Just horrible. Never gave us plates The waiter came over once. Never got any sides. It was just a awful experience
I would not go back. Place has really taken a turn for the worst. I would Really think twice about going there
Our team is apologetic for this, as such service should never be delivered. You deserve our top-notch Fogo de Chão experience, so we hope to deliver this to you in the future.
Great birthday celebration, we celebrate here each year!
Thank you for letting us be a part of this special day. We look forward to many more!
If you like meat, this is the place for you. Everything was perfectly cooked and there's plenty of it. The salad bar is fresh and the service was fabulous.
Thank you so much! We hope to serve you again soon.
Great service, fresh and abundant salad bar. Meat was plentiful and good.
I love coming here! Everyone is so sweet! The customer service and food is so good. I can't wait to go back!
The Market Table or salad bar always has enough of a variety to be a meal by itself. The various cuts of meat were perfectly prepared and delicious as always. The staff was attentive and managers were in the dining area and interacting with guests throughout our meal. Another great dining experience at Fogo De Chao!
Exceptional experience and service was second to none!! Definitely recommend Fogo In Addison for any special occasion!! They’ll definitely take care of you!!
Food was delicious.the service was also excellent.best salad bar in the city
It’s been several years since I visited the Addison location although I have been to several other US locations in the last year.
Food service was very slow during this visit, I had to request the initial order of sides and bread ~10 minutes after starting the meal.
There were several times we were waiting for the servers to come by with meat, the restaurant was fairly full, and we were at the front, furthest distance from the kitchen.
We watched as the 2 or 3 servers stopped at other tables then returned to the kitchen after running out of meat.
Definitely needed more servers and should have started at the front of the restaurant on occasions.
We were seated 10 minutes after walking in. I had previously called to try and get on their waiting list but was told they had a hour & 1/2 wait. OpenTable worked like a charm, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Excellent service, delicious food!
Wasn’t terribly busy so many tables were clustered together. A table near ya had a toddler watching an iPad at a pretty loud volume. Would’ve preferred that they were moved to a corner or asked if there kid could use headphones. It was very disturbing to other guests.
The food and service were fantastic otherwise.
Service was excellent and food was delicious, atmosphere was lacking but overall really enjoyed it, will be going back!
Food was very good. Service was very bad. Drinks were empty several times, and we waited over 10 minutes after we were finished eating before our waitress asked if we want dessert/check.
Tables were too close together (I was closer to the guy at the table beside me than my wife across the table). Also, it was so noisy, conversation was nearly impossible.
Will come back
It was an incredible experience as always! Leandro greeted us by the bar as did Domingos. And, of course, Louis, being the wonderful sommelier that he is, helped us with our favorite bottle of wine. Ignacio and the entire staff were fantastic on probably the most hectic weekend of the year. And the food was amazing as always!
Once again, another awesome dinner at Fogo! Can’t wait to do it again!
The tables were super close together. I could hear everything the people at the tables on all sides of us were saying. Walking back and forth to the salad table was hard because the tables were so close together there weren't walkaways. When the servers were serving tables and walking by they bumped into our chairs EVERY time anyone walked by. I've been to other locations before and they were wonderful. I'm not sure why this one is this way.
Food was great, as always.
Well, with the most beautiful woman in the world sitting across from me it's difficult to give anything a bad review. I enjoyed out dining experience and she did too. I felt like there were way too many people there but that is to be expected. Food was great, and no kids, YESSS!
Good place to be; The food is excellent, and the staffs there are really good, and tend to your needs faster than a cheetah.
We always celebrate Valentines Day at Fogo but this will be our last visit. The service was horrible. Our server introduced herself, brought us waters and then only other time she stopped by the table we asked for clean plates and she basically threw them on the table and then walked away. She was constantly stopping at the tables around us but never stopped at ours even when I attempted to make eye contact. We eventually were able to speak with one of the managers but by that point we were over our experience and ready to go.
The manager brought our drinks and I didn’t see my waiter/waitress at all that night. I honestly did not even know who our server was. Our drinks were empty practically the whole night. Plates were in our way. Been here before so I was extremely disappointed in the service. All of the churrasco guys were extremely nice though, probably the only highlight.
Fogo is clearly the gold standard of the Brazilian experience.
It was me and my fiance's first time we enjoyed the whole experience. The food was mind blowing just so tasty i couldn't get enough i just wanted more and more we loved it there going back soon
First time going probably last time. It was very chaotic, maybe because it's Valentine's day but still too crazy. Not very well organized for this day. Took forever to get someone to bring the check. At one point we had a waiter but then he disappeared. I had a water then it took forever to refill had to get this random guy to finally get a refill. One particular meat was too salty.
The food at Fogo De Chao in Houston is much better, also seems to have a better choice
As always, the food and service was amazing. Fresh and delicious salads, meats and service. I don’t eat here too often but it is such a treat when I do.
We decided this location for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint. They were super friendly through our whole experience
This was by far one of my best dining experiences to date. Everyone was super friendly and helped us enjoy our special occasion. I remember specially I dropped my fork and before I even had time to pick it up on my own, someone was there to pick it up while handing me a new one at the same time! It was amazing!
We love Fogo de Chao, however on this day the service was a little lackluster which lead to a less than ideal experience. Might have to take a break before we go back.
Many of the meats were quite tough and lacked seasoning. My seafood dish was bland and served with cold asparagus. When I asked if they could grill the asparagus they came back with an overdone salmon. It was pricey and the service was pretty lackluster. The server would take a single drink order then run off before asking if one of the other 9 guests needed anything. I remember when this was fine dining. It is no longer the case however the price point is the same. I’m in no hurry to return.
After learning this is the first Fogo de Chao in the United States I instantly could tell by the level of service and display of food. The staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming - I'll be back!
It was my wife’s birthday. And it was GREAT. The salad bar was excellent. The meats were all outstanding. All of the food was exceptional.
Service was good except our waitress had a thick accent and spoke so fast I could hardly understand her.
The waiters with the meats came by regularly and the breadth of selections was amazing.
It IS very pricey. For 3 of us the bill with tip was $211 with no wine and no appetizers and no dessert.
We probably won’t go back due to cost but it was great once.
food was great staff was very attentive and courteous very large selection of many different items
Service was outstanding and the food was also. Very attentive and took time to talk with us an explain how everything worked.
We asked for a private table and we were sat at a private table next to a party. There were kids running around next to our table eating McDonald’s. We asked for Filet Mignon 4 times from 4 different people and waited over 30 minutes before it showed up. We asked for Filet at the beginning of our meal and it showed up when we were done eating. The salad bar was ok it could have been better. Needless to say our celebration was not good and I feel as that I donated $180.
It was very underwhelming for the price. A few of the cuts of meat were pretty good, a few were extremely chewy. We had 1 chicken option and 1 pork option, 1 lamb, and the rest beef. It was ‘okay’ but not good enough for $60 per person
