in and waited over 45 min to be seated.. when we were finally seated the waiter asked was it our first time there .. we said yes . She asked for the drinks told is to basically get the buffet… she walks off so we go and get some salad come back eat all of it and our drinks still never came … we sat there for another 20 min before someone finally came to the table and we asked how come no one has brought meat to the table the bus boy said you have to turn over the coaster !!! WOW at this time I’m already full and I can’t eat any meat … when the meat came it was great… I Also ordered the sea food tower … and I’m thinking it’s going to be like the sea food tower away any other fancy steak place… well I was wrong it came out on Ice all the seafood was cold and nasty the bill was like 400 Smh definitely NOT WORTH IT! FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING!
Our team should have walked you through the entire experience to your complete understanding, and we are sorry for not delivering the amazing and wonderful visit that you deserve. We know we can make this up to you, so we'll be in touch via direct message soon. Best.
Our dining experience was fantastic. Gina was a very attentive waiter and he cared about our needs.
I haven’t been in a few years but the experience is nothing like I remember. Maybe it’s the result of the pandemic. I could tell they were short staffed and there were too many guests due to it being Father’s Day. Tables all felt like they were way too close together to accommodate everyone. In the past, the meat used to come often: this time, I found ourselves waiting long times for the meat to come by the table. Service was slow but everyone was great. They were working hard. The meat slicers also felt like they lost their finesse from what I remember. The meat juices were splashing all over us as they were cutting. I did enjoy being there with my family but def not worth the money you pay. Will I go again? I’m sure I will but it may be another few years before I go again.
Went for Fathers Day. The reservation was great, We were seated right away and there was a lot of people on the walk up list. However, our waitress was not very nice or helpful and didn’t come by often enough. The meats were not what I remembered from a couple years ago, they were good but not excellent. They did away with the grilled pineapple which was my favorite part, but The salad bar was amazing!
Everything was wrong! My husband asked for a coke 4 times, then they set it next to the computer and never brought it, the manager had to bring it with desert. We asked for more bread 6 times and it never came! We never got food plates we ate everything off of our appetizer plates. All the meat was over cooked. It was a mess and we had a party of 8. NIGHTMARE and super embarrassing terrible Father’s Day.
We are very sorry to hear about such an experience, as making sure every aspect of your visit is perfect will always be our goal. We know we can make this up to you, so our team will be reaching out via direct message shortly. Best.
We had a wonderful experience at this location. The service was EXCELLENT and the food is definitely levels above your normal dine-in for sure. Sorry that I didn't add any pictures of any of the meats. I was too busy eating them! Lol.
I would say that it is pricey but well worth it. Everybody deserves this experience at least once a year!
We all loved our experience! The only thing is done items listed for brunch (we went at 11) were not on the market table...not sure if that was because of father's day or what but it was still a great experience.
Although we arrived early, it took over 45 minutes beyond our reservation timeto be seated.
Your reservation time should have been honored, Leslie, as seating our guests in a prompt and efficient manner is our goal. We apologize and hope to make this up to you. Our team will be in touch via direct message to continue the conversation. Thank you.
Had to wait 45 mins past our reservation time besides that was a great dinner
We had a great time celebrating Father’s Day. However, at this location it seemed to me somewhat hectic. We had reservations at 7 and did not get seated until 8:15. We were left wondering why we even made reservations. At some places it’s disclosed that it may still be a 30 minute wait. My advise, simply make your reservation an hour ahead of your expected time of eating during these “special events.”
Food and service was exceptional though! Enjoy!
Very crowded. Made an early reservation and waited an hour to be seated. Two different drinks were ordered that were wrong and had to be remade.
Great service and food!
This was our 1st time at Fogo De Chao. My fiance and I were celebrating my birthday. The restaurant was very crowded and loud. Our server was as attentive, but eventhough I mentioned it was my birthday we weren't offered or given dessert. Which was a bit disappointing considering we were out to celebrate.
This recent visit was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Fogo De Chao. I had a reservation for 4 people at 5:30 pm, but was not seated until around 7:45. I asked multiple times how soon would it be until I was seated and was repeatedly told only a few more minutes. At around 7:00pm a party of 14 people arrived with no reservation and was seated within a half hour. I know they had no reservation because while they were waiting I spoke with them telling them of my long wait experience and they informed me about not having a reservation. After they were seated, I went and informed the host about how they were seated before me with a larger party and no reservation. The host informed me that they most likely had a “contracted” dinner setup. I’m not sure what this means, but regardless what’s the point of a reservation if it will not be honored. I think I spent more time in the waiting area then the entire time I spent eating. Again, this was one of the worst experiences at a Fogo de Chao.
We understand your disappointment, as you shouldn't be made to wait so long, especially with a reservation. We'd love to serve you everything you crave, so please visit us again.
This was the worst experience ever at a restaurant. We went there for our anniversary and made a 5:30 reservation. Walked inside to find a TON of people waiting and were not seated over an hour!!! Insane. We were placed at a table, the hostess apologized and said we would be comped something for our trouble. The manager came over and didn’t give a care in the world. IN FACT he TOOK two of our chairs?! No comp, no nothing. We order a $135 steak and they told us we couldn’t take the little bit we had home. Until another waiter told us otherwise. We were there for our anniversary so we basically had to beg for a dessert, was not asked if we wanted coffee, cocktails, etc. instead the bill was placed at our table with no warning and basically get out so we can make more money. Will never ever ever ever ever go there again. Appalling at best.
You shouldn't feel rushed when you are dining with us, so we apologize for this and the service you received. We would love the chance to work towards your satisfaction, so our team will be in touch via direct message. Thank you.
We enjoy celebrating special moments with our guests, and it saddens us to see we did not earn your complete satisfaction. Our team will be in touch via direct message, as we'd love to have a chance to learn more about your visit. Best.
Delicious food! Wonderful service! Everyone in my group always goes home happy.
We love to hear this! Thanks for sharing, Vero!
It was my first time going for Father’s Day weekend and I was in awe of the place food and staff! Thank You for such an amazing experience!
